Lyndonville claims G-R mat title outright

Lyndonville put a lock on outright possession of the Genesee Region League wrestling championship by scoring a 46-21 victory over visiting Byron-Bergen this evening.
Pins by Noah Neff (138) in 49 seconds, Brandon Munn (132) in 1:20, Sam Doolan (215) in 1:22 and Sebastian Temich (152) in 1:59 highlighted the victory for the Tigers.
Rodney Davis (189) added a major decision win for the Tigers which also got decision wins by Peyton Grabowski (160) and Avery Wilcox (285).
Lyndonville finishes the G-R season with a 3-0 record.
