Medina Police Department charged David B. Kendrick, 39, of 11599 E. Lake Rd., Lyndonville, on Dec. 5, 2014, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated - Blood Alcohol Content .18% or higher; and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Kendrick was released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return Dec. 18 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Nicole F. Jisa, 39, of 100 Bernzomatic Drive, Medina, on Dec. 8, 2014, with Trespass. Jisa was arraigned and held on $250 bail and was scheduled to return Dec. 11 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Steven J. Johnson, 35, of 301 Park Ave., Medina, on Dec. 9, 2014, with Petit Larceny. Johnson was arraigned and held on $5,000 bail and was scheduled to return Dec. 11 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Tamara L. Butler, 37, of 301 Park Ave., Medina, on Dec. 9, 2014, with Attempted Petit Larceny. Butler was arraigned and held on $500 bail and was scheduled to return Dec. 11, 2014, to Shelby Town Court.

 

On Dec. 9, 2014, Aaron Q. Even, 18, of 317 North Ave., Medina, was arrested for Menacing 2nd and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. Investigator Dave Foeller charged Even as a result of a complaint and traffic stop on Rte. 31 in the town of Albion. Even was a backseat passenger in a vehicle that traveling east on Rte. 31 from Medina when he pointed what appeared to be a handgun, ultimately found to be a BB gun, at other motorists and vehicles that were traveling the highway. Even was arraigned in Town of Albion Court and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail. Albion Police assisted with the traffic stop.

On Dec. 2, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kalley J. Williams, 58, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

 

On Dec. 3, 2014, at 449 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Stacey A. Kimmerly, 40, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.

 

On Dec. 3, 2014, on Route 31, Holley, the Albion Police Department charged Vickie L. Hughes, 49, with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell in the Third Degree; two counts of Criminal Sale Narcotic Drug in the Third Degree; two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell in the Fifth Degree; and two counts of Criminal Sale of Narcotic Prep in the Fourth Degree.

 

On Dec. 3, 2014, on Route 31, Holley, the Albion Police Department charged Jerry L. Walls, 45, with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell in the Fifth Degree; three counts of Criminal Sale Narcotic Prep in the Fourth Degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree - Narcotic; two counts of Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell in the Third Degree; and two counts of Criminal Sale of a Narcotic Drug in the Third Degree.

 

On Dec. 3, 2014, at 175 N. Main St., Apt. 16, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged John B. Lang Jr., 56, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell in the Fifth Degree; Criminal Sale of Narcotic Prep in the Fourth Degree; Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree - Narcotic; Criminal Sale of a Narcotic Drug in the Third Degree; and Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell in the Third Degree.

 

On Dec. 3, 2014, at 213 E. Oak Orchard St., Apt. Right, Medina, the Albion Police Department charged Maurice R. McGill, 30, with Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

 

On Dec. 4, 2014, at 14016 Route 31, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Michelle L. Sanders, 42, with Act in Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17 Years of Age; and Obstruct Governmental Administration in the Second Degree.

 

On Dec. 6, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Joshua L. Miller, 34, on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On Dec. 9, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kelly L. Dunn, 35, with Burglary Second Degree - Illegal Entry; two counts of Harassment Second Degree - Physical Contact; and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree.

On Dec. 1, 2014, Kristopher J. Hayward, 30, of 3217 Oak Orchard Rd., Apt 1, Albion, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4th. Sgt. Don Draper charged Hayward after he kicked and jumped on an individual’s vehicle causing damage during an argument at his residence. Hayward is scheduled to appear in Town of Gaines Court on Oct. 17, 2014, at 3 p.m.

On Nov. 30, 2014, Troopers arrested Elisabeth A. Tiberio, 40, of Albion, N.Y., for Assault 3rd, a Class A Misdemeanor. A fight broke out at the Stumblin Inn on State Route 98 in Elba, on Nov. 29, 2014. Investigation revealed Tiberio was involved in a physical altercation where she bit the other person causing injury. Tiberio was arrested, processed at State Police Batavia and transported to the Town of Elba Court where she was released on her own recognizance. Tiberio is scheduled to appear at a later date to the Town of Elba Court to answer the assault charge.

Medina Police Department charged Ryan Palmer, 19, of 271 W. Center St., Medina, on Nov. 19, 2014, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Palmer was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Dec. 4 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Kristina L. Pittard, 24, of 956 Gwinn St., Medina, on Nov. 27, 2014, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; and Speeding. Pittard was released and was scheduled to return Dec. 4 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Steven J. Johnson, 35, of 301 Park Ave., Medina, on Nov. 27, 2014, with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. Johnson was arraigned and held on $1,000 bail and was scheduled to return Dec. 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Joey M. Johnson, 27, of 330 S. Ave., Medina, on Nov. 28, 2014, with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree and Resisting Arrest. Johnson was held on $1,000 bail and was scheduled to return Dec. 8 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Samantha L. Wroblewski, 25, of 213 Prospect Ave., Medina, on Nov. 28, 2014, with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree. Wroblewski was arraigned and released on her own recognizance and was scheduled to return Dec. 4 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Kody M. Wagner, 31, of 1 Carolyn St., Middleport, on Nov. 30, 2014, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Wagner was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Dec. 8 to Ridgeway Town Court.

On Nov. 21, 2014, at 167 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Melissa M. Stornelli, 30, with Use Leased/Rented/Loaned Vehicle without Permission; Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree.

 

On Nov. 22, 2014, at 218 W. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Shawn R. Block, 41, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree; and Equipment Violation.

 

On Nov. 25, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Cassandra J. Westphal, 23, with Criminal Possession of a Weapon with Intent to Use in the Fourth Degree; and Assault in the Second Degree: With Intent to Cause Physical Injury.

 

On Nov. 26, 2014, at 17 Caroline St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jason R. Duffina, 37, on the execution of a bench warrant.

On Nov. 27, 2014, at 163 McKinstry St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Nicholas J. Theodorakos, 22, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense; Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Improper Left Turn - Two-Way Road; Drinking Alcohol in Motor Vehicle; and Speed Violation - Speed in Zone.

 

On Nov. 27, 2014, at 263 E. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Lauren E. Ellison, 51, with Refusal to Take Breath Test; Unsafe Turn/Failure to Signal; Fail to Keep Right: Two-Lane Road; and Driving While Intoxicated: First Offense.

 

On Nov. 27, 2014, at 6 W. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Karen A. Plummer, 53, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Driving While Intoxicated: First Offense; and Unsafe Turn/Failure to Signal.

 

On Nov. 28, 2014, at 161 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Ryan A. Burow, 18, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

 

On Nov. 28, 2014, at 236 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Ashley D. Weaver, 24, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

 

On Nov. 28, 2014, at 11 King St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kimberly J. Cardenas, 23, with Resisting Arrest and Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

 

On Nov. 30, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Nicholas J. Theodorakos, 22, with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree.

On Nov. 21, 2014, Daniel G. Busch, 22, of 14866 E. Lee Rd., Albion, was arrested for Reckless Endangerment 2nd; Criminally Obstructing Breathing 2nd; Harassment 2nd; and Menacing 3rd. Sgt. Dean Covis of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Busch as a result of domestic complaint where he is alleged to have choked, slapped and bit the victim on Nov. 19, 2014. Busch was arraigned in Town of Albion Court, where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $5000 bail.

 

On Nov. 25, 2014, Felix Darias, 52, of Olmito, Texas, was arrested on a violation of probation warrant. Deputy Tom Marano of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office, assisted by Sgt. Don Draper, extradited Darias back to New York from Texas after he was picked up on the Orleans County probation warrant. Darias was arraigned in town of Albion Court, where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $50,000 bail.

 

On Nov. 26, 2014, Joseph W. Sullinger, 31, of 1375 Waterport Rd., Waterport, was arrested for No Plate Lamp; Drove Across Hazardous Markings; Driving While Intoxicated; and Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content Greater Than .08% (.14%). Chief Deputy Thomas Drennan of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Sullinger as a result of a traffic stop on Platten Road in the town of Yates. Sullinger was scheduled to appear in Town of Yates Court on Dec. 17, 2014.

 

On Nov. 29, 2014, Joey M. Johnson, 27, of 330 South Ave., Medina, was arrested for Petit Larceny. Deputy Mike Mele of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Johnson as a result of an investigation into the theft of nearly $40 worth of items from Wal-Mart on Sept. 6, 2014. Johnson was scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on Dec. 17, 2014.

On Nov. 15, 2014, Holley Police Department charged Nicholas W. Gallipeau, 22, of 172 Collamer Rd., Hilton, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, after police stopped the vehicle from a radio call of a sick or intoxicated driver on East Avenue.

 

On Nov. 16, 2014, Holley Police charged Jonathan A. Magee, 33, of 226 Chamberlain St., Albion, on an arrest warrant for Criminal Contempt in the second degree. This arrest was made from a complaint made on Nov. 12, 2014. Magee was processed and arraigned in Murray Town Court and held on bail at the Orleans County Jail.

 

On Nov. 17, 2014, Holley Police Department charged Christopher D. Helsdon, 25, of 46 W. Albion St., Holley, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree. Helsdon was scheduled to return to Murray Town Court.

 

On Nov. 17, 2014, Holley Police Department charged Christopher D. Helsdon, 25, of 46 W. Albion St., Holley, after his vehicle was stopped for a larceny from the Village of Albion. He was charged with Petit Larceny in Holley from a previous complaint to police. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Murray Town Court.

 

On Nov. 20, 2014, Holley Police charged David Paul, 70, of 3823 Monroe Orleans Countyline Road, Holley, with Stalking in the Fourth Degree, after a complaint was filed on Nov. 13, 2014. Paul was processed and arraigned in Murray Town Court and was released on his own recognizance. The court issued a temporary order of protection.

 

On Nov. 21, 2014, Holley Police Department arrested Lee B. Johnston, 37, of 24 Rose Circle, Hamlin, on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Pay Fine from Murray Town Court. Johnston was arraigned before a Town of Kendall Justice and the fine was paid. Johnston was released.

 

On Nov. 21, 2014, Holley Police Department charged Phillip D. Byford, 24, of 108 Geddes St., Holley, with Disorderly Conduct after a radio call for a disturbance in the Geddes Street area.

 

On Nov. 22, 2014, Holley Police Department charged John W. Turoski, 31, of 1 Village Square, Holley, with Trespass; Disorderly Conduct; Fourth Degree Criminal Mischief; and Second Degree Obstructing Governmental Administration following a complaint that Turoski was on the porch of a home on Main Street and refused to leave. He allegedly began to yell and swear at police and the public and also damaged property at the Main Street address. The defendant was processed and arraigned in Murray Town Court and taken to the Orleans County Jail.

Medina Police Department charged Cheyenne Russaw Jr., 30, of 537 E. Center St., Medina, on Nov. 11, 2014, with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and two counts Harassment 2nd. Russaw was arraigned and held on $5,000 bail and was scheduled to return Nov. 17 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Maranda L. Button, 21, of 3141 Gaines Basin Rd., Albion, on Nov. 15, 2014, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Button was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Dec. 4, 2014, to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Bradley W. Albone, 39, of 189 Maple Ave., Lyndonville, on Nov. 16, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct. Albone was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Dec. 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Stephen V. Recco Jr., 24, of 11333 Slade Rd., Medina, on Nov. 20, 2014, with Burglary 2nd; Grand Larceny 4th, and Conspiracy 4th. Recco was also charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd. Recco was arraigned and held on $50,000 bail and was scheduled to return Dec. 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Maurice A. Glasco, 36, of 1128 S. Main St., Medina, on Nov. 22, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct. Glasco was arraigned at the Yates Town Court and was released on his own recognizance.

 

Medina Police Department charged Shawn D. Moore, 38, of 1128 S. Main St., Medina, on Nov. 22, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct. Moore was arraigned at the Yates Town Court and was released on his own recognizance.

 

Medina Police Department charged Robert D. Jones, 23, of 11610 Sanderson Rd., Medina, on Nov. 24, 2014, with Burglary 2nd, Grand Larceny 4th, and Conspiracy 4th. Jones was arraigned and held on $25,000 bail and was scheduled to return Dec. 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

On Nov. 20, 2014, Jeremy D. Lyons, 30, of 63 South Pearl St., Batavia, was arrested for Burglary 2nd, Grand Larceny 4th and Criminal Mischief 3rd. Investigator Ken Strickland charged Lyons as a result of an investigation into a reported August 2014 burglary and theft of items from a residence on Eagle Harbor Rd., in the town of Barre. Lyons was arraigned in Town of Barre Court where he was remanded to jail on $5000 bail.

Schell, 19, with Welfare Fraud in the Fifth Degree; Criminal Sale of a Narcotic Prep in the Fourth Degree; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell in the Fifth Degree.

 

On Nov. 14, 2014, at 112 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Edward J. Thomas, 20, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle without an Inspection; Following Too Close; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

 

On Nov. 16, 2014, at 323 W. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kyle J. Stack, 29, with Moved From Lane Unsafely; Driving While Intoxicated in the First Offense; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content.

 

On Nov. 17, 2014, at 18 E. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Christopher D. Helsdon, 25, with Petit Larceny.

 

On Nov. 19, 2014, on Beaver Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Martin Eusebio, 20, with four counts of Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell in the Third Degree; four counts of Criminal Sale of a Narcotic Drug in the Third Degree; four counts of Criminal Nuisance in the First Degree; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

 

On Nov. 19, 2014, Zachariah T. Chrisley, 24, of 16817 Ridge Rd., Holley, was arrested for Sex Abuse in the First Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Investigator Ken Strickland of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Chrisley after a complaint that he had sexual contact with a victim less than 13 years old in October of 2014. Chrisley was arraigned in Town of Murray Court and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail. A stay away order of protection was issued for the victim.

On Nov. 4, 2014, at 41 Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Alberto Salto, 24, with Act in Manner Injurious to Child Less Than 17 Years Old; and Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

On Nov. 7, 2014, at 124 S. Clinton St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Julie M. Makowski, 52, with Assault in the Third Degree.

 

On Nov. 8, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jeremy M. Fuller, 28, on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On Nov. 8, 2014, at 62 North St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged James Miller, 73, with Moved From Lane Unsafely; Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content.

 

On Nov. 9, 2014, at 4 N. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Joshua J. Fisher, 25, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended; No Seat Belt - Driver; Traffic Device Violation: Passed Red Light; Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content - Prior Conviction; and Driving While Intoxicated - Prior Conviction.

 

On Nov. 12, 2014, at 324 E. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Andre D. Coley, 22, with Harassment in the Second Degree and Trespass.

Medina Police Department charges Steven J. Johnson, 35, of 301 Park Ave., Medina, on Nov. 1, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct. Johnson was held on $400 bail and was scheduled to return Nov. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Julie A. McAdoo, 46, of 12 Main St., Middleport, on Nov. 2, 2014, with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Criminal Tampering 3rd Degree. McAdoo was arraigned and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Dec. 8.

 

Medina Police Department charged Joseph E. Reamer, 42, of 304 E. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on Nov. 5, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct. Reamer was arraigned and held on $250 bail and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Shelby Town Court.

On Oct. 9, 2014, Holley Police arrested Michael T. Ward, 45, of 1 Thomas St., Holley, with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. The arrest was made after police were called to the Holley Hotel for a domestic disturbance, where Ward allegedly violated a court-mandated order of protection. The defendant was processed and will appear in Murray Town Court.

 

On Oct. 19, 2014, Holley Police charged Matthew J. Andre Jr., 27, of 228 W. Academy St., Albion, with Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Fourth Degree after police observed a car traveling at a high rate of speed on West Albion Street. Police stopped the vehicle just outside the village, where the defendant exited the vehicle and fled on foot into backyards. After a brief foot pursuit, Andre was discovered under a tree and arrested for the marijuana that was discovered near him. The defendant was processed and arraigned before Murray Town Court and taken to to the Orleans County Jail on $500 cash bail.

 

On Oct. 21, 2014, Holley Police charged Jose O. Blanco-Pifer, 21, of 7 Park Place, Holley, with Disorderly Conduct, for allegedly yelling and using profanity in public on a public street. The defendant was processed and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 6, 2014, in Murray Town Court.

 

On Oct. 23, 2014, Holley Police charged Launey Dembra, 32, of 17179 Fourth Section Rd., Holley, with Second Degree Harassment for allegedly following a person in public. The defendant was processed and released on an appearance ticket to appear in Murray Town Court.

 

On Oct. 28, 2014, Holley Police Department charged Emily R. Wells, 30, of 4655 Mathes Rd., Holley, with Third Degree Criminal Trespass, and Second Degree Assault and Resisting Arrest following an altercation that took place at the Holley Police Department, where an officer was injured. Both parties were treated and released at Strong West Brockport. The defendant was arraigned before Town of Murray Court and released to appear at a late date.

 

On Oct. 24, 2014, at 175 N. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Robert A. Beedham Sr., 52, with Menacing in the Second Degree - Weapon; and Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

 

On Oct. 25, 2014, at 109 E. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jasper D. Lloyd, 21, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Disorderly Conduct - Obscene Language/Gestures.

 

On Oct. 25, 2014, at 3420 Butts Rd., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged David E. Brannigan, 48, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle - Registration Suspended.

 

On Oct. 27, 2014, at 202 N. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Derrick Hildreth, 36, on the execution of a bench warrant. He was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Fifth Degree.

Medina Police Department charged Joseph J. Crane, 22, of 4385 Shelby Basin Rd., Medina, on Oct. 24, 2014, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. Crane was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Aaron J. Ward, 20, of 12384 Wheeler Rd., Medina, on Oct. 25, 2014, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% ore More Blood Alcohol Content; Drinking Alcohol in Motor Vehicle; and Equipment Violation - No/Inadequate Lights. Ward was released and was scheduled to return Nov. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Charles J. Butera, 35, of 34 S. Goodman St., Rochester, on Oct. 26, 2014, with Petit Larceny. Butera was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged James V. Clawson, 33, of 16 Oakland Ave., Medina, on Oct. 27, 2014, with Petit Larceny. Clawson was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Shelby Town Court.

On Oct. 22, 2014, Evan J. Vanskiver, 22, of 1 Thomas St., Holley, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Deputy Tom Marano charged Vanskiver while he was assisting the Holley Police Officer on a complaint at the Holley Hotel and Vanskiver directed several profanity-laced comments toward law enforcement. Vanskiver then refused to be handcuffed and placed into the patrol vehicle when he was arrested. Vanskiver was arraigned in Town of Murray Court where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail.

 

On Oct. 27, 2014, Anthony M. Mosca, 20, of 34 Cragg Rd., Rochester, and Elliott S. Ketchum, 22, of 91 Park Ave., Brockport, were arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The two were charged by Deputy Kevin Colonna as a result of a vehicle stop on Newport Dr., in the town of Murray. Mosca and Ketchum are scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on Nov. 13, 2014.

 

On Oct. 28, 2014, Judy Ward, 63, of 26 East Park St., Albion, was arrested for Forgery 2nd and Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd. Investigator Ken Strickland charged Ward as the result of an investigation where she forged the Town of Albion Court clerk’s signature on eviction paperwork and then gave it to a tenant. Ward was arraigned in court and was release on her own recognizance.

On Oct. 26, 2014, Troopers arrested Joel Hernandez-Zempoalt, 31, of Albion, N.Y., for Felony DWI - Two Previous Convictions within two years and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. A vehicle was observed westbound riding on the shoulder of Ridge Rd., Albion. When Troopers approached the vehicle, a strong odor of alcohol was detected. Observed were two open cans of beer in the center console. The operator, Hernandez-Zempoalt, failed the Standard Field Sobriety Tests and he was arrested for DWI. He was processed and registered a BAC of .11%. He was arraigned in the Town of Gaines Court where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $10,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to Gaines Court on Oct. 29, 2014.

 

On Oct. 24, 2014, Joshua M. Knoepfler, 20, of 1285 Vroom Rd., Spencerport, was arrested for Failure to Keep Right, Moved from Lane Unsafely, Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Unlawful Possession of Alcohol Under 21, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3rd and DWI Drugs. Investigator Dave Foeller charged Knoepfler as a result of a traffic stop on Rte. 31A, in the town of Albion. Knoepfler is scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court at a later date.

 

On Oct. 26, 2014, James K. Clark, 23, of 7617 Fourth Section Rd., Brockport, was arrested for Moved from Lane Unsafely, Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3rd, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, DWI, DWI Drugs, DWAI Drugs and Alcohol combined. Investigator Dave Foeller, assisted by Deputy Kevin Colonna, charged Clark as a result of a traffic stop on McNamara Rd., in the town of Barre. Clark is scheduled to appear in Town of Barre Court on Nov. 13, 2014. A passenger in Clark’s vehicle, Robert F. Verhagen, 20, of 3492 Hulberton Rd., Holley, was charged by Deputy Colonna for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and is scheduled to appear in Town of Barre Court on Nov. 13, 2014.

 

On Oct. 27, 2014, David P. Neibert, 27, of 3 High St., Waterport, was arrested for Petit Larceny. Deputy Tom Marano charged Neibert as a result of a complaint that he passed all points of sale at Wal-Mart with nearly $120 in Ensure Protein Drink. Neibert is scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on Nov. 12, 2014.

On Oct. 24, 2014, Ryan S. Lockhart, 40, of 933 Water St., Kent, was arrested for Burglary 3rd and Petit Larceny. Investigator Dave Foeller charged Lockhart as a result of an investigation into the burglary of the Lighthouse Restaurant that was reported on Oct. 15, 2014. It was reported that the business was entered and $60 cash was stolen some time during the overnight. Lockhart was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on no bail due to numerous outstanding warrants both locally and out of state. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 29, 2014 at 3 p.m., when Lockhart is scheduled to appear next in Town of Carlton Court.

On Oct. 23, 2014, Scott E. Davis was arrested for False Written Statement and False Reporting Incident 3rd, Class A Misdemeanors. Davis reported to the Troopers that the mother of his infant son had called him and threatened to kill the baby and then herself. Investigation reveals that Davis falsified the report and signed a written statement. During a follow-up interview with Davis, he admitted that he did make the false report because he was trying to get some retribution. Davis was arrested and processed at State Police Albion and given an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Murray Court on Nov. 3, 2014.

On Oct. 7, 2014, Lori J. Murek, 51, of 13344 Hanlon Rd., Albion, was arrested for Welfare Fraud 3rd; Grand Larceny 3rd; and Filing a False Instrument 1st (8 counts). Investigator Ken Strickland of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office, with the assistance of the Orleans County Social Services Fraud Investigation Unit, charged Murek after it was discovered she received nearly $23,000 in benefits that she was not entitled to. Murek was arraigned in Town of Albion Court where she was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $5000 bail.

 

Medina Police Department charged Caitlin E. Hardy, 22, of 355 N. Ave., Medina, on Oct. 15, 2014, with Resisting Arrest and Harassment 2nd. Hardy was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Blaine R. Keyes, 24, of 8242 Akron Rd., Lockport, on Oct. 16, 2014, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Keyes was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Dec. 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Christopher M. Duncanson, 39, of 6737 Akron Rd., Lockport, on Oct. 16, 2014, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Duncanson was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Dec. 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jazmond M. Brady, 25, of 112 Beaver St., Albion, on Oct. 17, 2014, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Brady was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Kaywood A. Poole, 27, 1 Thomas St., Holley, on Oct. 17, 2014, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Poole was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Debra L. Unell, 52, of 738 Orient St., Medina, on Oct. 18, 2014, with Driving While Intoxicated; Refusal to Take a Breath Test; Moved From Lane Unsafely; and Operator Leaving Scene of Property Damage Accident. Unell was arraigned and held on $1,000 bail and was scheduled to return Nov. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

On Oct. 22, 2014, Matthew M. Keiffer, 27, of 1200 Marshall Rd., Lyndonville, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd. Deputy Jim Halstead of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Keiffer after he was involved in a domestic incident at 67 Eagle Street in the Village of Lyndonville. The victim already had an order of protection against Keiffer previously issued out of the Town of Shelby Court. Keiffer was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail.

 

On Oct. 22, 2014, Jack D. Nenni, 20, of 245 Caroline St., Albion, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2nd and Harassment 2nd. Sgt. Theo Gunkler of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Nenni after a complaint where he entered a residence on Midway Road in the town of Gaines and got into an altercation with the victim. Nenni was later located by an Albion police officer and turned over to Sgt. Gunkler. Nenni was arraigned in Town of Gaines Court where he was released on his own recognizance and an order of protection was issued for the victim.
