Winter weather advisory for Orleans on Friday with snow and sleet
A winter weather advisory has been issued for Orleans County from 10 a.m. Friday until 4 a.m. on Saturday.
Orleans can expect 1 to 4 inches of snow and sleet, as well as ice accumulations less than a tenth of an inch.
The advisory also includes Niagara, northern Erie, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston and Allegany counties.
“The majority of the snow, wintry mix, and travel impacts will be from mid afternoon through mid evening Friday,” the Weather Service said.
