Albion places well at Webster Invitational
Albion had top three place finishes in 10 events at the Webster Invitational track meet today.
Emma Mathes won the 800 in 2:32.80. She also teamed up with Olivia Krenning, Jessica Penna and Jamie Penna to win the 3200 Relay in 12:57.23.
Sam Sanchez, Ugene Harrison, Payton Lake and Angel Rosario teamed up to win the Sprint Medley Relay in 4:19.25.
Tre Yaskulski won the 110 Hurdles in :16.21 and Dominic Burton placed second.
Yaskulski, Sanchez and Harrison also teamed up with Ozzie Matos to give the Purple Eagles a second place finish in the 400 relay.
Anthony Freeman placed second and Burton third in the 400 Hurdles as did Honesty Little in the 100 Hurdles.
The Purple Eagles also got second place finishes from Colton Howell in the Pole Vault, Nick Perry in the Discus and Chris Shabazz in the Pentathlon.
