2 from Lockport arrested for robbery in Medina

MEDINA – On March 8, the Medina Police Department responded to a robbery that occurred in State St. Park. During the course of this robbery, what appeared to be a handgun was displayed.
The Medina Police Department conducted an investigation in which the following arrests were made:
• Deandre Reed, 20, of Lockport was charged with Robbery 1st, a class B felony; Conspiracy 4th, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, a class A misdemeanor; Menacing 2nd, a class A misdemeanor; and Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Bail was set at $50,000 with a $100,000 bond.
• Robert Homes, 19, of Lockport was charged with Robbery 1st, a class B felony; Conspiracy 4th, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th, a class A misdemeanor; and Petit Larceny, a class A Misdemeanor.
Bail was set at $50,000 with a $100,000 bond.
• Police also charged Nikki Buzzard, 21, of Medina with two counts of Hindering Prosecution 2nd, a class E felony. She was released on an appearance ticket.
The primary investigating officers on this incident were Cory Collins and Sergeant Mike Borrell.
