Euchre League holds position round
The second and third place teams both scored wins Monday as the Medina Euchre League held its position round.
Runner-up Legion trimmed front-running JR Wilson 37-33 and third place Sacred Heart nipped Vets Club 36-34 in the matches.
The league standings now have JR Wilson at 488-422, Legion 447-463, Sacred Heart 444-466 and Vets Club 441-469.
League action resumes on January 5 with Sacred Heart at Legion and Vets Club at JR Wilson.
