Wildlife Refuge hosts youth fishing days on June 4, June 11

Iroquois National Wildlife Refuge in Alabama, NY, is providing a Youth Fishing Opportunity on Saturday, June 4th and June 11th, 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Both mornings, youth 15 and younger are invited to Ringneck Marsh, where they can fish with their families, learn about fish biology, and improve angling techniques with the help from refuge staff. Fishing poles, equipment, and worms will be available for visitors to use, if needed, at the Ringneck Marsh parking lot.

Ringneck Marsh will have fishing open to public as usual. Anglers 16 and older are required to have a fishing license.
