Police seek help in finding missing teen who walked away from BOCES in Medina

SHELBY – Police are asking the public’s help in locating a teen who walked away on Sept. 29 from the Orleans/Niagara BOCES center on 3242 Shelby Basin Rd., Medina.
The Niagara County Sheriff’s Department said Kelsey Williams, 17, walked away from the BOCES school, and she may be in the company of another BOCES student. She is known to have family and friends in Erie County.
Kelsey is white, 5’2’’ and 169 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
