Wilson golfers edge Medina
Medina dropped a narrow 241-245 decision to Wilson at Shelridge this afternoon in a key early season Niagara-Orleans League golf match as a player disqualification for an improper drop proved to be the difference.
Jonah Miller shot 42 and Brandon Seider 46 to lead the way for Wilson which improves to 3-0.
Ian Wagner took medalist honors with a 40 and Gage Masters had a 46 for Medina which slips to 2-1.
In other N-O action, Barker (2-0-1) defeated host CSAT (1-1) 243-258 as Josh Richbart led the way with a 44; Akron (1-1-1) bested Roy-Hart (0-2) 248-266 as Matt Meller led the Tigers with a 46 and Newfane (1-2) downed Albion (0-3) 237-292 as Aiden Herlan took medalist honors with a 41. Dyer Bonjovesky led Albion with a 46.
