Albion tops Medina in girls soccer at GCC; Lyndonville/Barker, Holley, Kendall post wins
Albion blanked Medina 8-0 in a Niagara-Orleans League girls soccer game this evening at Genesee Community College.
Rori Higgins scored 2 goals for the Purple Eagles as Sophia Albanese, Alison Gibson, Cami London, Julia Button, Jackie Santiago Garcia and Olivia Brooks each had 1.
In other girls contests, Lyndonville/Barker blanked Pembroke 2-0, Holley shutout RCSD 5-0 and Kendall downed Notre Dame 3-1.
Leah Costello and Alexa Robinson scored the goals for Lyndonville/Barker as Isabella Groves earned the shutout.
Zoey Wolf, Samantha Bates, Hanna Ostrom, Jailyn Bishop and Mia Thom took turns scoring the goals for Holley.
Ava Quintern scored 2 goals and Sophia Picardo 1 for Kendall.
