Diamond contests postponed again
Mother Nature is proving to be problem for schedule makers so far this early spring as for the third day in a row chilly temperatures and rain/snow has caused the postponement of local high school baseball and softball action.
Today the Albion vs. Newfane, Roy-Hart vs. Wilson, Lyndonville vs. Notre Dame and Kendall vs. Byron-Bergen baseball games were postponed as were the Medina vs. Kendall, Barker vs. Alexander and Holley vs. Attica softball games.
Weather permitting four diamond contests on scheduled for Friday. The baseball games include Albion at Kendall, Nichols at Medina and Elba at Lyndonville along with the Letchworth at Holley softball game.
