Albion holds first alumni softball game
Photos by Cheryl Wertman – Wednesday evening was a special one for the Albion High softball program as over three dozen former Purple Eagles players participated in the first Alumni Game on the new artificial turf field which was hosted by the Albion Softball boosters. The players were divided into three teams – Purple, Gold and White – and alternated playing in the field and at the plate. Here Nikki Messura (Class of 2004) is safe at home ahead of a tag by Sherri Palmeri (Class of 1984).

A good crowd was on hand to watch the game action involving Purple Eagles alumni players from 1984 to 2022.
