Medina FC ties in regular season finale
The Medina Mustangs FC soccer team played to a 3-3 tie with the Sahara Gunners in the Sahlen’s Cup 2nd/3rd Division regular season finale on Sunday at Sahlen’s Sportspark.
Andrew Incho scored two goals and Jesse Fergen one for Medina as Greg Husung had an assist.
Medina, which finishes the regular season at 4-2-1, will play in the 3rd vs. 4th place playoff game this coming Sunday at Sahlen’s Sports Park.
Medina finishes the regular season a game behind co-leaders Westside Blitz and Buffalo Brighten Stars which wound up with identical 5-2-0 records.
