Roy-Hart/Barker and Newfane swimmers split in key N-O League meet
Roy-Hart/Barker and Newfane split in a key Niagara-Orleans League swim clash of unbeatens this evening.
Newfane won the boys’ meet 100-66 and Roy-Hart/Barker took the girls’ competition 86-84.
A win by the foursome of Madelina Pavlock, Maria Trombley, Abigail Glyshaw and Ava Achtyle in the meet ending 400 Freestyle Relay earned the Roy-Hart/Barker girls the narrow win.
Glyshaw also won both the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Butterfly and Trombley the 500 Free.
Avery Stevenson won both the 50 Free and 100 Free and Lauren Enderton the 200 Free and 100 Backstroke for the Newfane girls as Kimberly Schmitt took the 100 Breaststroke.
Noah Kneeland doubled in the 200 Free and 100 Breaststroke, Dmitri Young in the IM and 500 Free and Dylan Lamont in the 100 Butterfly and 100 Backstroke for the Newfane boys squad.
