1 to 3 inches of snow forecast for this morning
The National Weather Service said 1 to 3 inches of snow will fall this morning in Orleans, Genesee and Niagara counties.
A lake effect snow advisory is in effect for the three counties through late morning. There will be blowing snow with northwest winds at 20 to 30 miles per hour with gusts up to 40 mph.
