Fast start powers Orchard Park past Albion

Building up a commanding 18 point half-time advantage, Orchard Park went on to defeat host Albion 66-48 in a non league boys basketball game this evening.

The Quakers held leads of 18-6 after the first quarter, 38-20 at the half and 54-34 at the three-quarter mark.

Max Mancabelli scored 17. Carter Switek 10 and Justice Niver and Zach Nalawadi 8 each to lead a parade of 10 point getters for the Quakers.

Kyle Radder took game high scoring honors with 25 for the Purple Eagles as Wesley Olles had 8 and Nate Gibson 7. Radder had 8 in the second quarter and 11 in the third.
