FLCC bows at NJCAA volleyball nationals

The Finger Lakes Community College women’s volleyball team has gone 1-2 in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division III national championship tournament at Cedar Rapids, Iowa.

Medina High graduate and FLCC freshman Addison Paul played in all three matches competing in 6 of the 10 sets.

FLCC lost 3-1 in the opening round to Northampton Community College on Thursday.

Rebounding, FLCC defeated Holyoke Community College 3-0 earlier today but was then eliminated by St. Cloud 3-0.

FLCC qualified for the national tournament by capturing the Region III championship with a 3-0 win over Fulton-Montgomery Community College.
