Snowy weather wipes out sports slate
Today’s snowy weather wiped out what was to have been a short schedule of six area high school sporting events on tap for this evening.
In Niagara-Orleans League girls basketball, the Albion at Roy-Hart game has been rescheduled for 6:30 p.m. Thursday while the Barker at Medina contest has been rescheduled for 6:30 p.m. February 10.
In Genesee Region League boys basketball, the Lyndonville at Oakfield-Alabama and Alexander at Holley boys games have been rescheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday. The Kendall at Byron-Bergen contest is tentatively reset for February 10.
No make-up date has been announced for the Roy-Hart at Akron N-O swim meet.
