Albion wins to go to 9-1 in N-O tennis
Defending champion Albion downed Akron 4-1 this afternoon to improve to 9-1 in Niagara-Orleans League tennis competition.
The Purple Eagles got wins at singles from Leo Bolton and Landon Graybill and at doubles from the duos of Oliver Beach – Jillian LeBaron and Bradyn Whittier – Donovan Braley.
In the other N-O matches, Roy-Hart (6-3) downed Barker (5-5) 4-1 and Wilson blanked Medina 5-0.
Roy-Hart got a win at second singles from Colin Cousins and victories by the doubles teams of Allie Trombley – Kaylee Churchill, Ella Martillotta – Emily Livergood and Reagan Kern – Maria Trombley.
Daniel Goodwin won at first singles for Barker.
