Lady Hawks win soccer sectional opener
No. 4 seed Holley blanked No. 13 Campbell-Savonna 4-0 in the opening round of the Section V Class C1 girls soccer playoffs this evening at Perry.
Halee Passarell and Olivia Radford both scored a pair of goals to spark the attack for Holley as Rachel Killian and Sara Kingdollar earned assists.
Holley will next face the winner of the No. 5 Canisteo/Greenwood vs. No. 12 Romulus/South Seneca game in the quarterfinals on Friday.

Aquinas 3, Lyndonville/Medina 0
No. 6 seed Aquinas scored all of its goals in the first half to gain a 3-0 win over visiting No. 11 Lyndonville/Medina in a Class B1 opener.
“We played very well and held them in the second half. I am very proud of them,” said Lady Tigers Coach Paul Zeppetella.
