Wilson retains N-O golf championship
Wilson bested Barker 211-247 at Willowbrook this afternoon to lock up outright possession of a second straight Niagara-Orleans League golf championship.
Connor Seeley took medalist honors with a 37 for Wilson which stays perfect at 13-0.
Brandon Seider added a 41, Nate Seider 42, Jonah Miller 44 and Ben Kelley 47 for Wilson which went 14-0 in N-O competition last fall.
Brad Wilson shot a 41 for Barker which is now 5-7.
In one other N-O match, Newfane improved to 9-4 by downing Akron (1-12) 222-249.
Connor Duncan earned medalist honors with a 39 and Aiden Herlan shot 42 to lead the Panthers.
