The New York State Police in cooperation with the Orleans County Department of Social Services arrested Philip K. Warner, 39, of Albion, N.Y., for Welfare Fraud, a Class A Misdemeanor. Warner received day-care assistance benefits that he was not entitled to. Warner failed to provide requested verification to the department of social services, which caused funds to be paid out on occasions in which the children should not have been at the day care center. This resulted in him receiving over $500.00 in day care benefits that he was not entitled to. Warner was arrested on Jan. 26, 2015, and processed at State Police Albion. He was issued an appearance ticket issued returnable to the Town of Albion Court on Feb. 11, 2015.

On Jan. 10, 2015, Holley Police arrested Jeffrey J. Weber, 58, residing at 41 N. Main St., Holley, for Harassment in the Second Degree following a 911 call on Dec. 31, 2015, from John A. O'Mara, residing at 20 E. Union St., Holley. Mr. O'Mara stated that he and his wife were awoken by a loud engine noise below their bedroom window and saw Mr. Weber snowblowing the sidewalks on the street at 11:20 p.m. Weber allegedly stopped right in front of the O'Mara's bedroom window with the engine still running and stared up at Mr. O'Mara. This comes after years of alleged harassment to John O'Mara and his family and he just wanted him to stop, police say. Jeffrey Weber was also charged with the offense of Local Law Ordinance, a violation of section 172-3-B of the Village of Holley Local Law. He was arraigned in Town of Murray Court on Jan. 22, 2015.

 

On Jan. 10, 2015, Holley Police arrested Julia L. Holler, 21, residing at 15 E. Albion St., Apt. B, Holley, for Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact after Officer Christ was summoned to the residence for a domestic dispute between Julia and her domestic partner. An argument had ensued after returning home from a party and got physical. Julia was arrested and taken to appear in front of Judge Ted Spada and was released on her own recognizance.

 

On Jan. 11, 2015, Holley Police arrested Evan J. Vanskiver, 22, residing at 1 Thomas St., Apt. 5, Holley, for Disorderly Conduct after a disorderly disturbance call at the Holley Hotel. Upon arrival Officer Corey Collins observed Vanskiver screaming, yelling, and becoming more agitated. He then started yelling with obscene language at the Officer and other tenants. Officer Collins then placed Vanskiver under arrest and was taken to Judge Ted Spada and was released on his own recognizance.

 

On Jan. 12, 2015, Holley Police arrested Evan J. Vanskiver, 22, residing at 1 Thomas St., Apt. 5, Holley, for Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact after Officers Peter Columbo and Officer Boehm responded to a 911 call for Domestic Dispute at the Holley Hotel. Upon arrival they observed Vanskiver highly intoxicated and out of control. He was being verbally abusive and his domestic partner was frightened that he was going to hurt her because he had choked her the night before, say police. She wanted him arrested and an order of protection placed against him. Vanskiver was placed under arrest and arraigned in front of Judge Passarell in Murray Town Court. He was released under his own recognizance and was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on Jan. 22, 2015.

 

On Jan. 17, 2015, Holley Police arrested Robert J. Stearns, 24, residing at 3874 Fancher Rd., Holley. Officer Collins was conducting routine patrol in the village when he noticed a vehicle with a registration sticker that looked to be fictitious. He then performed a vehicle traffic stop. Upon information from the Justice System, the registration expired on April 9, 2014. Also the license plates were fictitious. They did not belong to the vehicle, and when Collins ran Stearns' license it came back as suspended for nine violations on five different dates. Stearns' vehicle was towed and he was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree with Greater Than Three Suspensions; Operating an Unregistered Vehicle; and Improper Plates Violation. He was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on Feb. 12, 2015.

On Jan. 22, 2015, Tiffany M. Fuller, 25, of 11283 Dunlop Road, Medina, was arrested for Failure to Keep Right, Moved from Lane Unsafely, Failed to Use Designated Lane, Failure to Notify DMV of Address Change, DWI and Aggravated DWI (.18% BAC). Deputy Torry Tooley charged Fuller as the result of a motor-vehicle accident that occurred on South Gravel Road in the town of Shelby. While conducting his investigation Deputy Tooley located controlled prescription medication that did not belong to Fuller. Investigation is ongoing with additional charges possible. Fuller is scheduled to appear in Town of Shelby Court on Feb. 5, 2015 at 6 p.m.

 

On Jan. 28, 2015, Benith White, 45, of 1857 Kent Road, Kent, was arrested for Criminally Obstructing Breathing and Harassment 2nd. Deputy Jim DeFilipps charged White as a result of a domestic incident at the residence. White is alleged to have struck and choked the victim during the dispute. White was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $750 bail with a stay away order of protection issued for the victim.

On Jan. 21, 2015, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Daniel A. Brusie, 38, with Petit Larceny; and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree.

 

On Jan. 22, 2015, at 27 N. Clinton St., Apt. A, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Carl R. Maxon, 32, on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On Jan. 23, 2015, at 21 Platt St., Apt. 3, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Antonio F. Lopez, 24, with Criminal Contempt in the First Degtee; Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree; and two counts of Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

 

On Jan. 24, 2015, at 513 Densmore St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Justin E. Froman, 31, with Driving While Intoxicated; Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense; and Speed Violation: Speed in Zone.

 

On Jan. 26, 2015, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Paul R. Gulczewski, 21, on the execution of a bench warrant.

The New York State Police in cooperation with the Orleans County Department of Social Services have arrested Stephanie M. Rauch, 25, of Holley, for Welfare Fraud, a Class E Felony. An investigation revealed that Stephanie M. Rauch received day-care benefits that she was not entitled to, from May 3, 2014 to July 31, 2014. She failed to verify her wages or provide an explanation for excessive day care usage. This resulted in her receiving over $1,300.00. Rauch was arrested, processed at State Police Albion and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Albion Court on Jan. 27, 2015.

 

On Jan. 15, 2015, Joseph A. Taylor, 18, who is homeless, was arrested for Burglary 2nd; Criminal Mischief 3rd; and Petit Larceny. Investigator Ken Strickland of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Taylor as a result of a complaint of a suspicious person on Long Bridge Road in the town of Albion. Lt. Chris Bourke located Taylor and discovered that he had items in his possession that had just been stolen from a residence on Long Bridge Road while nobody was home. The victim responded home and assisted law enforcement in identifying what had been stolen from the residence and secured the residence where two windows had been broken by the suspect. Taylor was arraigned and remanded to the Orleans County Jail on $15,000 bail. Deputies were also able to recover items that had been stolen from three other victims of car larcenies that had occurred earlier that day in the area. Charges against Taylor will be filed at a later date in the Town of Albion Court for those cases. Assisting in the investigation were Deputy Brian Larkin, Investigator Dave Foeller and Chief Deputy Thomas Drennan.

 

On Jan. 18, 2015, Andrew D. Hewitt, 30, of 338 Hidden Creek, Hamlin, was arrested on an arrest warrant after he failed to appear in town of Murray Court on previous charges of Unlicensed Operator; Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 2nd; and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd. Deputy Torry Tooley of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Hewitt after he had been turned over by the Ogden Police Department. Hewitt was arraigned and remanded to the Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail.

 

On Jan. 19, 2015, Jeremy P. Smith, 30, of 43 Lydun Dr., Albion, was arrested for Moved from Lane Unsafely; No License; Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 1st; Refusal to Take a Breath Test; Driving While Intoxicated; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Deputy DeFilipps charged Smith as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Brown Road in the town of Gaines. Smith was arraigned and remanded to the Orleans County Jail on $5000 bail.

 

Medina Police Department charged Andrew M. Turner, 18, of 135 Union St., Batavia, with Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Fourth Degree. Turner was arraigned and held on $250 bail and was scheduled to return Jan. 15, 2015, to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Amber S. Holloway, 23, of 301 Park Ave., Medina, on Jan. 12, 2015, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Holloway was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Feb. 2, 2015, to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Rachel C. Marks, 24, of 87 Heritage Estates, Albion, on Jan. 12, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Marks was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Feb. 2 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Markel L. Hill, 25, of 137 Chestnut St., Lockport, on Jan. 20, 2015, with Assault in the Second Degree. Hill was arraigned and held on $10,000 bail and was scheduled to return Jan. 22 to Shelby Town Court.

On Jan. 19, 2015, Maurice R. McGill, 30, of Medina, was arrested for Assault 2nd, a Class D Felony. On Jan. 18, 2015, Troopers received a report of a subject receiving injuries to his eye after being struck by a bottle. Investigation showed that McGill threw a glass bottle at a man’s face causing him to seek medical attention and have glass removed from his eye. An arrest warrant was issued. McGill was arrested and processed at State Police Albion. McGill was arraigned Town of Shelby Court and remanded to Orleans County Jail with no bail. McGill is schedule to return to court on Jan. 22, 2015.

 

On Jan. 10, 2015, at 50 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jeremy M. Fuller, 29, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.

 

On Jan. 11, 2015, at 3665 Clarendon Rd., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Phillip D. Byford Jr., 24, on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On Jan. 16, 2015, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Ashley M. Brooks, 24, with Petit Larceny.

 

On Jan. 16, 2015, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jasper D. Lloyd, 21, on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On Jan. 17, 2015, at 2 W. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kathryn R. Wilston, 22, with Muffler Exhaust System Violation and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

 

On Jan. 18, 2015, at 118 E. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kenneth J. Mosele Jr., 32, with Equipment Violation; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.

 

On Jan. 19, 2015, at 355 W. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jeremy S. Geisler, 21, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle without an Inspection; Muffler Exhaust System Violation; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

 

On Jan. 19, 2015, at 146 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Mark C. Miller, 31, with Controlled Substance in Non-Original Container; six counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree; Operating a Motor Vehicle while Impaired by Drugs; Fail to Keep Right- Two-Lane Road; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.

 

On Jan. 19, 2015, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Tresia D. Brace, 21, on the execution of an arrest warrant.

On Jan. 12, 2015, Nathan L. Parsad, 24, of 5513 Gates Dr., Williamson, was arrested for Failure to Keep Right; Moved from Lane Unsafely; Driving While Intoxicated - Drugs; Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree. Deputy Brian Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Parsad as the result of an investigation into a motor vehicle accident on Ridge Road in the town of Gaines. Two passengers, Caitlin E. Jones, 29, of 3145 Hopkins Rd., Canandaigua; and Eric L. Shirley, 28, of 5253 Route 21 Canandaigua, were charged with Possession of a Hypodermic Needle and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th Degree. Nearly four ounces of a Ketamine along with other drug paraphernalia was found on the seat by law enforcement. The three were arraigned in court and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $10,000 bail. Assisting at the scene were other members of the OCSO, NYSP, Albion PD and Orleans County Task Force.

On Jan. 1, 2015, at 85 Caroline St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Ashley B. Tanner, 29, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree; and Speed Violation: Speed in Zone.

 

On Jan. 2, 2015, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jason G. Mullins, 53, with Disobey Mandate Exc Jl 753a-2.

 

On Jan. 4, 2015, at 431 W. State St., Bldg. 9, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jeffrey J. Farrell Jr., 27, with four counts of Petit Larceny; three counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree; Permit Minor in Sex/Drug Establishment; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.

 

On Jan. 6, 2015, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Thomas R. Vasquez Jr., 28, with two counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree.

Medina Police Department charged Amber S. Holloway, 23, of 301 Park Ave., Medina, on Dec. 31, 2014, with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree. Holloway was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return Jan. 8, 2015, to Shelby Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Joy S. Renouf, 37, of 300 Prospect Ave., Medina, on Jan. 1, 2015, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; and Insufficient Turn Signal Less Than 100 Feet. Renouf was released on her own recognizance and was scheduled to return Jan. 26 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Johnathan N. Taylor, 29, of 755 Church St., Medina, on Jan. 1, 2015, with Disorderly Conduct. Taylor was arraigned and held on $100 bail and was scheduled to return Jan. 5 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department chard Xavier M. Hand, 18, of Medina, on Jan. 6, 2015, with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. Hand was arraigned and held on $1,000 bail. He was scheduled to return Jan. 8 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Terry R. Johnson, 24, of Medina, on Jan. 6, 2015, with Burglary in the Second Degree and Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. Johnson was arraigned and held on $25,000 bail and was scheduled to return Jan. 8 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Nicole F. Jisa, 39, of 100 Bernzomatic Dr., Medina, on Jan. 6, 2015, with Trespass and Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. Jisa was arraigned and held on $500 bail and was scheduled to return Jan. 8 to Shelby Town Court.

 

NYS Department of Social Services Investigation found that Tomara A. Gilmore, 21, of Brockport, received public assistance benefits to which she was not entitled. From Feb. 1, 2014, to May 31, 2014, Gilmore collected over $1,800 in benefits and never reported the additional wages that were coming into the household. Gilmore was arrested for Welfare Fraud, a Class E Felony, and processed at State Police Albion. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Albion Court on Jan. 21, 2015.

On Dec. 31, 2014, Angela S. Dickinson, 39, of 103 S. Main St., Holley, was arrested for Trespass. Deputy Alex Breuilly of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Dickinson after she was located in the Wal-Mart store from which she has been banned entry. Dickinson was scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on Jan. 13, 2015.

 

On Dec. 31, 2014, Travis D. Rollo, 21, of 2386 W. Kendall Rd., Kendall, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Chief Deputy Thomas Drennan of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Rollo as a result of a complaint of damage done to the lawn from a vehicle doing doughnuts at St. Mark's Church on Kenmor Road in the town of Kendall, which occurred on Dec. 18, 2014. Rollo was scheduled to appear in Kendall Court on Jan. 5, 2015.

 

On Dec. 31, 2014, Travis D. Rollo, 21, of 2386 W. Kendall Rd., Kendall, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Chief Deputy Thomas Drennan of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Rollo as a result of a complaint of damage done to the lawn from a vehicle doing doughnuts at the Beechwood Cemetery off West Kendall Road in Kendall, which was reported Dec. 21, 2014. Rollo was scheduled to appear in Kendall Court on Jan. 5, 2015.

 

On Jan. 4, 2015, Robin J. Ross, 49, of 105 Rice Rd., Albion, was arrested for Issuing a Bad Check. Deputy Brian Larkin charged Ross after she wrote a check for over $336 to Roger Fisher when her account had insufficient funds. Ross was scheduled to appear in Town of Barre Court on Jan. 22, 2015.

Medina Police Department charged Joseph Childs, 49, of 118 S. Ave., Medina, on Dec. 17, 2014, with Owning/Harboring Unlicensed Dog and Keeping Unvaccinated Dog. Childs was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Jan. 8, 2015 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Chad L. Hickey, 44, of 704 Orient St., Medina, on Dec. 19, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct. Hickey was arraigned and held on $250 bail. He was scheduled to return Jan. 8, 2015, to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jessica D. Hale, 24, of 813 S. Main St., Medina, on Dec. 27, 2014, with Harassment in the Second Degree; Resisting Arrest; and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Hale was arraigned and held on $2000 bail and was scheduled to return Jan. 8, 2015, to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jaleen J. Negron, 20, of 17 Crimson Heights, Albion, on Dec. 27, 2014, with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth. Negron was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return Jan. 8, 2015, with Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Steven R. Galley, 43, of 403 E. Center St., Medina, on Dec. 29, 2014, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Galley was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Jan. 26, 2015, to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Trevvohn S. Parker, 23, of Albion, on Dec. 30, 2014, with Crimnal Mischief in the Fourth Degree; Harassment in the Second Degree; and three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Parker was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. He was scheduled to return Jan. 8, 2015, to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Bennie Coger, 20, of 541 E. Center St., Medina, on Dec. 30, 2014, with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree. Coger was arraigned and held on $250 bail. He was scheduled to return Jan. 5, 2015, with Ridgeway Town Court.

On Dec. 27, 2014, Jose L. Ramirez-Figueroa, 34, of Holley, N.Y., was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and Unlicensed Operator. Ramirez-Figueroa was observed driving over the solid white line on State Route 18 in the town of Kendall. Upon stopping the vehicle, Troopers detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from Ramirez-Figueroa. Standard field sobriety tests were conducted, which he failed.  Ramirez-Figueroa was arrested, transported to State Police Albion and processed with a BAC of .14%. Ramirez-Figueroa was issued vehicle and traffic citations, directing him to appear in the Town of Kendall Court on Jan. 12, 2015.

 

On Dec. 24, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Willie L. Dunbar, 47, with Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

 

On Dec. 24, 2014, at 175 N. Main St., Apt. 9, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Robert A. Beedham Sr., 52, with Criminal Possession Weapon with Intent to Use in the Fourth Degree; and Assault in the Second Degree with Intent to Cause Physical Injury.

 

On Dec. 24, 2014, at 175 N. Main St., Apt. 9, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Willie L. Dunbar, 47, with Menacing in the Second Degree - Weapon; Menacing a Police Officer of Peace Officer; and Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon with Intent to Use.

 

On Dec. 24, 2014, at 431 W. State St., Bldg. 28, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Matthew E. Daughtery Jr., 20, with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree.

On Dec. 22, 2014, Troopers arrested Mallory R. Pfaff, 26, of West Seneca, N.Y., and William C. Schlenker, 26, of Lockport, N.Y., for Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor. Orleans County Dispatched reported a shoplifter left the Walmart Store in Albion in a vehicle. A Trooper observed the vehicle on Rt. 31 that matched the description and followed them. Investigation revealed the occupants had stolen over $900.00 worth of Nicorette, cologne and Advantage II Flea and Tick Flea Control. Pfaff and Schlenker were issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Albion Court on Jan. 7, 2015.

 

Janet L. Eagan, 59, of Middleport, N.Y., was arrested on Dec. 19, 2014, for Driving While Intoxicated. Niagara County Sheriff Dispatch received a 911 call of a reckless driver on Snyder Rd. near South Transit Rd. in the town of Lockport. Troopers located and stopped the vehicle. Eagan was run through Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, which she failed and was subsequently placed under arrest for DWI and transported to State Police Lockport for processing. Eagan refused the breath test. Eagan was issued citations and was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court. She was remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 cash/$500 bond. Eagan is scheduled to appear in the Town of Lockport Court on Jan. 8, 2015.

On Dec. 18, 2014, Travis D. Rollo, 21, of 2386 W. Kendall Rd., Kendall, was arrested for Loud Exhaust, DWI, Driving with a BAC Greater than .08% and Aggravated DWI (.20% BAC). Chief Deputy Thomas Drennan charged Rollo as the result of a traffic stop on Roosevelt Hwy. in the town of Kendall. Rollo is scheduled to appear in Town of Kendall Court on Jan., 5, 2015.

 

On Dec. 19, 2014, Thomas R. Vasquez Jr., 28, of 309 Catherine St., Medina, was arrested for Petit Larceny. Deputy Torry Tooley charged Vasquez as a result of a complaint of $630 worth of property stolen from a garage on Dunlop Rd. in the town of Shelby, sometime between Dec. 10 and Dec. 13, 2014. Deputy Tooley recovered the property at a pawn shop in Albion. Vasquez is scheduled to appear in Town of Shelby Court on Jan. 15, 2015.

 

Medina Police Department charged Stephanie M. Marquardt, 26, of 11922 Buckwheat Rd., Alden, on Dec. 11, 2014, with Criminal Trespass. Marquardt was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Jan. 29, 2015, to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Kelia E. Duke, 22, of 1104 W. Ave., Medina, on Dec. 7, 2014, with Petit Larceny. Duke was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Jan. 5, 2015, to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Bradley W. Albone, Jr., 40, of 189 Maple Ave., Lyndonville, on Dec. 17, 2014, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the First Degree; Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on Highway; and Insufficient Turn Signal - Less Than 100'. Albone was released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return Jan. 26, 2015, to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jesse J. Hetrick, 18, of 515 N. Academy St., Medina, on Dec. 20, 2014, with Sexual Abuse 2nd. Hetrick was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Jan. 5, 2015, to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Matthew Parker, 25, of 360 W. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on Dec. 21, 2014, with Unlawful Possession of Personal Identification Information in the Third Degree and Scheme to Defraud 2nd. Parker was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Jan. 15, 2015, to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Nicole F. Jisa, 39, of 100 Bernzomatic Drive, Medina, on Dec. 23, 2014, with Trespass. Jisa was arraigned and held on $250 bail and was scheduled to return Jan. 8, 2015, to Shelby Town Court.

On Dec. 9, 2014, Aaron Q. Even, 18, of 317 North Ave., Medina, was arrested for Menacing 2nd and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument. Investigator Dave Foeller charged Even as a result of a complaint and traffic stop on Rte. 31 in the town of Albion. Even was a backseat passenger in a vehicle that traveling east on Rte. 31 from Medina when he pointed what appeared to be a handgun, ultimately found to be a BB gun, at other motorists and vehicles that were traveling the highway. Even was arraigned in Town of Albion Court and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail. Albion Police assisted with the traffic stop.

On Dec. 1, 2014, Kristopher J. Hayward, 30, of 3217 Oak Orchard Rd., Apt 1, Albion, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4th. Sgt. Don Draper charged Hayward after he kicked and jumped on an individual’s vehicle causing damage during an argument at his residence. Hayward is scheduled to appear in Town of Gaines Court on Oct. 17, 2014, at 3 p.m.

On Nov. 30, 2014, Troopers arrested Elisabeth A. Tiberio, 40, of Albion, N.Y., for Assault 3rd, a Class A Misdemeanor. A fight broke out at the Stumblin Inn on State Route 98 in Elba, on Nov. 29, 2014. Investigation revealed Tiberio was involved in a physical altercation where she bit the other person causing injury. Tiberio was arrested, processed at State Police Batavia and transported to the Town of Elba Court where she was released on her own recognizance. Tiberio is scheduled to appear at a later date to the Town of Elba Court to answer the assault charge.
