Church choir from Albion sings anthem at Red Wings game

ROCHESTER – The choir at the First Presbyterian Church of Albion sang the national anthem just before the Rochester Red Wings game on labor day, Sept. 7.
The Red Wings would go on to defeat the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, 3-1.
The choir received an enthusiastic response from the standing-room only crowd, with one long-time usher remarking that it was one of the top anthem renditions of the season, one of the church members said.

The choir’s performance was projected on the ESL Ballpark’s Jumbotron scoreboard.
