Mustangs are in the middle of a C North Division football title race logjam
Now at the halfway point of the season the C North Division football title race is a five-way logjam.
Barker/Roy-Hart is currently all alone in first place with a 3-0 record while four teams are deadlocked in the runner-up spot a game back at 2-1 including Medina, Eden, Akron and Maritime.
Barker/Roy-Hart, which has already posted wins over Medina (29-22), Akron (28-10) and Eden (50-24) is playing a non league game this Friday against York/Pavilion at 7 p.m. at Barker.
Medina, which has won or shared the C North championship each of the past five years, faces a must win road win as the Mustangs visit Eden at 7 p.m. Friday.
The other C North matchups have JFK at Tonawanda and Maritime at Alden on Friday and Akron at Cleveland Hill on Saturday.
Albion will visit Depew in a B2 Division game at 7 p.m. Friday.
