52-mile route planned for ‘Back the Blue’ ride in Orleans County on Sept. 12

MURRAY – Organizers have the route planned for a “Back the Blue” ride on Sept. 12.

The event will start at 3823 Monroe-Orleans Line Rd., at a property owned by David Paul. The ride will then go 52 miles in Holley, Albion and Medina, before coming back to Countyline Road.

Participants are urged to arrive between 10:30 to 11:45 a.m. for staging of vehicles with the ride to begin at noon sharp.

The Orleans County ride is intended to be a rally to support law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, hospital workers and U.S. military. Participants are urged to bring American flags, and decorate motorcycles, Jeeps, cars and trucks.  Invite your family and friends.

The route includes: Start at 3823 Monroe-Orleans County Line Road and head south to Route 31 (west) going thru Holley, Albion and Medina. Then turn on Route 63 (North), and go to Route 104, heading east back to Monroe-Orleans County Line Road.
