On Nov. 13, 2014, at 492 Massachusetts Ave., Apt. 1, Buffalo, the Albion Police Department charged Ivy M. Schell, 19, with Welfare Fraud in the Fifth Degree; Criminal Sale of a Narcotic Prep in the Fourth Degree; and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell in the Fifth Degree.

 

On Nov. 14, 2014, at 112 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Edward J. Thomas, 20, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle without an Inspection; Following Too Close; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

 

On Nov. 16, 2014, at 323 W. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kyle J. Stack, 29, with Moved From Lane Unsafely; Driving While Intoxicated in the First Offense; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content.

 

On Nov. 17, 2014, at 18 E. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Christopher D. Helsdon, 25, with Petit Larceny.

 

On Nov. 19, 2014, on Beaver Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Martin Eusebio, 20, with four counts of Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell in the Third Degree; four counts of Criminal Sale of a Narcotic Drug in the Third Degree; four counts of Criminal Nuisance in the First Degree; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

 

On Nov. 19, 2014, Zachariah T. Chrisley, 24, of 16817 Ridge Rd., Holley, was arrested for Sex Abuse in the First Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Investigator Ken Strickland of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Chrisley after a complaint that he had sexual contact with a victim less than 13 years old in October of 2014. Chrisley was arraigned in Town of Murray Court and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail. A stay away order of protection was issued for the victim.

On Oct. 31, 2014, at 300 N. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Adam B. Shaw, 29, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver; Speed Violation: Speed in Zone; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree.

 

On Nov. 1, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Robert J. Russell, 56, with Following Too Close; Failed to Use Designated Lane; Failed to Yield Right of Way to Emergency Vehicle; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree; Fail to Keep Right: Two-Lane Road; Reckless Driving; Speed Violation: Speed in Zone; and Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer.

 

On Nov. 4, 2014, at 41 Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Alberto Salto, 24, with Act in Manner Injurious to Child Less Than 17 Years Old; and Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

 

On Nov. 4, 2014, at 41 Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Anthony W. Borrero, 40, with Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

 

On Nov. 6, 2014, at 499 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Quateisha R. Ragsdale, 22, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle; and Speed Violation: Speeding in School Zone.

 

On Nov. 7, 2014, at 124 S. Clinton St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Julie M. Makowski, 52, with Assault in the Third Degree.

 

On Nov. 8, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jeremy M. Fuller, 28, on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On Nov. 8, 2014, at 62 North St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged James Miller, 73, with Moved From Lane Unsafely; Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content.

 

On Nov. 9, 2014, at 4 N. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Joshua J. Fisher, 25, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended; No Seat Belt - Driver; Traffic Device Violation: Passed Red Light; Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content - Prior Conviction; and Driving While Intoxicated - Prior Conviction.

 

On Nov. 12, 2014, at 324 E. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Andre D. Coley, 22, with Harassment in the Second Degree and Trespass.

Medina Police Department charges Steven J. Johnson, 35, of 301 Park Ave., Medina, on Nov. 1, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct. Johnson was held on $400 bail and was scheduled to return Nov. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Julie A. McAdoo, 46, of 12 Main St., Middleport, on Nov. 2, 2014, with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Criminal Tampering 3rd Degree. McAdoo was arraigned and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on Dec. 8.

 

Medina Police Department charged Joseph E. Reamer, 42, of 304 E. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on Nov. 5, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct. Reamer was arraigned and held on $250 bail and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Shelby Town Court.

On Oct. 9, 2014, Holley Police arrested Michael T. Ward, 45, of 1 Thomas St., Holley, with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree. The arrest was made after police were called to the Holley Hotel for a domestic disturbance, where Ward allegedly violated a court-mandated order of protection. The defendant was processed and will appear in Murray Town Court.

 

On Oct. 19, 2014, Holley Police charged Matthew J. Andre Jr., 27, of 228 W. Academy St., Albion, with Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Fourth Degree after police observed a car traveling at a high rate of speed on West Albion Street. Police stopped the vehicle just outside the village, where the defendant exited the vehicle and fled on foot into backyards. After a brief foot pursuit, Andre was discovered under a tree and arrested for the marijuana that was discovered near him. The defendant was processed and arraigned before Murray Town Court and taken to to the Orleans County Jail on $500 cash bail.

 

On Oct. 21, 2014, Holley Police charged Jose O. Blanco-Pifer, 21, of 7 Park Place, Holley, with Disorderly Conduct, for allegedly yelling and using profanity in public on a public street. The defendant was processed and released on an appearance ticket for Nov. 6, 2014, in Murray Town Court.

 

On Oct. 23, 2014, Holley Police charged Launey Dembra, 32, of 17179 Fourth Section Rd., Holley, with Second Degree Harassment for allegedly following a person in public. The defendant was processed and released on an appearance ticket to appear in Murray Town Court.

 

On Oct. 28, 2014, Holley Police Department charged Emily R. Wells, 30, of 4655 Mathes Rd., Holley, with Third Degree Criminal Trespass, and Second Degree Assault and Resisting Arrest following an altercation that took place at the Holley Police Department, where an officer was injured. Both parties were treated and released at Strong West Brockport. The defendant was arraigned before Town of Murray Court and released to appear at a late date.

 

On Oct. 24, 2014, at 175 N. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Robert A. Beedham Sr., 52, with Menacing in the Second Degree - Weapon; and Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

 

On Oct. 25, 2014, at 109 E. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jasper D. Lloyd, 21, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Disorderly Conduct - Obscene Language/Gestures.

 

On Oct. 25, 2014, at 3420 Butts Rd., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged David E. Brannigan, 48, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle - Registration Suspended.

 

On Oct. 27, 2014, at 202 N. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Derrick Hildreth, 36, on the execution of a bench warrant. He was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Fifth Degree.

Medina Police Department charged Joseph J. Crane, 22, of 4385 Shelby Basin Rd., Medina, on Oct. 24, 2014, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree. Crane was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Aaron J. Ward, 20, of 12384 Wheeler Rd., Medina, on Oct. 25, 2014, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% ore More Blood Alcohol Content; Drinking Alcohol in Motor Vehicle; and Equipment Violation - No/Inadequate Lights. Ward was released and was scheduled to return Nov. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Charles J. Butera, 35, of 34 S. Goodman St., Rochester, on Oct. 26, 2014, with Petit Larceny. Butera was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged James V. Clawson, 33, of 16 Oakland Ave., Medina, on Oct. 27, 2014, with Petit Larceny. Clawson was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Shelby Town Court.

On Oct. 22, 2014, Evan J. Vanskiver, 22, of 1 Thomas St., Holley, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. Deputy Tom Marano charged Vanskiver while he was assisting the Holley Police Officer on a complaint at the Holley Hotel and Vanskiver directed several profanity-laced comments toward law enforcement. Vanskiver then refused to be handcuffed and placed into the patrol vehicle when he was arrested. Vanskiver was arraigned in Town of Murray Court where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail.

 

On Oct. 27, 2014, Anthony M. Mosca, 20, of 34 Cragg Rd., Rochester, and Elliott S. Ketchum, 22, of 91 Park Ave., Brockport, were arrested for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The two were charged by Deputy Kevin Colonna as a result of a vehicle stop on Newport Dr., in the town of Murray. Mosca and Ketchum are scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on Nov. 13, 2014.

 

On Oct. 28, 2014, Judy Ward, 63, of 26 East Park St., Albion, was arrested for Forgery 2nd and Possession of a Forged Instrument 2nd. Investigator Ken Strickland charged Ward as the result of an investigation where she forged the Town of Albion Court clerk’s signature on eviction paperwork and then gave it to a tenant. Ward was arraigned in court and was release on her own recognizance.

On Oct. 26, 2014, Troopers arrested Joel Hernandez-Zempoalt, 31, of Albion, N.Y., for Felony DWI - Two Previous Convictions within two years and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation. A vehicle was observed westbound riding on the shoulder of Ridge Rd., Albion. When Troopers approached the vehicle, a strong odor of alcohol was detected. Observed were two open cans of beer in the center console. The operator, Hernandez-Zempoalt, failed the Standard Field Sobriety Tests and he was arrested for DWI. He was processed and registered a BAC of .11%. He was arraigned in the Town of Gaines Court where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $10,000 cash bail. He is scheduled to return to Gaines Court on Oct. 29, 2014.

 

On Oct. 24, 2014, Joshua M. Knoepfler, 20, of 1285 Vroom Rd., Spencerport, was arrested for Failure to Keep Right, Moved from Lane Unsafely, Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Unlawful Possession of Alcohol Under 21, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3rd and DWI Drugs. Investigator Dave Foeller charged Knoepfler as a result of a traffic stop on Rte. 31A, in the town of Albion. Knoepfler is scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court at a later date.

 

On Oct. 26, 2014, James K. Clark, 23, of 7617 Fourth Section Rd., Brockport, was arrested for Moved from Lane Unsafely, Drinking Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3rd, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, DWI, DWI Drugs, DWAI Drugs and Alcohol combined. Investigator Dave Foeller, assisted by Deputy Kevin Colonna, charged Clark as a result of a traffic stop on McNamara Rd., in the town of Barre. Clark is scheduled to appear in Town of Barre Court on Nov. 13, 2014. A passenger in Clark’s vehicle, Robert F. Verhagen, 20, of 3492 Hulberton Rd., Holley, was charged by Deputy Colonna for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and is scheduled to appear in Town of Barre Court on Nov. 13, 2014.

 

On Oct. 27, 2014, David P. Neibert, 27, of 3 High St., Waterport, was arrested for Petit Larceny. Deputy Tom Marano charged Neibert as a result of a complaint that he passed all points of sale at Wal-Mart with nearly $120 in Ensure Protein Drink. Neibert is scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on Nov. 12, 2014.

On Oct. 24, 2014, Ryan S. Lockhart, 40, of 933 Water St., Kent, was arrested for Burglary 3rd and Petit Larceny. Investigator Dave Foeller charged Lockhart as a result of an investigation into the burglary of the Lighthouse Restaurant that was reported on Oct. 15, 2014. It was reported that the business was entered and $60 cash was stolen some time during the overnight. Lockhart was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on no bail due to numerous outstanding warrants both locally and out of state. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for Oct. 29, 2014 at 3 p.m., when Lockhart is scheduled to appear next in Town of Carlton Court.

On Oct. 23, 2014, Scott E. Davis was arrested for False Written Statement and False Reporting Incident 3rd, Class A Misdemeanors. Davis reported to the Troopers that the mother of his infant son had called him and threatened to kill the baby and then herself. Investigation reveals that Davis falsified the report and signed a written statement. During a follow-up interview with Davis, he admitted that he did make the false report because he was trying to get some retribution. Davis was arrested and processed at State Police Albion and given an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Murray Court on Nov. 3, 2014.

On Oct. 7, 2014, Lori J. Murek, 51, of 13344 Hanlon Rd., Albion, was arrested for Welfare Fraud 3rd; Grand Larceny 3rd; and Filing a False Instrument 1st (8 counts). Investigator Ken Strickland of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office, with the assistance of the Orleans County Social Services Fraud Investigation Unit, charged Murek after it was discovered she received nearly $23,000 in benefits that she was not entitled to. Murek was arraigned in Town of Albion Court where she was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $5000 bail.

 

Medina Police Department charged Caitlin E. Hardy, 22, of 355 N. Ave., Medina, on Oct. 15, 2014, with Resisting Arrest and Harassment 2nd. Hardy was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Blaine R. Keyes, 24, of 8242 Akron Rd., Lockport, on Oct. 16, 2014, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Keyes was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Dec. 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Christopher M. Duncanson, 39, of 6737 Akron Rd., Lockport, on Oct. 16, 2014, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Duncanson was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Dec. 1 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jazmond M. Brady, 25, of 112 Beaver St., Albion, on Oct. 17, 2014, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Brady was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Kaywood A. Poole, 27, 1 Thomas St., Holley, on Oct. 17, 2014, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Poole was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Debra L. Unell, 52, of 738 Orient St., Medina, on Oct. 18, 2014, with Driving While Intoxicated; Refusal to Take a Breath Test; Moved From Lane Unsafely; and Operator Leaving Scene of Property Damage Accident. Unell was arraigned and held on $1,000 bail and was scheduled to return Nov. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

On Oct. 22, 2014, Matthew M. Keiffer, 27, of 1200 Marshall Rd., Lyndonville, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd. Deputy Jim Halstead of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Keiffer after he was involved in a domestic incident at 67 Eagle Street in the Village of Lyndonville. The victim already had an order of protection against Keiffer previously issued out of the Town of Shelby Court. Keiffer was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail.

 

On Oct. 22, 2014, Jack D. Nenni, 20, of 245 Caroline St., Albion, was arrested for Criminal Trespass 2nd and Harassment 2nd. Sgt. Theo Gunkler of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Nenni after a complaint where he entered a residence on Midway Road in the town of Gaines and got into an altercation with the victim. Nenni was later located by an Albion police officer and turned over to Sgt. Gunkler. Nenni was arraigned in Town of Gaines Court where he was released on his own recognizance and an order of protection was issued for the victim.

On Fri., Oct. 17, 2014, David E. Cotton, 43, of Kendall, was arrested by Deputy T.N. Tooley of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st and 2nd Degree & other Vehicle and Traffic Charge(s) following a traffic stop on Hindsburg Road in the Town of Clarendon. Cotton's driving privilege had been suspended a total of 33 times with 26 scoffs on 12 dates. Cotton appeared before Town of Clarendon Justice Richard Kemp and was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1,000.00 cash bail. The return court date was scheduled for Nov. 10, 2014.

 

On Sat., Oct. 18, 2014, Ryan P. Tower, 22, of Albion, was arrested by Investigator D.E. Foeller Jr., and Deputy J.A. DeFilipps for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana – following a traffic stop on State Route 31A in Town of Clarendon. Tower was a passenger in the car and admitted to possessing a quantity of marijuana as well as a glass smoking pipe. Tower was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Clarendon Court on Nov. 3, 2014. The driver of the car, Joshua S. Watkins, 23, of Albion, was cited for Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle and Insufficient Tail Lamps. He will also appear in Clarendon Court on Nov. 3. Both subjects were released on their own recognizance.

 

On Oct. 7, 2014, at 118 S. Liberty St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Benishio C. Coger, 18, with Unauthorized Use of Vehicle without Owner Consent.

 

On Oct. 8, 2014, at 200 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Clarence L. Dunbar, 44, with Failed to Use Headlights with Windshield Wipers, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree.

 

On Oct. 12, 2014, at 3665 Clarendon Rd., Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Ann M. Metzger, 54, upon the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On Oct. 14, 2014, at 107 E. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Khalil N. Johnson, 18, with Petit Larceny.

 

On Oct. 15, 2014, at 351 Hamilton St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Craig J. Martin, 20, with Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

 

On Oct. 17, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Jazmond M. Brady, 25, upon the execution of an arrest warrant.

 

On Oct. 19, 2014, at 20 Beechwood Blvd., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Richard L. Hering Jr., 42, with Disobey Mandate Exc JL 753a-2.

On Sept. 26, 2014, Holley Police Department arrested Evan Vanskiver, 22, of 1 Thomas St., Holley, with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. The arrest was after the defendant was allegedly yelling and screaming on a public street in the village, and when placed under arrest resisted with police. The defendant was processed and arraigned in Murray Town Court and taken to the Orleans County Jail on $250 bail.

 

On Sept. 26, 2014, Holley Police Department arrested Joseph Gentile, 47, of 1 Glenside Dr., Holley, for Harassment in the 2nd degree, after a complaint was filed by a neighbor. The defendant was processed and arraigned in Murray Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance to appear on another court date. An order of protection was issued.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jay Buzard, 50, of 331 State St., Medina, on Sept. 30, 2014, with Violation of Village Noise Ordinance Dog at Large. Buzard was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Oct. 20 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

On Oct. 1, 2014, Holley Police Department charged Maggie DiPilato, of 1 Nelson St., Holley, with Harassment in the 2nd degree, after police responded to a domestic in progress call at the same address. The defendant was processed and arraigned before Murray Town Court and taken to the Orleans County Jail on $500 cash bail. DiPilato was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on a later date.

 

Medina Police Department charged Dana Cyphert, 46, of 909 S. Main St., Medina, on Oct. 2, 2014, with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Cyphert was arraigned and held on $250 bail and was scheduled to return Oct. 6 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jason D. Keppler, 28, of 11682 Martin Rd., Medina, on Oct. 4, 2014, with Driving with Ability Impaired by Drugs; Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; Move from Lane Unsafely; Failed to Yield Right of Way to Emergency Vehicle; Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle; and Failed to Yield Right of Way Green Light. Keppler was released and was scheduled to return Oct. 23 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Renee I. Brown, 34, of 2030 Harris Rd., Waterport, on Oct. 5, 2014, with Petit Larceny. Brown was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Jan. 8 to Shelby Town Court.

 

On Oct. 8, 2014, Holley Police Department served an Indictment Warrant on Javonie McKinney, 41, of 1 Thomas St., Holley, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree, with intent to sell; and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree. This arrest was after more than a six-month investigation conducted by the Holley Police and the Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force. The defendant was being held in the Orleans County Jail.

 

Medina Police Department charged Eric J. McGill, 31, of 125 Hedley St., Medina, on

Oct. 9, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. McGill was arraigned and released on $400 bail and was scheduled to return Nov. 6 to Shelby Town Court.

 

On Oct. 9, 2014, Holley Police Department charged Matthew Edwards, 28, of 8545 Ridge Road W., Brockport, with 2nd degree Rape; 2nd degree Criminal Sex Act; 2nd degree Sexual Abuse; and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, following a complaint made on Sept. 5, 2014. The defendant was arraigned before Murray Town Court and taken to the Orleans County Jail on bail of $20,000 cash, $40,000 bond. The Holley Police Department was assisted by the Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force.

 

On Oct. 9, 2014, Holley Police Department charged Lauren Hennekey, 18, of 24 Geddes St., Holley, with Obstructing Governmental Administration in the 2nd degree, for allegedly hindering the arrest of a person an on Arrest Warrant. The defendant was processed and released on an appearance ticket to appear in Murray Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Tracy A. Nelson, 26, of 407 E. Center St., Medina, on Oct. 11, 2014, with Harassment 2nd. Nelson was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Oct. 23 to Shelby Town Court.

On Sept. 19, 2014, at 10 King St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Melissa Stornelli, 30, of Albion, with Use Leased/Rented/Loaned Vehicle without Permission; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver.

 

On Sept. 26, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Robert A. Fischer, 37, of Albion, with Criminal Impersonation in the Second Degree; and Grand Larceny in the Third Degree.

 

On Sept. 19, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Nicholas A. Long, 69, of Albion, with Trespass and Disorderly Conduct/ Unreasonable Noise.

 

On Sept. 28, 2014, at 135 E. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Lee R. Thompson, 32, of Albion, with Fail to Notify Change of Home; Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver; Operation of Motor Vehicle without an Inspection; Operation of an Unregistered Motor Vehicle on Highway; Operation of a Motor Vehicle without Insurance; Unsafe Movement of Stopped Motor Vehicle; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

 

On Sept. 17, 2014, at 146 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Lloyd P. Parsons, 24, of Albion, with Petit Larceny.

 

On Sept. 19, 2014, at 165 King St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Craig P. Braswell, 48, of Albion, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Aggravated DWI: With a Child Passenger; Failure to Dim Lights; and Driving While Intoxicated - First Offense.

 

On Oct. 6, 2014, at 19 E. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Stanley Romanowski, 59, of Albion, with Speed Violation: Speed in Zone; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.

 

On Sept. 23, 2014, at 19 E. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Joelle D. Mitchell, 26, of Albion, on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On Sept. 30, 2014, at 231 E. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jason Westbrook, 25, of Rochester, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree; and Speed Violation: Speeding in School Zone.

 

On Sept. 18, 2014, at 2397 Oak Orchard Rd., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jazmin Andino, 32, of Albion, with Disobey Mandate Exc JL 7534a-2.

 

On Sept. 20, 2014, at 3665 Clarendon Rd., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Joseph F. Rotoli Jr., 52, of Batavia, on the execution of a bench warrant.

On Sept. 30, 2014, Roxanne M. Thomas, 28, of 17 Jay Dr., Brockport, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd. Deputy Torry Tooley of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Thomas as a result of a complaint that she allegedly called, text and left a voice mail on a party's cell phone. That party had a previously issued order of protection. Thomas was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on Oct. 16, 2014.

 

On Oct. 4, 2014, Chantelle M. Hurtgram, 25, of 11863 Fletcher Chapel Rd., Medina, was arrested for Harassment 2nd and Criminally Obstructing Breathing. Deputy Kevin Colonna of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Hurtgram as a result of domestic at a residence on Telegraph Road in the town of Ridgeway. Hurtgram is alleged to have pushed, punched and choked the victim during the incident. Hurtgram was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $250 bail.

 

On Oct. 4, 2014, Lloyd P. Parsons, 53, of 4573 Oak Orchard Rd., Albion, was arrested on a bench warrant for Failure to Appear issued out of the Town of Albion Court. Sgt, Theo Gunkler of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office took Parsons into custody and took him to arraignment, where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail.

 

On Oct. 4, 2014, Terry Holloway, 50, of 4573 Oak Orchard Rd., Albion, was arrested for Harassment 2nd and Strangulation 2nd. Deputy Tom Marano of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Holloway as a result of a domestic dispute where he allegedly struck the victim in the face with an open hand and choked them around the neck. Holloway was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $5000 bail and an order of protection was issued for the victim.

 

On Oct. 5, 2014, Joseph R. Hagen, 31, of 10655 Millers Rd., Lyndonville, was arrested for Harassment 2nd. Sgt. Don Draper of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Hagen as a result of a domestic where he allegedly was pushing the victim and threatened to kill them. Hagen was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued for the victim.

 

On Oct. 5, 2014, Jonathan Magee, 33, of 226 Chamberlain St., Albion, was arrested on a bench warrant for Failure to Appear in the Town of Barre Court. Deputy Erin Fuller of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office had Magee arraigned, where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $500 bail.

 

On Oct. 5, 2014, Terry N. Oakley, 43, of 16572 Boots Rd., Holley, was arrested on a bench warrant for Failure to Appear that had been issued out of the Town of Clarendon Court. Deputy Torry Tooley of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office had Oakley arraigned, and he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1075 bail.

Medina Police Department charged Linda M. Wilson, 51, of 312 Catherine St., Medina, on Sept. 22, 2014, with Violation of Village Noise Ordinance Barking Dog. Wilson was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Oct. 20, 2014, to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jaron T. Thompson, 25, of 711 Church St., Medina, on Sept. 27, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct. Thompson was arraigned and held on $500 bail and was scheduled to return Oct. 6, 2014, to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Alberta A. Jackson, 42, of 1025 Ridge Rd., Medina, on Oct. 1, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct. Jackson was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Oct. 20, 2014, to Ridgeway Town Court.
