Ronald G. Montague
BROCKPORT – Ronald G. Montague, 79, died unexpectedly at his home on May 27, 2023. He was born on March 28, 1944 to Ernest and Marie Montague.
He was a resident of Brockport, N.Y. A graduate of Barker Central School in 1962, he worked at Owens Illinois of Brockport for many years until his retirement. He enjoyed golfing, watching the N.Y. Yankees on TV, playing Euchre, and his lottery tickets.
He is survived by his companion, Gail Corbett; sister, Bonnie (Robert)Neuman of Barker; children, Cherilyn (Wayne) Schumacher of Wolcottsville, N.Y., Greg (Cathy) Montague of West Hyak, N.Y., and Michele (Paul) Schumacher of Port St. Lucie, Florida; a nephew, Scot (Pam) of Lyndonville N.Y. and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
There will be no calling hours. Memorials may be made to St. John Evang. Lutheran Church, 10213 Roosevelt Highway, Lyndonville, N.Y. 14098.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Fowler Funeral Home of Brockport.
