Albion matmen down Kendall
Improving to 5-4 overall, Albion downed visiting Kendall 39-27 this evening in a non league wrestling match.
Aaron Burnside (145) and Israel Martinez (170) both registered pins and Merlin Moyer (195) had a decision win for Albion.
Adam Washington (220) had a pin for Kendall which also got decision wins by Paul Urquhart (106), Riley Reise (138), Ray McFarlane (152) and Jeremy Browe (160).
In Niagara-Orleans League openers, defending champion Newfane used a barrage of seven pins to defeat rival Wilson 76-12 and Akron downed Barker/Roy-Hart 59-24.
DJ Gardner, Joe DiMayo, Collin Anderson and Ryan Ulrich all notched pins for Barker/Roy-Hart.
