In a matchup of the Niagara-Orleans League’s two merged girls varsity soccer squads, Barker/Lyndonville edged Roy-Hart/Medina 2-1 this evening at Barker.
Barker/Roy-Hart jumped out to an early 2-0 lead on goals by Alexa Robinson and Natalie Rath.
Roy-Hart/Medina cut the deficit to 2-1 before halftime on a goal by Alexis Bedford but could not net the equalizer.
Barker/Lyndonville is now 2-1 and Roy-Hart/Medina 1-2 in N-O action.

Wilson (3-0) shutout Albion (2-2) 4-0 in another N-O contest as Lilly Gurski scored 2 goals and Addison Elia and Lucy Madan each had 1.
