2 arraigned in County Court for 2nd-degree assault
ALBION – Two Orleans County residents were arraigned this morning in County Court for second-degree assault.
Lawrence Guy, 44, of Holley allegedly assaulted a tenant at the Holley Hotel on Sept. 2, causing a broken jaw and head injury.
County Court Judge Sanford Church cited Guy’s previous criminal history in setting bail at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
Jamal Poole, 26, of Medina also faces second-degree assault for allegedly striking his girlfriend on Aug. 11, causing a collapsed lung and chest injury.
No bail was set because he doesn’t have a prior criminal history.
