60 mph wind gusts, thunderstorms headed our way

The National Weather Service is warning that strong storms are expected in Orleans County later this afternoon and evening.
A powerful cold front over Southern Ontario this afternoon will take aim on region this evening, the Weather Service said.
“Showers and thunderstorms will develop along and ahead of this front, with some thunderstorms producing damaging wind gusts in excess of 60 miles per hour,” the Weather Service said.
