Lady Tigers down Lady Hawks

Erupting for 5 runs in the third inning and 7 more in the fourth, Lyndonville posted a 14-3 victory over visiting Holley this afternoon to improve to 7-1 in Genesee Region League competition and 9-1 overall.

Aubrey Lewis, Rebekah Hoffee and Jasmine Plummer each had two hits on the day for Lyndonville and Antoinette Gress added a two-run bunt. Lewis’ hits included a triple which keyed a two-run first inning.

In the circle, Haley Wetherbee and Maddy Boyle combined to hurl a three hitter for the Lady Tigers.

Anna Brasted had a double and Heather Winkley a single for Holley.
