Mustangs cap regular season with shutout win

Capping off the regular season on a high note, Medina/Lyndonville shutout Northstar 3-0 this evening in a non league boys soccer game at Vets Park.
All of the scoring came in the first half.
Nate Dillenbeck scored the first two goals off assists from Casey Winiecki and AJ Seefeldt.
Russ Stephens then capped off the scoring with a goal off an assist from Sam Kingsbury.
Zach Fike earned the shutout in goal for the Mustangs which finish the regular season with an 8-4-1 overall record.
Medina/Lyndonville will open Section VI Class B1 playoff competition on Tuesday.
