Albion, Medina youth gridders in action

Newfane 32, Albion 0
Raekwan Riley had 35 yards rushing and Makyell Walker 26 yards for Albion. On defense, Jared Ostrander had 8 tackles and Riley 5 and an interception.

Medina Colts 0
Holley Hawks 19
Holley continues to roll and the Colts played their last game very tough against a good Hawks squad with some tough running by Christian Moss, Brody Fry and Cole Callard. Colts will finish the season at 4-4 as they will receive a forfeit win from Attica next Saturday.
JV Division
Albion 39, Newfane 0
Amari Jones had 107 yards rushing, including touchdown runs of 42 and 28 yards, and a 24 yard TD pass to Javon Jones to set the pace for Albion. Shakrion Drisdom added 62 yards rushing, including a 25 yard TD carry, and Shkwe Riley 60 yards, including a 32 yard TD. Defensively, Amari Jones had 5 tackles and 2 interceptions, Devon Larabee 4 tackles and a fumble recovery and Xavier Byrd 4 tackles.

Medina Broncos 29
Holley Hawks 0
Broncos roll on to 5-2 with a win over the home standing Hawks. Two touchdown runs from Aiden Pitts and single TDs for Logan Gray and Robert Arnold. Gray also had an extra point run, as did Lavonn Guy and Trenton Muck while Muck hit Josh Wilson for a two point conversion for the final score. Great defensive work from everyone as the whole team contributed to the win.The Broncos finish up the regular season at Attica as they try and position themselves for a playoff run.

Varsity Division
Newfane 20, Albion 12
Anthony Freeman had 137 yards rushing, including a 68 yard touchdown run, and a 12 yard TD pass to Kyle Woolston for Albion. On defense, Michael Walker, Anthony Feeman, Will Freeman and Jahmeek Riley each had 5 tackles, Anthony Freeman and Woolston also had interceptions and Jorden Ostrander a sack.
