Albion grad has big soccer game for Saxons

Albion graduate and Alfred University junior Abby Scanlan had a big day in the Saxon’s women’s soccer win on Saturday.

Scanlan had a hand in all three goals of the 3-1 victory over Elmira with a goal and 2 assists.

A Criminal Justice major, she now has 3 goals and 3 assists on the season.

Roy-Hart grad and Russell Sage sophomore Peter Martillotta scored the clinching goal for the Russell Sage men’s soccer team in a 3-1 win over Cobbleskill last week.

A Physical Education major, Martillotta also had a goal in Russell Sage’s 3-1 loss to SUNY Geneseo the game before.

Albion grad Sydney Mulka now has a 1.01 goals against average and 27 saves in 10 starts in goal for the Penn St. Harrisburg women’s soccer team so far this season.
