Brooke Rodas made several big saves in goal for Kendall which finishes the season at 18-2.

“Even though we didn’t come out on top. I am beyond proud of this team,” said Kendall Coach Angel Rosario. “We did something not many teams can do. I was blessed with a phenomenal season and team. Everyone played their best tonight to the very last minute. We are a young team and we’re not done. Thank you to everyone for the support.”

Byron-Bergen will now face C1 champion Williamson on Tuesday for the Section V Class C berth in the state playoffs. Williamson outlasted No. 2 Geneseo 1-0 in a shootout in the C1 final.
