Kendall ‘9’ blanks Byron-Bergen
Improving to 7-0, Kendall blanked visiting Byron-Bergen 12-0 in a Genesee Region League baseball game this afternoon.
Winning pitcher Vinnie D’Agostino and Colby Hughes both banged out 3 hits to lead the Kendall offense.
On the mound, D’Agostino hurled a 1 hitter with 7 strikeouts.
Kendall jumped out to an early 7-0 lead as a two-run double by Hughes keyed a three run first inning and a two-run double by D’Agostino highlighted a four run second.
The Eagles later tacked on five runs in the fourth as Jonas Rhodes had a two-run double.
