Roy-Hart/Barker swimmers sweep Albion
Roy-Hart/Barker swept to a doubleheader victory over host Albion in a Niagara-Orleans League swim meet today.
The Channel Cats won the boys’ meet 45-38 and the girls’ competition 53-40.
The Roy-Hart/Barker boys squad had a quartet of individual event winners as Jackson Brauen took the 200 Free, Noah Corraine the 500 Free, Hank Trombley the 100 Backstroke and Garrett Glyshaw the 100 Breaststroke.
Leo Bolton was a double winner in the 200 Individual Medley and 100 Butterfly and Justin Kania in the 50 Free and 100 Free for Albion.
Ava Achtyl was a double winner in the 100 Free and 100 Backstroke for the Roy-Hart/Barker girls as Abigail Glyshaw took the 200 Individual Medley and Maria Trombley the 500 Free.
Keira Sidari won both the 200 Free and 100 Butterfly and Willow Gaines the 50 Free and 100 Breaststroke for Albion.
