Pairings are set for field hockey sectionals
Section VI Class C field hockey playoff competiton will get underway with three quarterfinal contests on Tuesday.
Those matchups will have No. 7 Eden at No. 2 Barker (4:30 p.m.), No. 6 Newfane at No. 3 Roy-Hart (4:30 p.m. at Medina’s Vets Park) and No. 5 Wilson at No. 4 Medina (7 p.m. at Vets Park).
Top seeded Akron, which has the first round bye, will host the winner of the Wilson vs. Medina game in the semifinals on Friday.
