3 to 5 inches of snow in forecast for Orleans

A winter weather advisory has been issued for Orleans County from 4 a.m. Friday to 4 a.m. Saturday with 3 to 5 inches in the forecast, the National Weather Service in Buffalo said.
The advisory also includes Niagara, Monroe and Wayne counties.
“Plan on slippery road conditions,” the Weather Service said. “The hazardous conditions could impact Friday morning and evening commutes.”
The high temperatures in the forecast in the coming days include 31 on Friday, 34 and sunny on Saturday, 39 and partly sunny on Sunday, and 42 with showers likely on Monday, which is Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
