Kendall, Lyndonville spikers post wins
Kendall and Lyndonville both scored four set victories in Genesee Region League girls soccer competition this evening.
Kendall defeated Pembroke 25-18, 25-11, 22-25, 25-16 as Emily Mattle went 17 for 17 from the service line with 2 aces and 4 kills and Madison Rath went 12 for 12 from the line with 8 kills.
Alexis Payton also had 10 kills, 7 aces and 7 digs and Jessica Coble 16 assists, 7 digs, 3 aces and 3 kills for the Lady Eagles.
Kendall is now 7-4 and Pembroke 3-10.
Lyndonville rallied to down Holley 20-25, 25-23, 26-24, 25-18 as Paige Gardner had 4 kills, 4 aces and 13 assists; Alecia Hinkson 3 kills, 4 aces and 9 digs and Josephine Joy 7 aces and 15 digs to lead the way.
Ava Kohut had 6 aces, 3 kills and 6 digs and Helana McLean 2 aces, 5 kills and 3 blocks for Holley.
