Veteran group set to lead Rams

Looking to build on last year’s second place Niagara-Orleans League finish (8-4), Roy-Hart is paced by a good returning nucleus of upper classmen.
The Rams veteran contingent includes seniors Rem Albee, Jackson Webber, Jaydan Swygert, Kris Myers, Caleb Verratti and junior Dan Aquilina.
“We have some holes to fill but we have a good core group back,” said Coach Joe Pawlak.
The Rams graduation losses included Jamel Johnson Jr., who scored a school record 511 points and earned N-O Player of the Year honors, and N-O Honorable Mention selection Nate Beyer.
Roy-Hart will open the season by hosting Cleveland Hill in a non league contest on December 5. The Rams will also visit Notre Dame on Dec. 8 before beginning the N-O season at Wilson on Dec. 22.
