71 in Orleans left without power

National Grid says county will be fully restored by 2 p.m. Friday

National Grid has nearly all of its Orleans County electricity customers with power as of 9:31 tonight. This morning about 1,000 customers were without electricity. Now 71 customers await to be restored out of 19,346 total in the county. Most of the residents awaiting electricity are in the northern part of Carlton.

The company is estimating full restoration for the county by 2 p.m. on Friday.

National Grid has has 13,155 customers upstate without power, out of 1,646,374 total.
