Roy-Hart and Albion score N-O softball wins

Making it three wins in as many days, Roy-Hart posted a 14-5 victory over Medina in a Niagara-Orleans League softball game at Vets Park this afternoon.
Trailing 4-3, Roy-Hart rallied into the lead for good by scoring 6 runs in the fourth inning highlighted by a two-run single by Millie Owens and an RBI single by Alayna Kowalski.
Keeping the momentum, the Lady Rams boosted their lead to 14-4 by tallying 5 times in the fifth frame as Peyton May had a two-run single.
For Medina, Lorelei Sanders had a two-run double to cap off a 3 run first inning, Baileigh McAdoo had an RBI single in the sixth and Iyla Lilleby added a pair of hits.
Roy-Hart is now 6-4 and Medina 2-7 in N-O action.
Albion 17, Newfane 5
Banging out a total of 21 hits, Albion improved to 4-5 in N-O action by downing Newfane 17-5.
Kenzi Snook had a three-run homer and Alana Irvine 4 hits including two doubles and a triple to highlight the Albion attack which also included 3 hits and 3 RBI apiece by Alison Gibson and Emma Foote.
