Wilson girls down Medina; Roy-Hart wins

Wilson downed Medina 52-39 and Roy-Hart bested Barker 61-19 in Niagara-Orleans League girls basketball action this evening.
Addy Elia scored 14 and Emily Phillips 11 for Wilson which improves to 4-2 at the halfway point of the N-O season.
Alexa Demmer took game high honors with 18 for Medina as Ariel Smith and Tatianna Maxon both had 9 and Honesty Hill 7.
Leading by a narrow 10-8 margin at the end of the first quarter, Wilson extended its advantage to 23-13 at the half and to 46-23 at the three-quarter mark.
Roy-Hart improved to 4-2 in N-O action as Adella Dukes scored 18, Courtney Aquilina 14, Millie Owens 8 and Kaitlin Mettler, Kylie McOmber and Peyton May 6.
Elise Monaco led Barker with 8.
