On Wed., June 24, 2015, Joseph R. Allegue, Jr., 50, of Medina was arrested by Deputy K.J. Colonna with assistance from Inv. K.M. Strickland Jr., both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. Allegue was charged with Grand Larceny 4th and Petit Larceny following the investigation of the theft of a person’s wallet on June 17, 2015, at the Aldi store on Maple Ridge Road, Town of Shelby. Defendant appeared before Town Justice Dawn Keppler and was committed to Orleans County Jail without bail. Return court date is July 9.

 

On Fri., June 26, 2015, Eric McCall, 24, of Waterport, was arrested by Deputy D.J. Pahuta with assistance from Sergeant D.E. Foeller Jr., both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. McCall was arrested on an outstanding Town of Carlton Bench Warrant for Harassment 2nd Degree following response to an Ashwood Road address for a 9-1-1 “Hang-Up” call. McCall appeared before Town Justice Patricia Russell and was committed to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $250.00 bail. Return court date is July 6.

On June 24, 2015, Renee I. Brown, 35, of 67 Eagle St., Lyndonville, was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree and Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree. Deputy Brian Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Brown after an investigation where it was determined that she caused nearly $2000 in damage as several tires were reported slashed in November of 2014 at a residence on West Avenue in Lyndonville. Brown was arraigned in Town of Yates Court, where she was remanded back to Orleans County Jail on $2500 bail.

 

On June 24, 2015, James D. Perry, 49, of 16302 Ridge Rd., Holley, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant as he was wanted on a felony violation of probation warrant issued out of the County of Cherokee, State of Alabama. Deputy Devon Pahuta, assisted by Deputy Alex Breuilly, both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office, took Perry into custody without incident at the Ridge Road address. Perry was arraigned in the Town of Murray Court, where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail without bail until he can appear at a later date in Orleans County Court for an extradition hearing.

On June 14, 2015, the Albion Police Department charged Stephanie M. Rauch, 27, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, with two counts of Petit Larceny.

 

On June 12, 2015, the Albion Police Department charged Kevin J. Engert, 26, at 115 Beaver St., Albion, with Controlled Substance in Non-Original Container.

 

On June 18, 2015, the Albion Police Department charged a 14-year-old male with Petit Larceny.

 

On June 17, 2015, the Albion Police Department charged Joshua A. Grosskopf, 24, at 128 W. Bank St., Albion, with Acting in a Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17.

 

On June 16, 2015, the Albion Police Department charged Austin J. Klein, 19, at 14016 Route 31, Albion, with Operating a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

 

On June 18, 2015, the Albion Police Department charged Leeanne Krull, 45, at 175 N. Main St., Albion, with Criminal Mischief - Intent to Damage Property 4th, Disorderly Conduct - Obscene Language Gestures, and Trespassing.

 

On June 15, 2015, the Albion Police Department charged Katherine L. Hahn, 26, at 236 W. Ave., Albion, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd.

 

On June 15, 2015, the Albion Police Department charged Stacy A. Newell, 39, at 236 W. Ave., Albion, with Operating a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

 

On June 20, 2015, the Albion Police Department charged Ayisha A. Callahan, 21, at 249 S. Main St., Albion, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd and Speed Violation: Speed in Zone.

 

On June 20, 2015, the Albion Police Department charged Jordan E. Hamilton, 18, at 252 E. Park St., Albion, with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd.

 

On June 15, 2015, the Albion Police Department charged Christy Lee Ferguson, 40, at 8 W. Academy St., Albion, with Extradition of Fugitive Who Left Demanding State Under Compulsion.

 

On June 20, 2015, Mauricio Fuentes, 21, of Kendall, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana when he was stopped for Insufficient Taillights. Troopers stopped Fuentes on Center Road in the town of Murray. Further investigation revealed Fuentes had approximately 5 grams of marijuana and several glass smoking devices. Fuentes was issued an appearance ticket and uniform traffic tickets. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Murray Court on July 13, 2015.

On June 8, 2015, Ronald L. Barry, 71, of 13349 W. Barre Rd., Albion, was arrested for Failure to Keep Right; Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle; Refusal to Take a Breath Screen Test; and Driving While Intoxicated. Deputy Devon Pahuta, assisted by Deputy Alex Breuilly, both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Barry as a result of a traffic stop on Rt. 31 in the Town of Albion. Barry was scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on June 23, 2015.

 

On June 12, 2015, Holley Police arrested a 17-year-old male residing in Holley for Harassment in the Second Degree with Physical Contact. He was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court at a later date.

 

On June 13, 2015, Holley Police arrested Ashleigh N. Nichols, 24, residing at 46 W. Albion St., Apt. 3, Holley, for Assault with Intent to Cause Physical Injury with Weapon; and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Fourth Degree with Intent to Use. Nichols was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail and was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court.

 

On June 14, 2015, Holley Police arrested William A. Nichols Jr., 21, residing at 46 W. Albion St., Apt. 3, Holley, on a Warrant for Assault with Intent to Cause Physical Injury with Weapon; and Criminal Possession of Weapon in the Fourth Degree with Intent to Use. Nichols was remanded to Orleans County Jail.

 

On June 14, 2015, Scott G. Deuel Sr., 45, of 4875 Quaker Hill Rd., Albion, was arrested for Failure to Keep Right; Moved from Lane Unsafely; Crossing Road Hazard Markings; Assault in the Third Degree; Driving While Intoxicated; and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (.22% Blood Alcohol Content). Deputy Josh Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Deuel as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Oak Orchard Road near the Barre Fire Department where Deuel struck five parked vehicles and five pedestrians who were standing near the parked vehicles. Three of the victims were transported to Medina Hospital and two were transported to Strong Hospital. All five were treated and released with various injuries as a result of Deuel’s negligent act, which prompted the assault charge. Deuel was arraigned in Town of Barre Court, where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $500 bail. Barre Fire Department, along with COVA and Medina Ambulance, assisted at the scene.

 

On June 17, 2015, Travis M. Kelley, 18, of 1007 Beadle Rd., Brockport, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Deputy Torry Tooley of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Kelley as a result of Trespass complaint at the NYS Quarries on Canal Road in the town of Murray. Kelley was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana. Kelley was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on July 2, 2015.

 

On June 17, 2015, Bruce L. Quackenbush, 40, of 37 Birkdale St., Cheektowaga, was arrested on a bench warrant out of the town of Ridgeway Court. Deputy Devon Pahuta, assisted by Deputy Alex Breuilly, both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office, took Quackenbush into custody while investigating a check the welfare complaint at a residence on Knowlesville Road in the town of Ridgeway. Quackenbush was arraigned in the Town of Ridgeway Court where he was remanded to the Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail.

 

On June 18, 2015, Reashell B. Maples, 41, of 529 Rockview Dr., Holley, was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant as she was wanted in the State of Alabama for felony violation of probation. Deputy Devon Pahuta, assisted by Deputy Alex Breuilly, both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office, located Maples at the Rockview address and took her into custody without incident. Maples was arraigned in the Town of Clarendon Court, where she was remanded to Orleans County Jail without bail.

 

On June 19, 2015, Earle W. Allport, 60, of 3386 Midway Rd., Albion, was arrested for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, DWI and driving with a BAC greater than .08% (.10%). Deputy Josh Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Allport after the report of a vehicle matching his description had struck a vehicle and left the scene in the Village of Albion. Allport was observed on Albion Eagle Harbor Road with a heavily damaged vehicle, and when patrols attempted to stop the vehicle he fled that area in an effort to get to his residence. Allport was taken into custody on Midway Road without further incident. Allport was scheduled to appear in Town of Gaines Court on July 8, 2015. The Albion Police had additional charges of Failure to Keep Right and Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Accident, which occurred on West Bank Street.

Medina Police Department charged Ashley N. Zuercher, 22, of 6633 Heather Dr., Lockport, on June 8, 2015, with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs; Insufficient Signal Less Than 100 Feet; two counts Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree; Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument; and Controlled Substance in Non-Original Container. Zuercher was released and was scheduled to return July 20, 2015, to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged a 17-year-old on June 11, 2015, with Disorderly Conduct. He was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 9, 2015, to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Kevin W. Reamer, 22, of 210 S. Ave., Medina, on June 11, 2015, with Disorderly Conduct. Reamer was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 9, 2015, to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Joy A. Johnson, 30, of 500 Eagle St., Medina, on June 11, 2015, with Disorderly Conduct. Johnson was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 9, 2015, with Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Arron W. Lewandowski, 26, of 521 W. Center St., Medina, on June 18, 2015, with Strangulation in the Second Degree; Criminal Obstruction of Breathing; Harassment in the Second Degree; two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree. Lewandowski was arraigned and held on $5,000 bail and was scheduled to return June 23, 2015, to Ridgeway Town Court.

Kyle J. Allport, 30, of Albion, N.Y., was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class A Misdemeanor; Speeding; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd; Unlicensed Operator; and Failure to Comply with a Lawful Order of a Police Officer. Troopers observed Allport speeding on State Route 98 in the Town of Elba. He accelerated to over 100 mph as the Trooper began to follow him. The vehicle was stopped and further investigation determined Allport had a suspended driver’s license and had a child in the back seat, less than 1 year old. Allport was taken to the Town of Elba Court for arraignment and remanded to the Genesee County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Court on June 25, 2015.

On May 29, 2015, Holley Police arrested Shauna N. Weis, 27, residing at 21 Orchard St., Holley, for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree: Credit Card Theft. Shauna was processed and transported to Clarendon Town Court, where she was arraigned by Judge DiFante. Weis was released on her own recognizance and was to appear in Murray Town Court on June 10, 2015.

 

On June 2, 2015, Holley Police arrested Jeremy J. Kingdollar, 33, residing at 16245 East Lee Rd., Holley, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree; Operation of a Motor Vehicle without Insurance; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration. He was scheduled to return to Murray Town Court on June 25, 2015.

 

On June 4, 2015, Holley Police arrested Danielle E. Wells, 21, residing at 43 S. Main St., Apt. 2, Holley, for Assault in the Third Degree with Intent to Cause Physical Injury; and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing.

 

On June 4, 2015, Holley Police arrested Spencer Ryan Plummer, 23, residing at 3 Frisbee Terrace, Apt. D, Holley, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree; and an Equipment Violation: Inadequate Exhaust. Plummer was arraigned in Murray Town Court and was scheduled to return to Court on July 2, 2015.

 

On June 11, 2015, Holley Police arrested Alexander J. Polle, 21, residing at 13 Orchard St., Holley, for Petit Larceny. He was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on June 22, 2015.

On May 28, 2015, at 499 E. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Antonio Lopez-Perez, 41, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

 

Medina Police Department charged Sincere R. Wiley, 23, of 145 Green St., Lockport, on May 30, 2015, with Disorderly Conduct. Wiley was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 9 to Shelby Town Court.

 

On May 31, 2015, at 14 W. Ave., Apt. 2, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Joseph C. Coyle, 37, with Disobey Mandate Exc JL 753a-2.

 

On June 1, 2015, at 317 W. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged April L. Moore, 31, with Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

 

On June 3, 2015, at 499 E. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Roderick M. Cook, 22, with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree.

 

Medina Police Department charged Patrick E. Neary Jr., 26, of 108 Pearl St., Medina, on June 4, 2015, with Public Lewdness. Neary was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return June 15 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

On June 4, 2015, at 122 Chamberlain St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Cathy Radzinski, 60, with Attempted Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree; and Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property in the Fourth Degree.

 

On June 5, 2015, at 499 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Eric T. Beach, 39, with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; Driving Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle on the Highway; and Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense.

 

Medina Police Department charged Samantha J. Stillinger, 24, of 1498 N. Lyndonville Rd., Lyndonville, on June 5, 2015, with Grand Larceny in the Third Degree. Stillinger was arraigned and released on her own recognizance and was scheduled to return June 15 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

On June 5, 2015, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Brianna M. Holt, 21, with Assault in the Third Degree.

 

Medina Police Department charged Larry J. Dunn Jr., 24, of 11655 Million Dollar Highway, Medina, on June 6, 2015, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Dunn was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return June 18 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged a 16-year-old on June 7, 2015, with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree. The youth was arraigned and held on $500 bail and was scheduled to return June 18 to Shelby Town Court.

 

On June 8, 2015, at 408 West Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Meghan C. Pecoraro, 33, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

 

On June 8, 2015, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Roderick M. Cook, 22, on the execution of a bench warrant.

On June 9, 2015, Jason C. Jones, 26, of Medina, was arrested for Welfare Fraud 4th, a Class E Felony, when he received public assistance to which he was not entitled. The New York State Police in cooperation with the Department of Social Services reports Jones received over $1,500 in public assistance. He reported residing at a residence in Medina, while he was actually residing with an acquaintance in Albion. Jones was processed and issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Albion Court on Aug. 25, 2015.

On June 6, 2015, Jason L. Winters, 23, of 467 E. Ave., Lockport, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Deputy Brian Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Winters after he went through a multi-agency sobriety checkpoint while displaying a metal marijuana grinder in plain view on the center console. A small amount of marijuana was found in various packages in the vehicle as well. Winters was scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on June 30, 2015.

Medina Police Department charged a 17-year-old on May 25, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return June 8 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Laura L. Hagan, 24, of 27 Gordon St., Brockport, on May 25, 2015, with Operating a Motor Vehicle Impaired by Drugs 1st. Hagan was released and is scheduled to return June 15 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Eric J. McGill, 32, of Lyndonville, on May 28, 2015, with Petit Larceny and Harassment 2nd. McGill was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return June 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged two 17-year-olds on May 21, 2015, both with Trespass and Disorderly Conduct. They were issued appearance tickets and are scheduled to return June 8 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Michael B. Collier, Jr., 23, of 210 E. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on May 28, 2015, with Criminal Mischief 4th, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Disorderly Conduct. Collier was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to return June 4 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Shaun M. Jones, 35, of 105 Ensign Ave., Medina, on May 28, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Jones was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return June 8 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Michael S. Kinne, 37, of 113 East Center St., Medina, on May 29, 2015, with Violation of Village Ordinance - Burning of Combustible Material. Kinne was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return June 8 to Ridgeway Town Court.  

 

Medina Police Department charged Michael B. Collier, Jr., 23, of 210 E. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on May 31, 2015, with Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Collier was arraigned and held on $100 bail and is scheduled to return June 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

On May 29, 2015, Reilly D. Climenhaga, 28, of 2516 Gaines Waterport Rd., Albion, was arrested for Grand Larceny 3rd. Sgt. Theo Gunkler of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Climenhaga as a result of an investigation into the theft of over $6000 in jewelry and money from a residence on Allen Road in the town of Albion. Climenhaga was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $500 bail.

 

On May 29, 2015, Samuel J. Santillo III, of 2359 Oak Orchard River Rd., Medina, was arrested for Failure to Keep Right; Crossing Road Hazard Markings; Driving While Intoxicated; and Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content Greater than .08% (.17%). Deputy Brian Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Santillo as a result of a traffic stop on Rt. 31 in the town of Ridgway. Santillo was scheduled to appear in the Town of Ridgeway Court on June 15, 2015.

 

On May 31, 2015, Gerardo Quiros, 28, of 11318 Ridge Rd., Medina, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd. Deputy Alex Breuilly, assisted by Deputy Devon Pahuta, both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office, charged Quiros when he was found to be with a female who is a protected party from a previously issued order of protection. Quiros was arraigned in Town of Ridgeway Court, where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on no bail.

 

On May 20, 2015, at 233 E. Park St., Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Dennis S. Biaselli, 40, upon execution of a bench warrant.

 

On May 20, 2015, at 243 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Brittany L. Joss, 25, with Display Forged Certificate without Inspection.

 

On May 20, 2015, at 3733 Oak Orchard Rd., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Juan Botello, 25, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

 

On May 21, 2015, at 30 N. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kimber J. Declerck, 25, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.

 

On May 21, 2015, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Marcus D. Wall, 23, with Trespass.

 

On May 23, 2015, at 43 West Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged JR Armstrong Jr., 27, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

 

On May 24, 2015, at 112 Beaver St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Nigel A. Lewandowski, 23, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

 

On May 26, 2015, at 35 N. Main St., Apt. 9, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Johnny Sponaugle, 39, with Assault in the Third Degree.

 

On May 27, 2015, at 151 McKinstry St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Joseph E. Quarella, 49, with Operation of a Trailer with an Unlicensed Plate; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.

 

On May 27, 2015, at 218 Ingersoll St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Phillip D. Byford Jr., 24, with Menacing in the Third Degree; Attempted Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree; and Petit Larceny.

 

On May 28, 2015, Daniel S. Cowley, 23, of 23 Skyline Circle, Brockport, was arrested for Failure to Keep Right; Moved from Lane Unsafely; Failure to Change Address; Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; Driving While Intoxicated; and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (.20% Blood Alcohol Content). Investigator Dave Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Cowley as a result of a traffic stop on East Lee Road in the town of Clarendon. Cowley was scheduled to appear in Town of Clarendon Court on June 8, 2015.

 

On May 28, 2015, at 14549 E. Lee Rd., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Joseph J. Motzer, 22, with Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property.

On May 18, 2015, Holley Police arrested Johnny M. Back, 43, residing at 5721 W. Wautoma Beach, Hilton, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree; and Operation of Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Highway. He was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on June 11, 2015.

 

On May 18, 2015, Holley Police arrested Tyler A. Bell, 20, residing at 1 Arrowbend Dr., Apt. B, Williamson, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree; and Equipment Violation. He was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on June 11, 2015.

 

On May 22, 2015, Holley Police arrested Gloria J. Jones, 50, residing at 132 Troyon Estates, Rochester, for Operation of a Motor Vehicle without Inspection Certificate; and Displaying a Forged Certificate without Inspection. She was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on June 18, 2015.

 

On May 26, 2015, Holley Police arrested Christopher M. Clawson, 22, residing at 15 Jay Dr., Brockport. Christopher was arrested on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear. He was transported to Orleans County Jail, where bail was set for $1,000. Clawson was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on June 18, 2015.

 

On May 21, 2015, Holley Police arrested William A. Nichols Jr., 21, residing at 85 E. Ave., Holley, for Assault in the Second Degree with Intent to Cause Physical Injury with Weapon; and Menacing in the Second Degree with a Weapon. Nichols was transported to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $20,000 bail.

On May 26, 2015, Stacy A. Hamilton, 30, of Albion, N.Y., was arrested for Grand Larceny 3rd, a Class D Felony, after she stole over $15,000 from an elderly family member. In November 2014, Hamilton convinced the family she would do a better job taking care of the family member’s finances. From November 2014 to April 2015, Hamilton emptied the bank account, used credit and debit cards, failed to pay bills and numerous times she took the family member to the bank to withdraw cash to pay for bills and groceries. Hamilton brought minimal groceries and did not pay any bills. Hamilton was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear on June 2, 2015. An Order of Protection was issued to prevent Hamilton from coming in contact with the protected party.

On May 23, 2015, Raymond R. Dobson Jr., 47, of 103 Willowbrook Apartments #103, Brockport, was arrested for Improper Right Turn; Crossing
Road Hazard Markings; Driving While Intoxicated; and Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (.28% Blood Alcohol Content). Deputy Josh Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Dobson as a result of a traffic stop on East Transit Church Road in the town of Murray. Dobson was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on June 4, 2015.

 

On May 24, 2015, Karl J. Schmitt, 46, of 1857 Kent Rd., Kent; and David A. Curran, 19, of 1797 Blossom Rd., Rochester, were arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Deputy Torry Tooley of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged the two after it was discovered they had a small amount of marijuana and smoking device on their possession while he was investigating a complaint on Baker Road of a dirt bike riding on private property in the area. Schmitt and Curran were scheduled to appear in Town of Carlton Court on June 8, 2015.

Medina Police Department charged Travis L. Bloom, 23, of 24 Westfield Dr., Medina, on May 12, 2015, with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th. Bloom was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return June 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Bryan M. Ayrhart, 32, of Medina, on May 15, 2015, with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Criminal Trespass 2nd, Resisting Arrest and Harassment 2nd. Ayrhart was arraigned and held on $2500 bail and is scheduled to return June 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Kaitlynne S. Murphy, 23, of 417 Park Ave., Medina, on May 16, 2015, with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08 of 1% or More of Alcohol, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3rd, Unlicensed Operator and Failed to Stop at a Stop Sign. Murphy was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to return June 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Cierra E. Johnson, 28, of Lockport, on May 17, 2015, with Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th. Johnson was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return June 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Brandi N. Fearby, 25, of 362 S. Ave., Medina, on May 17, 2015, with Violation of Village Ordinance Consuming Alcohol in Public. Fearby was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return June 1, 2015.

 

Medina Police Department charged Kristen E. Hill, 32, of 507 W. Center St., Medina, on May 17, 2015, with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08 of 1% or More of Alcohol, Failed to Stop at Stop Sign and Illegal Turn Signal - Less than 100 Feet. Hill was released on her own recognizance and is scheduled to return June 4 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Michael S. Kinne, 37, 113 E. Center St., Medina, on May 18, 2015, with Unlawful Possession/Use of Fireworks. Kinne was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return June 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

On April 23, 2015, Holley Police arrested a 17-year-old for Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree - Communicate/Alarm. The juvenile was remanded to Orleans County Jail and was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court at a later date.

 

On April 27, 2015, Holley Police arrested Dawn M. Pulcino, 46, residing at 80 State St., Holley, for Operation of a Motor Vehicle Without Inspection Certificate and Display of a Forged Certificate Without Inspection. She was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on May 21, 2015.

 

On April 27, 2015, Holley Police arrested Mark J. Agor, 38, residing at 1321 Jackson Rd., Webster, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree and Failure to Obey Traffic Device.

 

On May 9, 2015, Holley Police arrested Joann L. Dipilato, 56, residing at 1 Nelson St., Holley, for two counts of Dogs at Large Prohibited of Section 91-2 of the Village of Holley Local Law. She was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on May 25, 2015.

 

On May 9, 2015, Holley Police arrested Rayne C. Dennis, 19, residing at 15451 Ridge Rd., Albion, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Dennis was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on May 28, 2015.

 

On May 15, 2015, Holley Police arrested Amanda D. Clemons, 30, residing at 3 Sweden Lane, Brockport, for Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree and Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree: Disobeyed Court Order. Clemons was arraigned in Murray Town Court.

 

On May 19, 2015, Holley Police arrested Robert L. Appleton, 51, residing at 160 Woodside Court, Holley, for Making a Terroristic Threat; Obstruction of Government Administration in the Second Degree; and Criminal Trespass in the Third Degree: School. He was ordered to appear in Town of Murray Court on May 20, 2015.

On May 19, 2015, Jazmin Andino-Berrios, 32, of Albion, N.Y., was arrested for Welfare Fraud 4th and Offer to File a False Instrument 1st, both Class E Felonies. The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation in cooperation with the Orleans County Department of Social Services reports Andino-Berrios received seven child-support payments from the children's father between Aug. 15, 2014 and Oct. 9, 2014. An investigation revealed she signed a recertification application stating that she did not receive child support or any other income. This resulted in her receiving over $1,000.00 in public-assistance benefits paid to her, for which she was not eligible. Andino-Berrios was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Albion Court on May 26, 2015.

On May 11, 2015, Charles N. Soules, 49, of 16450 Phillips Rd., Holley, was arrested for Forcible Touching and Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd. Deputy Brian Larkin charged Soule as a result of a complaint of an incident that took place at his residence on May 1, 2015, where he tied up an individual and touched them in a sexual manner. Soule was arraigned in Town of Murray Court where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $500 bail and an order of protection was issued for the victim.

 

On May 12, 2015, Craig J. VanAmeron, 63, of 4985 Upper Holley Rd., Holley, was arrested for Unregistered ATV; Uninsured ATV; No Helmet; Speeding or Prudent on an ATV; Reckless Driving on an ATV; Operating an ATV on Public Lands; Operating an ATV on Private Property Without Permission; Operating an ATV on the Highway; Driving While Intoxicated on an ATV; Felony Driving While Intoxicated; and Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 1st. Deputy Brian Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged VanAmeron as a result of an ATV accident that occurred on May 7, 2015, on Holley Byron Road in the town of Clarendon. VanAmeron was transported to Strong Hospital on the evening of the accident. VanAmeron was scheduled to appear in Town of Clarendon Court on May 25, 2015. Additional charges are possible as the investigation continues.

 

On May 16, 2015, David M. Davey, 26, of 1964 Murdock Rd., Medina, was arrested for Petit Larceny. Deputy Brian Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Davey as a result of a complaint that he stole $44.56 in merchandise from the Wal-Mart store in Albion. Davey was scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on May 19, 2015.

 

On May 17, 2015, Mary L. Thompson, 66, of 1968 Center Rd., Albion, was arrested for Petit Larceny. Sgt. Theo Gunkler of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Thompson as a result of a complaint that she stole $396.60 in merchandise from Wal-Mart in Albion. Thompson was scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on June 3, 2015.

 

On May 17, 2015, Frank G. Carter II, 49, of 1968 Center Rd., Albion, was arrested for Uninsured ATV; Unregistered ATV; Operating an ATV on the Highway; Failure to Keep Right; Operating an ATV while Intoxicated; Driving While Intoxicated; and Driving While Intoxicated - Drugs. Deputy Brian Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Carter as a result of an investigation of a larceny at Wal-Mart that took him to Center Road in the town of Carlton on a follow-up to a lead. Carter was found operating a golf cart on the road while under the influence. Carter was scheduled to appear in Town of Carlton Court on May 28, 2015. Additional charges are possible as the investigation continues.

On May 13, 2015, Robert P. Cook, 46, of Churchville, N.Y., was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Speeding and Operating Vehicle without a Signal Light. Cook was stopped for speeding while traveling westbound on State Route 18 in the town of Yates. During the initial interview, Troopers detected an odor of marijuana eminating from inside the vehicle. Further investigation revealed approximately 9 grams of marijuana in two clear plastic bags and one metal pipe containing burnt marijuana residue. Cook was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Yates Court on May 20, 2015.

On May 8, 2015, Thomas C. Henshaw, 18, of Kent, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Equipment Violation: No Head Light. Henshaw was traveling northbound on State Route 98 in the town of Carlton with his passenger-side headlamp out. The smell of marijuana was emitting from the vehicle as the Trooper interviewed Henshaw. Further investigation revealed two clear plastic baggies containing approximately 1.5 grams each of marijuana and a multicolored glass pipe containing marijuana residue. Henshaw was issued an appearance ticket and uniform traffic ticket returnable to the Town of Carlton Court on May 18, 2015.

Ave., Medina, on May 6, 2015, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle; and Insufficient Turn Signal Less Than100 Feet. McAllister was released and was scheduled to return May 14 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jenia Suarez-Jiminez, 23, of 329 Park Ave., Medina, on May 6, 2015, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Suarez-Jiminez was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return June 1, 2015, with Ridgeway Town Court.

On May 6, 2015, at 228 W. Academy St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged David C. Slocum II, 27, with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fourth Degree - Firearms; and Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree; Firearms.

 

On May 4, 2015, during a traffic stop for an uninspected motor vehicle, Troopers discovered through a computer check that Timothy P. Williams, 29, of Rochester, was an Unlicensed Operator and had an outstanding warrant from Rochester Police Department for Criminal Contempt. Further investigation revealed approximately 5 grams of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket and uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Clarendon Court on May 11, 2015. Williams was turned over to Rochester Police Department.

 

On April 26, 2015, Jacob R. Dennie, 35, of 5112 Chugg Rd., Apt. A, Holley, was arrested for Assault 2nd; Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd; and Menacing 3rd. Deputy Brian Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Dennie as a result of a domestic that took place at his residence. The incident involved pinning the victim down and repeatedly punching him or her in the head, causing a fractured orbital bone. Dennie was arraigned in Town of Clarendon Court, where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail and an order of protection was issued for the victim.

 

On April 29, 2015, Jack W. Winter, 40, of 25 Chesterfield St., Rochester, was arrested on a bench warrant out of the Town of Murray Court for Failure to Pay Fine. Winter was turned over to Deputy Mike Mele of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office by an Irondequoit Police Officer without incident. Winter was arraigned in Town of Murray Court, where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $500 bail.

 

On April 30, 2015, Christopher A. Tetrault, 31, of 35 N. Main St., Apt. 10, Albion, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1st. Deputy Brian Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Tetrault as a result of a complaint that he violated three different previously issued orders of protection when he contacted the victim of those orders. Tetrault had previously been convicted of Criminal Contempt 2nd, so this charge was the felony Criminal Contempt 1st. Tetrault was arraigned in Town of Carlton Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.

 

On May 5, 2015, Anthony M. Gianni, 53, of 16581 Ridge Rd., Apt. 2, Holley, was arrested for the felony of Making Terroristic Threats. Deputy Torry Tooley, along with Deputy Ryan Flaherty, both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office, investigated an incident where Gianni called an employee at the Orleans County Department of Social Services and threatened to bring a gun in and start shooting people. Gianni was arraigned in Town of Albion Court, where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail with no bail due to his criminal history.
