Medina Police Department charged Michael G. Wence, 23, of Medina, on Aug. 12, 2015, with Petit Larceny and Resisting Arrest. Wence was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Sept. 14 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Bevin J. Mast, 18, of Akron, on Aug. 20, 2015, with Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree. Mast was arraigned and held on $5,000 bail, and was scheduled to return Sept. 14 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Eddie H. Ortiz, 33, of 3247 Countyline Rd., Middleport, on Aug. 21, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Ortiz was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Sept. 3 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Shawn D. Whiting, 35, of 13890 W. Barre Rd., Albion, on Aug. 21, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Whiting was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Sept. 3 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged David V. Twiss, 34, of 720 S. Main St., Medina, on Aug. 22, 2015, with Violation of Village Ordinance Burning Combustible Material (Open Burning). Twiss was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Sept. 17 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Ellen J. Arafat, 56, of 210 Laurel St., Medina, on Aug. 26, 2015, with Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree; and Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. Arafat was arraigned and held on $2500 bail. She was scheduled to return at a later date to Ridgeway Town Court.

On Aug. 24, 2015, New York State Troopers arrested Lisa H. Williams, 46, of Albion, N.Y., for two counts of Welfare Fraud.

 

On Aug. 24, 2015, New York State Troopers arrested Amanda L. Ramirez, 31, of Albion, for Offer to File False Instrument, two counts, a Class E Felony.

 

On Aug. 12, 2015, at 201 West Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Patrick W. Allen, 33, with Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property in the 4th Degree; and Criminal Contempt in the 1st Degree.

 

On Aug. 13, 2015, at 162 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Christopher L. Knights, 24, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree.

 

On Aug. 14, 2015, at 25 Caroline St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Deniro C. Winkfield, 24, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree.

 

On Aug. 14, 2015, at an undisclosed location, the Albion Police Department charged a 15-year-old male with Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property in the 4th Degree.

On Aug. 17, 2015, at 102 N. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Robert E. Butz, 29, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle - Registration Suspended.

 

On Aug. 17, 2015, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged John A. VanScooter, 51, with Unauthorized Use of Vehicle without Owner Consent.

 

On Aug. 18, 2015, at 431 W. State St., Apt. 1, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Shonte J. Lockwood, 23, with Act in Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17; Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property; and Burglary 2nd Degree: Illegal Entry.

 

On Aug. 18, 2015, at 431 W. State St., Apt. 1, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Christionna L. Rivers, 18, with Act in Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17; Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property; and Burglary 2nd Degree: Illegal Entry.

 

On Aug. 18, 2015, at 153 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jerry Hyde, 52, with Open Container (Alcoholic Beverage).

 

On Aug. 22, 2015, at 204 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Nicholas O. Jumpp, 26, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle by Unlicensed Driver; Speed Violation: Speed in Zone; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree.

Troopers arrested Thomas M. Torpey, 68, of Rochester, on Aug. 23, 2015 for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd with intent to sell, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th with intent to sell, and Promoting Prison Contraband 1st with intent to sell, after being contacted by NYSDOC from Albion Correctional Facility. On Fri., Aug. 14, 2015, at 3 p.m., Paul M. Vendetti, 32, of Holley, was arrested by Investigators S.E. Brett and K.M. Strickland Jr., both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. Vendetti was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property Fourth Degree (Felony), following an investigation that began last month. Vendetti had allegedly been buying stolen property over the last two years. He was processed and released on his own recognizance with an appearance ticket for Town of Murray Court on July 9, 2015.

On Aug. 13, 2015, at 10:40 p.m., Nicholas J. Elliott, 24, of Medina, was arrested by Deputy A.A. Breuilly, with assistance from Sgt. G.T. Gunkler, both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. Elliott was charged with Criminal Contempt First Degree (Felony); Criminal Mischief Fourth Degree; Criminal Trespass Second Degree; Criminal Contempt Second Degree (two counts); and Stalking Fourth Degree. The arrest followed investigation of incidents that occurred on two different dates in two different towns. Elliott appeared before Town of Albion Justice Gary Moore and was committed to Orleans County Jail in lieu of bail. He had a return court date of Aug. 18 in the town of Albion and a return court date of Aug. 20 in the town of Shelby.

 

On Sun., Aug. 16, 2015, at 9:15 p.m., James B. Larock, 53, of Medina, was arrested by Deputy B.M. Larkin, with assistance from Deputies D.J. Pahuta and A.A. Breuilly, all of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. Larock was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Felony); Driving w/.08% (or more) Blood Alcohol Content (Felony); Aggravated Unlicensed Operation First Degree (Felony); Operating Vehicle without Ignition Interlock Device; and Failure to Obey a Police Officer. Deputies were conducting a traffic road check on State Route 31 in the Town of Albion. Larock drove his motorcycle through the traffic road check at a high rate of speed without stopping. Following a brief pursuit, he was pulled over near Eagle Harbor Road and arrested without further incident. Larock was processed at the police station barracks and released on his own recognizance to a neighbor. The return court date was scheduled for Aug. 26 in Town of Albion Court.

On Aug. 13, 2015, Renee A. Koch, 48, of 122 Trinity Dr., Holley, was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree, and Possession of a Controlled Substance Not In Its Original Container. Deputy Brian Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Koch as a result of an investigation he was conducting at a residence on Hulberton Road in the town of Clarendon, where Koch was found to be in possession of two different types of controlled medication that were not prescribed to her. Koch was scheduled to appear in Town of Clarendon Court on Aug. 24, 2015.

 

Medina Police Department charged Evon L. Billmeyer, 45, of 4083 Bates Rd., Medina, on Aug. 5, 2015, with Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree. Billmeyer was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 20 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Rodney A. Atkins, 40, of 363 North Ave., Medina, on Aug. 6, 2015, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Atkins was arraigned and held on $500 bail and was scheduled to return Aug. 6 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Joseph E. Reamer, 43, of 304 E. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on Aug. 6, 2015, with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Reamer was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 20 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jenia Suarez-Jiminez, 24, of Medina, on Aug. 7, 2015, with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. Suarez-Jiminez was arraigned and held on $250 bail and was scheduled to return Aug. 17 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Kristen D. Brege, 31, of 512 Park Ave., Medina, on Aug. 7, 2015, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; and Fail to Keep Right. Brege was released and was scheduled to return Aug. 17 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Gregory J. Thompson, 46, of 400 Commercial St., Medina, on Aug. 8, 2015, with Burglary in the Third Degree; Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree; and Petit Larceny. Thompson was arraigned and held with no bail and was scheduled to return Aug. 17, 2015 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Douglas P. Mottorn, 45, of 192 Clinton St., Lockport, on Aug. 8, 2015, with Driving While Intoxicated, and Following Too Close. Mottorn was arraigned and held on $500 bail. He was scheduled to return Sept. 3 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Howard D. Flowers, 58, of 7457 Chestnut Ridge Rd., Lockport, on Aug. 9, 2015, with Menacing in the Third Degree. Flowers was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Sept. 3 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Lee H. Conley Jr., 30, of 755 Church St., Medina, on Aug. 9, 2015, with Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment in the Second Degree. Conley was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 17 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

On July 17, 2015, Holley Police arrested Jennifer L. McCarthy-Conklin, 39, residing at 1 Thomas St., Apt. F, Holley, on the Execution of a Warrant of Arrest from the Orleans County Drug Task Force, Albion, for two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree; and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree. Both are felonies. McCarthy was remanded to Orleans County Jail on lieu of $5,000 bail.

 

On Aug. 9, 2015, Holley Police arrested Nicole D. Baker, 28, residing at 45 W. Albion St., Apt. 6, Holley, for Failing to Exercise Control of a Minor. Baker was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Murray Court on Aug. 27, 2015.

 

On Aug. 12, 2015, Holley Police arrested Nicole D. Baker, 28, residing at 45 W. Albion St., Apt. 6, Holley, for Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact. Baker was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Murray Court on Aug. 24, 2015.

 

On Aug. 13, 2015, Holley Police arrested Christopher E. Mosier, 38, residing at 55 W. Union St., Holley, for Assault in the Third Degree with Intent to Cause Physical Injury; and Menacing in the Third Degree. Mosier was arraigned before Judge Theodore Spada and released. He will be returning to Town of Murray Court at a later date.

 

On Fri., Aug. 7, 2015, at 10 p.m., Stuart J. Rodden, 25, of Medina, was arrested by Deputy A.A. Breuilly, with assistance from Deputy J.J. Cole & Sgt. D.E. Foeller Jr., all of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. Rodden was charged with Driving While Intoxicated (Felony), Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st Degree (Felony), Operation of Vehicle Without Interlock Device, and numerous other traffic charges, following the investigation of a motor vehicle accident involving an unregistered motorcycle (dirtbike) on South Lyndonville Rd. (Rt. 63) in the Town of Ridgeway. Rodden appeared before Town of Yates Justice Donald Grabowski and was committed to Orleans County Jail in lieu of bail. He was scheduled for a follow-up appearance in Town of Ridgeway Court on Aug. 10, 2015.

 

On Thu., Aug. 13, 2015, at 5 p.m., Adeline M. Montgomery, 50, of Brockport, was arrested by Investigator S.E. Brett of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. Montgomery was charged with Identity Theft 2nd Degree (Felony), following an investigation that began in June. Several credit card accounts had allegedly been opened by the defendant in the complainant’s name. Montgomery was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Murray Court on Sept. 16, 2015. Montgomery was processed and released on her own recognizance.

On Sat., Aug. 8, 2015, at 10:40 p.m., Lisa H. Williams, 46, of Albion, was arrested by Deputy R.M. Flaherty, assisted by Deputy T.N. Tooley, both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. She was charged with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08% (or more) Blood Alcohol Content; and Equipment Violation(s) following a traffic stop on State Route 31 in the Town of Ridgeway. Following arrest process, Williams was issued appearance ticket(s) for Town of Ridgeway Court on Sept. 21. She was released on her own recognizance.

 

On Tue., Aug 11, 2015, at 10:05 p.m., Matthew R. Lemcke-Benway, 21, of Holley, was arrested by Deputy B.M. Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office with assistance from Holley Police Department. He was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana following a traffic stop for Equipment Violation, on State Street (Route 31) in the village. A second individual in the car was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. His name is withheld because of his age. Both defendants were issued appearance tickets for Town of Murray Court on Aug. 27, 2015. The pair were released on their own recognizance.

 

On Aug. 5, 2015, at 104 Rice Rd., Apt. A, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Christian D. Allen, 22, with Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree.

 

On Aug. 5, 2015, at 123 S. Clinton St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Robert A. Potter, 26, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

 

On Aug. 6, 2015, at 146 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Janine D. Tomaselli, 23, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

 

On Aug. 6, 2015, at 228 W. Academy St., Bldg. 9, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged David C. Slocum II, 27, with Fail to Obey Mandate JL/16, 17, 18A-B.

 

On Aug. 7, 2015, at 147 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Brooke E. Titus, 18, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Registration Suspended. and Muffler Exhaust System Violation.

 

On Aug. 7, 2015, at 10 E. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Annette Bush, 39, with Display Forged Certificate Without Inspection.

 

On Aug. 9, 2015, at 319 W. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Ryan J. Adkins, 21, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver; and Muffler Exhaust System; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.

On Aug. 8, 2015, Scott R. Miller, 21, of 4699 Oak Orchard Rd., Albion, was arrested for Criminal Nuisance 2nd. Sgt. Dave Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Miller as a result of a complaint that he was hosting an underage drinking party at his residence. Miller was scheduled to appear in Town of Barre Court on Aug. 13, 2015.

 

On Aug. 9, 2015, Dale M. Rodas, 25, of 16578 Phillips Rd., Holley, was arrested for Failure to Signal; Drinking Alcohol in Vehicle; Refusal to Take a Breath Test; Resisting Arrest; Driving While Intoxicated; and Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content Greater than .08% (.17%). Sgt. Dave Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Rodas as a result of a traffic stop on Phillips Road in the town of Murray. Rodas was scheduled to appear in the Town of Murray Court on Aug. 17, 2015.

 

On Aug. 9, 2015, Megan M. Tardge, 21, of 1770 Center Rd., Kendall, was arrested for Failure to Stop Before Entering a Roadway; Failure to Yield the Right of Way; Fractured Windshield; No License; Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the Third Degree; Drinking Alcohol in a Vehicle; Refusal to Submit to Breath Test; Driving While Intoxicated; and driving with a Blood Alcohol Content Greater than .08% (.11%). Sgt. Dave Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Tardge after she was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Monroe-Orleans Countyline Road and Vindale Drive in the Town of Murray. Tardge was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court, where she was remanded to the Orleans County Jail on $500 bail.

On Aug. 6, 2015, Samuel J. Maryjanowski, 19, of Medina, N.Y., was arrested for Act in Manner Injuring a Child Under 17 and Unlawful Dealing with a Child 1st: Alcohol, both misdemeanors. Investigation revealed Maryjanowski was found to have given alcohol to a female who was under the age of 21 while she was visiting with relatives. Maryjanowski was arraigned in the Town of Yates Court and released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear on Aug. 19, 2015.

On Aug. 5, 2015, Charles D. West, 49, of Henrietta, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Refusal to Take Breath Test, Fail to Keep Right and Left Scene of Property Damage Accident. Troopers responded to a hit and run property damage on Lakeshore Road in the town of Carlton involving a truck pulling a trailer. Vehicle was located a short time later on State Route 18. During the interview process, Troopers detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from West. He failed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests administered to him. West was transported to State Police Albion for processing where he refused to take the breath test. He was arraigned in the Town of Kendall Court and remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He is scheduled to appear on Aug. 10, 2015.

 

Medina Police Department charged Eugene Roberts Jr., 31, of 1021 S. Main St., Medina, on July 25, 2015, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; Reckless Driving; two counts Leaving Scene of Property Damage Accident; Leaving Scene of Personal Injury Accident; and two counts of Following Too Closely. Roberts was scheduled to return Aug. 6 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Allen P. Kent, 19, of 1216 W. Ave., Medina, on Aug. 2, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Kent was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 24 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Daniel H. Harp Jr., 20, of Medina, on Aug. 3, 2015, with Trespass. Harp was arraigned and held on $250 bail and was scheduled to return Aug. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged a 17-year-old on Aug. 3, 2015, with Harassment in the Second Degree. The youth was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 17 to Ridgeway Town Court.

Medina Police Department charged Michael S. Kinne, 37, of 113 E. Center St., Medina, on Aug. 3, 2015, with Criminal Contempt in the Third Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree. Kinne was arraigned and held on $250 bail and was scheduled to return Aug. 17 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Bradley Hering, 22, of 12241 Million Dollar Highway, Medina, on Aug. 3, 2015, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Hering was arraigned and held on $100 bail and was scheduled to return Aug. 17 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Michael J. Stachewicz, 24, of 724 Orient St., Medina, on Aug. 4, 2015, with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. Stachewicz was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 17, 2015, to Ridgeway Town Court.

On Aug. 2, 2015, at 205 Caroline St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Mirum L. Froman, 43, with Harassment in the Second Degree.

 

On Aug. 2, 2015, at 574 E. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jared A. Sammons, 21, with Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on the Highway; Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense; Moved From Lane Unsafely; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content.

 

On Aug. 3, 2015, at 243 E. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested John L. DeFazio, 50, on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On Aug. 4, 2015, at 201 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Patrick W. Allen, 33, with Disobey Mandate Exc JL 753a-2; and Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property in the Fourth Degree.

 

On Aug. 4, 2015, at 201 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Patrick W. Allen, 33, with Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact; Criminal Contempt in the First Degree; and Trespass.

 

On Wed., July 29, 2015, at 10 a.m., Charles A. Ledger, 27, of Medina, was apprehended in Cheyenne County, Nebraska, on an outstanding Orleans County Court felony arrest warrant for Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child 1st Degree. Deputies A.L. Jenks and T.C. Marano of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office travelled to Nebraska where they retrieved the defendant and returned him to Orleans County for a County Court appearance on July 31, 2015.

 

On Sat., Aug. 1, 2015, at 8:30 p.m., Terry Holloway Jr., 32, of Lyndonville, was arrested by Deputy J.S. Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office on an outstanding felony arrest warrant issued in Town of Albion Court for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. Holloway was apprehended by Medina Police Department on a traffic stop and turned over to the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. Holloway appeared before Town of Clarendon Justice Richard Kemp and was committed to Orleans County Jail in lieu of bail. Return court date is Aug. 5 in the Town of Albion.

 

On Sun., Aug. 2, 2015, at 2:25 p.m., Brandon M. Belski, 20, of Holley, was arrested by Deputy J.S. Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office on an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant issued in Town of Clarendon Court for Violation of Probation for an original charge of Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree. Belski appeared before Town of Clarendon Justice Richard Kemp and was committed to Orleans County Sheriff's Office in lieu of bail and a return court date of Aug. 10, 2015.

 

On Tue., Aug. 4, 2015, at 2 p.m., Luke G. Sorta, 23, of Kent, was apprehended by the Idaho State Police and held in the Ada County Jail on an outstanding Orleans County Court felony arrest warrant for Violation of Probation. Sergeant D.E. Draper Jr. & Deputy R.M. Flaherty of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office travelled to Boise, Idaho, where they retrieved the defendant and returned him to Orleans County for a County Court appearance on Aug. 5, 2015.

On Aug. 2, 2015, Nolan R. Powless, 18, of Medina, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 3rd, a Class E Felony, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and No License. When Troopers responded to a criminal mischief complaint in the town of Albion, an investigation revealed Powless shattered a rear car window causing approximately $300 worth of damage, then left the area. A vehicle description was given out and, with the assistance of Medina Police Department, Powless was stopped and arrested. Powless was issued an appearance ticket and uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Albion Court on Aug. 12, 2015.

 

On Sun., August 2, 2015, at 2:15 a.m. Nicholas J. Elliott, 24, of Medina, was arrested by Deputy B.M. Larkin, with assistance from Sgt. D.E. Foeller Jr., both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. Elliott was charged with Assault 3rd Degree following the investigation of a domestic dispute in the Town of Shelby that turned physical. The victim received treatment in the Emergency Department at Medina Memorial Hospital. Elliott appeared before Town of Ridgeway Justice Joseph Kujawa, who committed him to Orleans County Jail in lieu of bail and also issued a Court Order of Protection for the complainant. The return court date was scheduled for Aug. 6, 2015, in the Town of Shelby.

 

On Sun., Aug. 2, 2015, at 8:15 p.m., Jennifer L. Vazquez, 37, of Albion, was arrested by Deputy T.C. Marano. with assistance from Deputy D.J. Pahuta, both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. She was charged with Driving While Intoxicated; Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; and Unsafe Backing following the investigation of a two-vehicle collision on Ontario Street at Point Breeze. The defendant issued appearance tickets for Town of Carlton Court on Aug. 20, 2015. Vazquez was released on her own recognizance.

 

On Sat., July 25, 2015, at 4:30 a.m., Orleans County Sheriff's Office Deputy J.S. Narburgh arrested a 16-year-old. The youth was charged with Driving While Intoxicated; Leaving the Scene of an Accident; and related traffic charge(s) following the investigation of a car striking a utility pole on Angling Road in the Town of Ridgeway. A witness reported seeing the driver run away from the accident scene. State Troopers from the Albion barracks, who were in the area, located the individual and returned him or her to the scene. The defendant was transported to Medina Memorial Hospital by Medina FD ambulance. The defendant was issued appearance tickets for Town of Ridgeway Court on Aug. 10, 2015. The youth was released on his or her own recognizance. Additional charge(s) pending blood test results.
