The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for 1 p.m. today until 7 a.m. on Monday.

An inch of snow is expected this afternoon and then 2 to 4 inches tonight in Orleans County, as well as Niagara, Genesee, Wyoming, Livingston, Monroe, Wayne, Erie, and Ontario counties.

“Widespread accumulating snow will result in snow-covered roads and reduced visibility, resulting in hazardous travel conditions,” the Weather Service said.
