Students hear from FBI agent about careers with federal law enforcement

MEDINA – Special Agent Darin Schultz from the FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigation) talked to Security and Law Enforcement and Computer Technology students at the Orleans Career and Technical Education Center about careers in the FBI. The FBI is the domestic intelligence and security service of the United States and its principal federal law enforcement agency.
The agency has four career paths in STEM, Forensic Accounting, Foreign Language and Surveillance. Security and Law Enforcement student Shaunah Naus, a senior, says meeting Agent Schultz solidified her choice of career after graduation.
“Being in the FBI has always sparked my interest and he shared with us a lot of great information,” Naus said. “This is what I plan on doing with what I am learning here at BOCES.”
