Medina Police Department charged Jeremy J. Brandenburg, 22, of 172 Glenwood Ave., Medina, on June 6, 2016, with Violation of Village Noise Ordinance. Brandenburg was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 11 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Darrell C. Shine, Jr., 30, of 118 South Ave., Medina, on June 10, 2016, with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Shine was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 7 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged John D. Smith, 22, of 86 Crimson Heights, Albion, on June 12, 2016, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Smith was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 11 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged a 17-year-old on June 14, 2016 with Disorderly Conduct. The youth was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 11 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jimmie D. Atkin, 57, of 112 Hedley St., Medina, on June 11, 2016, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; and No/Inadequate Plate Lamp. Atkin was released and was scheduled to return July 28 to Shelby Town Court.

On June 11, 2016, at 4 E. Bank St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Joseph W. Muscarella, 61, with Open Container (Alcoholic Beverage).

 

On June 13, 2016, at 1253 Maplewood Drive, Apt. 3, Lockport, the Albion Police Department charged Henry J. Walden III, 22, with Grand Larceny 4th Degree.

 

On June 14, 2016, at 13890 Albion Eagle Harbor Road, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged a 17-year-old male with Equipment Violation; Drive Motor Vehicle Without Proper License; Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; and Criminal Possession of Controlled Substance 7th Degree.

 

On June 14, 2016, at 3665 Clarendon Road, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged a 17-year-old male with three counts of Reckless Endangerment 2nd Degree; two counts of Act in Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17 Years Old; and Attempted Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property.

On May 26, 2016, The Orleans County Sheriff’s office arrested David J. Cornell, 51, of 10885 Ridge Road, Medina, for allegedly making inappropriate comments to a female under the age of 17. Cornell was charged with one count of Harassment in the second degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Cornell was arraigned before Town of Shelby Justice Keppler and released on his own recognizance. Cornell will return to the Town of Ridgeway Court on a later date.

 

On May 23, 2016, the Orleans County Sheriff’s 911 Center received a report of a 3-year-old male riding a battery powered plastic four-wheeler down the middle of State Route 31 in front of the Walmart Super Center in the Town of Albion. Undersheriff Christopher Bourke and Chief Deputy Michael Mele arrived on the scene within minutes. Two gentlemen had stopped and moved the child and four-wheeler off to the shoulder of the highway. Upon interviewing the child, we learned that he had driven the four wheeler over a mile down Phipps Road then turned west on State Route 31. Undersheriff Bourke and Chief Mele loaded the four-wheeler in the Undersheriff’s vehicle along with the child and began searching for the child’s residence. After about 45 minutes, with the assistance of NYS Trooper K. Bentley, we were able to locate the child’s residence on Phipps Road. Finding no answer at the door, the child was transported to the Sheriff’s Office. Melynn A. Hefley, 26, the child’s mother, contacted the 911 Center over an hour later looking for her child. Deputy J.J. Cole charged Hefley with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Albion Court.

On May 16, 2016, Holley Police arrested Kayne W. Probst, 21, of Holley, for a bench warrant out of the Town of Murray after Rochester Police contacted Holley Police stating that they had him in custody. Probst was transported to Town of Murray Court by Holley Police for arraignment in front of Judge Theodore Spada and was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or credit card bail. He was to return to Murray Court on May 18, 2016.

 

On May 22, 2016, Holley Police arrested Steven L. Lavender, 49, of Hamlin, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree - Vehicle. Lavender was processed and taken to Town of Murray Court, where he was arraigned and released on his own recognizance. Lavender was to return to Court on July 13, 2016.

 

On May 22, 2016, Holley Police arrested Juanita R. Monahan, 47, of Hamlin, for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree - Vehicle. Monahan was processed and taken to Town of Murray Court, where she was arraigned and released on her own recognizance. Monahan was to return to Court on July 13, 2016.

 

On May 24, 2016, Holley Police arrested Nancy J. Brandon, 37, of Rochester, for an Arrest Warrant out of the Town of Murray, after New York State Police notified Holley Police that they had her in custody. Brandon was transported to Town of Murray Court and arraigned in front of Judge Gary Passarell, where she was released on her own recognizance and was to return to Court on June 16, 2016.

 

On May 26, 2016, Holley Police charged Michael A. Millonni, 61, of Rochester, with Aggravated Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 2nd Degree - 3/More Open Suspensions on 3/More Days; and Failure to Obey Traffic Device. Millonni was issued an appearance ticket for arraignment in Town of Murray Court on June 23, 2016, in front of Judge Theodore Spada.

 

On June 1, 2016, Holley Police arrested Colleen A. Connelly, 52, of Holley, for Trespass. Connelly was arraigned in front of Judge Gary Passarell in Town of Murray Court and he set bail at $500, where she was remanded to Orleans County Jail until she returned to Court on June 8, 2016.

 

On June 1, 2016, Holley Police arrested Evan J. Vanskiver, 24, of Hilton, for Act in a Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17; Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property; and Trespass. Vanskiver was arraigned in front of Judge Gary Passarell in Town of Murray Court and was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or credit card bail until he returned to Court on June 8, 2016.

 

On June 1, 2016, Holley Police arrested Alexander J. Polle, 22, of Holley, for Act in a Manner Injurious to a Child Less Than 17; Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property; and Trespass. Polle was arraigned in front of Judge Gary Passarell in Town of Murray Court and was remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash or credit card bail until he returned to Court on June 8, 2016.

 

On June 2, 2016, Holley Police arrested Paul S. Wilson, 69, of Holley, for Exposure of a Person. Wilson was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Murray Court for arraignment on June 23, 2016, in front of Judge Theodore Spada.

Medina Police Department charged Anthony C. Lamar, 32, of Medina, on June 2, 2016, with Criminal Obstruction of Breathing; Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and Harassment 2nd Degree. Lamar was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return June 6 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Christopher Mulcahy, 31, of 3 Edgewood Dr., Medina, on June 2, 2016, with Violation of Village Ordinance Consuming Alcohol in Public. Mulcahy was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return at a later date to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Rikki Jo M. Way, 30, of 159 Bates Rd., Medina, on June 3, 2016, with Harassment 2nd Degree. Way was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 11 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Patrick Russell, 30, of Medina, on June 3, 2016, with Harassment 2nd Degree; Petit Larceny; and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. Russell was arraigned and held on $500 bail and was scheduled to return June 6 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Gregory D. Banks, 22, of 4886 Townline Rd., Medina, on June 4, 2016, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Banks was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 11 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Steven R. Gould, 56, of 400 Prospect Ave., Medina, on June 4, 2016, with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1 Percent or More Blood Alcohol Content; Improper Plates; Operating Without Insurance; Unregistered Motor Vehicle; and Failed to Stop Before Entering Roadway. Gould was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 11 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Tammy A. Cary, 41, of 407 E. Center St., Medina, on June 5, 2016, with Violation of Village Ordinance Open Burning. Cary was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 11 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Nicholas S. Henning, 36, of 116 Park Ave., Medina, on June 6, 2016, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree; Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd Degree; and Speeding. Medina Police Department charged Michael E. Burch, 18, of 233 Eagle St., Medina, on May 27, 2016, with Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st Degree. Burch was arraigned and held on $10,000 bail, and was scheduled to return June 2 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Susan Thomas, 45, of 216 Frank St., Medina, on May 28, 2016, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Failed to Keep Right; and Inadequate or No Stop Lamps. Thomas was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return June 9 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Michael J. Stachewicz, 25, of 404 E. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on May 29, 2016, with Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree. Stachewicz was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return June 9 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Ruth M. Coffey, 47, of Medina, on May 31, 2016, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree; False Personation; and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. Coffey was arraigned and held on $2,000 bail. She was scheduled to return June 6 to Ridgeway Town Court.

The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Town of Murray man on May 24 for damaging a neighbor’s property. Ernest J. Greeley Jr., 37, of 11 Fleetwood Drive, County Line Mobile Home Park, Brockport, was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree after he allegedly smashed a satellite dish, damaged a grill and poured motor oil on the side of a house trailer. Greeley was arrested by Deputy J. Gifaldi and arraigned by Town of Murray Justice Passarell. Greeley was remanded to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of $500 bail and is scheduled to return to court on June 8 at 5:30 p.m. Sgt Gunkler assisted with the arrest.

 

The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Medina man on May 24 after he allegedly threatened another person. Deputy D. Pahuta arrested Eric J. McGill, 33, of 11328 Ridge Road, Apt. 1A, Medina, for harassment in the second degree. McGill reportedly told another tenant in the building “you're dead.” McGill was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Ridgeway Court on June 6. Deputy J. Gifaldi assisted with this arrest.

On May 14, 2016, Medina Police Department charged Felipe Chavez Jr., 31, of 715 Gwinn St., Medina, on May 14, 2016, with Assault 3rd Degree; Burglary 1st Degree; Unlawful Imprisonment 2nd Degree; and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree. Chavez was arraigned and held on $25,000 bail and was scheduled to return May 20 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Cory C. Gaylord, 32, of 128 W. Bank St., Albion, on May 14, 2016, with Grand Larceny 4th Degree; Identity Theft 2nd Degree; and Unlawful Possession of Personal Identification Information 3rd Degree. Gaylord was arraigned and held on $5,000 bail and was scheduled to return May 20 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Christina E. Ashton, 34, of 3430 Horan Road, Medina, on May 15, 2016, with Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree. Ashton was arraigned and was released on her own recognizance. She was scheduled to return June 6 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Kevin W. Reamer, 23, of 304 E. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on May 18, 2016, with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree; Tampering with Physical Evidence; Resisting Arrest; Harassment 2nd Degree; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Reamer was arraigned and held on $2000 bail. He was scheduled to return at a later date to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Kayla A. Spry, 21, of 510 West Ave., Medina, on May 19, 2016, with Harassment 2nd Degree. Spry was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return June 2 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Matthew Masters, 41, of 1000 West Ave., Medina, on May 20, 2016, with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree with Intent to Damage Property. Masters was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return at a later date to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Timothy K. Kendrick, 33, of 12160 McNeeley Rd., Akron, on May 21, 2016, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Fail to Keep Right; Fail to Notify DMV Address Changed; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Kendrick was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return June 9 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Peter G. Jones, 21 of 347 North Ave., Medina, on May 22, 2016, with two counts Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 1st Degree. Jones was arraigned and held on $5000 bail and was scheduled to return May 26 to Shelby Town Court.
