Women’s Softball playoffs begin Monday
Medina Women’s Softball League playoff action will begin Monday evening with three games in both the ‘A League and the ‘B’ League.
The ‘A’ League playoffs will be held at the Jr. Wilson fields and the ‘B’ League at Butts Park.
The ‘A’ League playoffs will open with No. 4 seed White Birch facing No. 3 Hemp House/810 Meadworks at 6 p.m. The winner will then face No. 1 Banes at 7:15 p.m. The other game will have No. 2 Jr. Wilson 1 vs. No. 5 NYSCOPBA at 6:30 p.m.
The ‘B’ League playoffs will get underway with No. 4 Jr. Wilson 2 vs. No. 3 Lizzy & Lyric at 6 p.m. The winner will then take on No. 1 Medina VFW at 7:15 p.m. The other contest will have No. 2 Just Us vs. No. 5 Mera Hair at 6:30 p.m.
The playoffs will continue on Monday August 8 with the winners bracket semifinals and the first round of the losers bracket.
The playoffs will conclude on Saturday August 13 with the finals scheduled for 1 p.m..
