Seven pins sparked Roy-Hart to a 53-36 victory over host Medina this evening in a Niagara-Orleans League wrestling match.
Dan Wheeler (132), Brent Bachman (138), Ryan Ulrich (152), Brent Gardner (160), Elijah Eaton (170), Aiden Mikoll (182) and Nick Fazzolari (195) all registered pins for Roy-Hart which also got a technical fall victory by Tyler Choate (145).
Charles Beach (220) and D’John Brown (285) both notched pins for Medina.
Roy-Hart is now 4-2 and Medina 1-4 in N-O action.
Albion 48, Wilson 24
Pins by Sam Slick (170) in 1:43, Ricky Monroe (132) in 1:32 and Blake Aina (145) in 3:45 highlighted Albion’s 48-24 victory over Wilson.
The Purple Eagles also got decision wins by Tim Drake (195) and Preston Flugel (120).
Wilson got pins from Matt Morgan (220), Matt Lange (285) and Claytin Taylor (152).
Albion is now 3-2 and Wilson 0-5.

Newfane completed a 5-0 regular season by downing Akron (2-3) 66-14 as Jake Kubala, Dan Hummer, Nick Voelker, Charlie Johnstone, Julian Nixon, Paul Dunbar and Adam Nowicki all registered pins.
