On July 29, 2015, Maggie S. Dipilato, 21, of Holley, N.Y., was arrested for Welfare Fraud, a Class A Misdemeanor, after she used an EBT card not assigned to her. The New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation, in cooperation with the Orleans County Department of Social Services, reports from May 14 to May 31, 2015, Dipilato knowingly used an EBT card to receive approximately $180.00 in SNAP benefits to which she was not entitled. Dipilato was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Albion Court on Aug. 11, 2015.

 

The Medina Police Department charged Adrian L. Jackson, 36, of 128 Stork St., Medina, on July 18, 2015, with Trespass. Jackson was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

The Medina Police Department charged Robert J. Clute, 568 E. Ave., Medina, on July 18, 2015, with Trespass. Clute was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

The Medina Police Department charged Jesse W. Weilert, 24, of 118 W. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on July 20, 2015, with Assault in the Third Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree. Weilert was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return Aug. 6 to Shelby Town Court.

 

The Medina Police Department charged Jessy Miller, 28, of 1978 Main St., Waterport, on July 25, 2015, with Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree; Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree; Resisting Arrest; Disorderly Conduct; and Trespass. Miller was arraigned and held on $1000.00 bail. Miller was scheduled to return Aug. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

The Medina Police Department charged John L. Sunday, Jr., 46, of 3031 Crandall Rd., Albion, on July 25, 2015, with Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated; Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; and Inadequate or No Stop Lamps. Sunday was released and was scheduled to return Aug. 24 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

The Medina Police Department charged Abbigail C. Reese, 21, of 5331 S. Gravel Rd., Medina, on July 23, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child; two counts Controlled Substances in Non-Original Container; Equipment Violation Obstructed Vision; and Illegal Signal Less Than 100 Feet. Reese was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 20 to Shelby Town Court.

 

The Medina Police Department charged Randy Wright, 22, of 1961 Pearson Rd., Middleport, on July 23, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; two counts Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree; Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and two counts Controlled Substances in Non-Original Container. Wright was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 20 to Shelby Town Court.

 

The Medina Police Department charged Erica Herman, 31, of Medina, on July 23, 2015, with Disorderly Conduct and Harassment in the Second Degree. Herman was arraigned and held on $100 bail and was scheduled to appear Aug. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

On July 20, 2015, Aaron D. Bradley, 34, of 16014 Lynch Rd., Holley, was arrested for Stalking 4th and Criminal Contempt 1st. Deputy Brian Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Bradley as the result of an investigation into the stalking of the victim by placing a GPS tracking device on their vehicle. Bradley has previously been convicted of Criminal Contempt 2nd, making this the felony charge of Criminal Contempt 1st. Bradley was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $5000 bail and was scheduled to return to Murray Court at a later date for further proceedings.

 

On July 23, 2015, Brandon J. Baker, 24, of 16683 Kenmor Rd., Kendall, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1st and Resisting Arrest. Deputy Brian Larkin, assisted by Deputy Devon Pahuta, both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office, charged Baker as a result of a complaint that he repeatedly called a victim who has a current order of protection against him. While attempting to arrest Baker he failed to comply with the deputies' instructions and physically resisted them. Baker was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $25,000 bail.

 

On July 26, 2015, Michelle L. Brown, 29, of 33 Hawthorne Dr., Albion, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th. Sgt. Dave Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Brown as a result of an investigation into a missing person complaint on Waterport Road in the town of Carlton. Brown was highly intoxicated and was very belligerent, vulgar and aggressive in the presence of Sgt. Foeller. Upon being arrested for Disorderly Conduct it was discovered Brown had numerous pills in her possession that she did not have a prescription for. Brown was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail.

On July 23, 2015, Jaleen J. Negron, 21, of Medina was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Speeding, No License and Failed to Dim Headlights when he was stopped on State Route 31 in the town of Ridgeway. During the interview process, Troopers detected an odor of alcohol coming from Negron. He was administered and subsequently failed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Negron was transported to State Police Albion for processing which revealed he had a BAC of 0.11%. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ridgeway Court on July 27, 2015.

On July 14, 2015, at 241 Caroline St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Christopher D. Miller, 38, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

 

On July 15, 2015, at 127 Brown St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jesus R. Botello, 23, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

 

On July 15, 2015, at 14770 Route 31, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Larhonda K. Kerstetter, 28, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

 

On July 15, 2015, at 215 Washington St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Chantalle M. Hurtgam, 26, with Driving While Intoxicated; Operation of a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Drugs; Driving While Ability Impaired Combined Influence of Drugs or Alcohol; Failed to Yield Right of Way to Emergency Vehicle; Drinking Alcohol in Motor Vehicle on the Highway; and Speed Violation: Speed in Zone.

 

On July 17, 2015, at 14 Erie St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged a 14-year-old male with Petit Larceny.

 

On July 17, 2015, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Christopher J. Mitchell, 29, on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On July 17, 2015, at 123 Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Randy M. Banks, 26, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.

 

On July 18, 2015, at 175 N. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Alexandra Ivy, 37, with Trespass.

 

On July 19, 2015, at police headquarters at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Jason M. Perry, 33, on the execution of two bench warrants.

 

On July 20, 2015, at 171 S. Clinton St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Paula A. Weaver, 44, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

 

On Tue., July 14, 2015, at 10:45 p.m., Yvonne F. McCauley, 23, of Albion, was arrested by Deputy A.A. Breuilly, assisted by Deputy T.N. Tooley, both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. McCauley was charged with Driving Without a License; Driving across Hazard Markings; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana following a traffic stop on State Route 98 in the Town of Barre. McCauley was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Barre Court on July 30, 2015. She was released on her own recognizance.

 

On Mon., July 20, 2015, at 1:45 p.m., Junior Mateo, 36, of Rochester, was arrested by Deputy A.A. Breuilly of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office on an outstanding County Court Indictment Warrant for several counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. Mateo was picked up at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, where he was being held on un-related charge(s). He had a brief appearance before Judge James Punch, and was then returned to Monroe County Jail. He was scheduled to be back in Orleans County Court on July 23, 2015, when he was to appear with counsel.

On Sun., July 12, 2015, at 7:15 p.m., Mary Lou Thompson, 67, of Waterport, was arrested by Deputy A.A. Breuilly, assisted by Deputy B.M. Larkin, both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. She was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree after she allegedly violated a “stay-away” Order of Protection the previous day. Thompson was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Carlton Court on July 27, 2015. She was released on her own recognizance.

 

On July 5, 2015, Holley Police arrested Brandon M. Belski, 20, residing at 15593 Mansfield Rd., Holley, for Acting in a Manner to Injure a Child Under 17; and Aggravated Harassment in the Second Degree. Belski was arraigned by Judge Ted Spada and released on his own recognizance. He was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on July 15, 2015.

 

On July 6, 2015, Holley Police arrested Alexander Lane, 19, residing at 8 Jackson St., Holley, for Attempted Petit Larceny due to being caught by Holley Police trying to enter a parked vehicle in the Village of Holley. Lane was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on July 23, 2015.

 

On July 7, 2015, Holley Police arrested Terrie Luxon, 18, residing at 1 Thomas St., Apt. D, Holley, for Assault in the Third Degree with Intent to Cause Physical Harm. Luxon was arraigned in Town of Murray Court and was released on her own recognizance. Luxon was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on July 8, 2015.

 

On July 7, 2015, Holley Police arrested Betty Smith, 57, residing at 1 Thomas St., Apt. 7, Holley, for Assault in the Third Degree with Intent to Cause Physical Harm. Smith was arraigned in Town of Murray Court and was released on her own recognizance. She was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on July 8, 2015.

 

On July 14, 2015, Christopher M. Bescherer, 33, of 2708 Lattin Rd., Albion, was arrested for Grand Larceny 3rd and Criminal Mischief 4th. Investigator Shannon Brett of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Bescherer as the result of a lengthy investigation into the theft of tools and equipment stolen from a construction trailer on Ridge Road in the town of Gaines that occurred in October of 2014. Bescherer was arraigned in the Town of Gaines Court where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $20,000 bail.

 

On July 15, 2015, Marvin A. Moyer Jr., 28, of 2752 Gaines Rd., Albion, was arrested for Grand Larceny 3rd and Criminal Mischief 4th. Investigator Shannon Brett of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Moyer as the result of a lengthy investigation into the theft of tools and equipment stolen from a construction trailer on Ridge Road in the town of Gaines that occurred in October of 2014. Moyer was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $10,000 bail.

 

On July 15, 2015, Holley Police arrested Angelina N. Cuccura, 21, residing at 15 Jay Dr., Brockport, for Strangulation in the Second Degree/Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation. Cuccura was released on her own recognizance and was scheduled to return to Town of Murray Court on July 15, 2015.

 

On July 15, 2015, Holley Police arrested Maggie S. DiPilato, 21, residing at 1 Nelson St., Holley, for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing/Blood Circulation; and Menacing in the Second Degree with Weapon. DiPilato was issued appearance tickets and was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on July 16, 2015.

 

On July 17, 2015, the Holley Police Department charged Anthony C. Roe, 20, of Holley, with Rape in the Second Degree and Forcible Touching, following a complaint filed on July 15, 2015. Roe was arraigned in Town of Murray Court and bail was set at $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond. He was held in the Orleans County Jail, and his return court date is Aug. 19, 2015.

 

On July 17, 2015, Paul N. Price, 25, of 1806 Kent Rd., Kent, was arrested for Failure to Keep Right; Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; Driving While Intoxicated; and Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content Greater than .08% (.10%). Sgt. Dave Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Price as a result of a traffic stop at the Monroe-Orleans Countyline Road and Ridge Road in the town of Murray. Price was scheduled to appear in the Town of Murray Court on July 23, 2015.

Medina Police Department charged a 17-year-old on July 10, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The youth is scheduled to return Aug. 10, 2015, to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Deparment charged Taylor J. Valovic, 20, of 404 E. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on July 10, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Valovic was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Nicole E. Byreitter-Quiros, 30, of 6343 Robinson Rd., Lockport, on July 11, 2015, with Resisting Arrest; Disorderly Conduct; and Harassment in the Second Degree. Byeritter-Quiros was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 20, 2015, to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jessy L. Medina Police Department charged Nathan A. McCall, 23, 5 Fanfair Ave., Orlando, Fla., on July 11, 2015, with Disorderly Conduct. McCall was scheduled to return July 13, 2015, to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Matthew A. Perez, 26, of 219 Pearl St., Medina, on July 11, 2015, with Driving While Intoxicated; Driving with .08 of 1% or More Blood Alcohol Content; Unlicensed Operator; and Fail to Keep Right. Perez was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 16 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Kevin M. Carpenter, 45, of 738 Orient St., Medina, on July 12, 2015, with Unlicensed Dog and Violation of Village Ordinance Dog Running at Large. Carpenter was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 6 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Joseph E. Reamer, 43, of 304 E. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on July 13, 2015, with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree; Criminal Tampering in the Third Degree; and Harassment in the Second Degree. Reamer was arraigned and held on $1250.00 bail and was scheduled to return July 16 to Shelby Town Court.

On July 9, 2015, Thomas M. Swart, 18, of 5th Ave., North Tonawanda, was arrested on (2) warrants. Deputy Josh Narburgh of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office took Swart into custody on a turnover arrest in Niagara County without incident. Swart was arraigned in the Town of Ridgeway Court on a bench warrant as well as a violation of probation warrant where he was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail.

 

On July 13, 2015, Joshua L. Lopez, 36, of 149 Church St., Apt. B, Lockport, was arrested on an indictment warrant for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance 3rd. Deputy Ryan Flaherty of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office took Lopez into custody on a turnover arrest in Niagara County without incident. Lopez was held at the Orleans County Jail until he appears in Orleans County Court.

 

On July 14, 2015, Thomas Toal, 52, of 1351 Center Rd., Kendall, was arrested on a bench warrant. Deputy Devon Pahuta of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office located Toal at 1791 Center Rd., Kendall, and took him into custody without incident. Toal was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $1000 bail.

 

On July 14, 2015, Joseph H. Merkley Sr., 43, of 16595 Fourth Section Rd., Holley, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Clarendon Court. Deputy Alex Breuilly of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office located Merkley at his residence and took him into custody without incident. Merkley was arraigned and released on his own recognizance with a return date of Aug. 10, 2015.

 

On July 14, 2015, Anthony M. Mannara, 24, of 65 Livingston St., Warsaw, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Kendall Court. Sgt. Dean Covis of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office took Mannara into custody on a turnover from Wyoming County without incident. Mannara was arraigned in Town of Kendall Court where he was released on his own recognizance with a return date of Aug. 3, 2015.

 

On July 14, 2015, Hayley E. Ross, 29, of 3539 Fancher Rd., Holley, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Orleans County Court. Deputy Brian Larkin of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office located Ross at her residence and took her into custody without incident. Ross was arraigned in Orleans County Court where she was remanded to Orleans County Jail on $500 bail.

On July 8, 2015, at 131 S. Main St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Joshua R. Harding, 24, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle without Insurance; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

 

On July 9, 2015, at 26 Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department arrested Dan H. Harp Jr., 20, on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On July 11, 2015, at 3847 Oak Orchard Rd., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Derrick Hildreth, 37, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle without Inspection.

 

On July 11, 2015, at 14925 Route 31, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jazmond M. Brady, 26, with Resisting Arrest.

 

On July 11, 2015, at 215 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Lequitta M. Soto, 39, with Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Registration Suspended.

On July 13, 2015, at 126 E. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Brandon M. Drennen, 26, with Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property; Petit Larceny; and Attempted Assault in the Third Degree.

 

On July 13, 2015, at 106 W. Park St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Jeffrey A. Sherwood, 39, with Menacing in the Second Degree - Weapon.

 

On July 14, 2015, at 118 S. Liberty St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Megan E. Snyder, 20, with Disorderly Conduct - Unreasonable Noise.

 

On July 14, 2015, at 118 S. Liberty St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Benishio C. Coger, 19, with two counts of Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree and Unlawfully Possess, Use, or Explode Fireworks.

 

On July 12, 2015, David L. Sedore, 47, of Holley, N.Y., was arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and Crossing Road Hazard Markings after he was observed on State Route 237 crossing the center and fog lines. A strong smell of alcohol was coming from Sedore while he was being interviewed. He was administered and failed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Sedore was transported to State Police Albion for processing. He had a 0.23% BAC, almost three times the legal limit. Sedore was issued uniform traffic tickets returnable to the Town of Murray Court on Aug. 3, 2015.

Two teenagers are facing charges following their arrest July 9, 2015, for burglarizing a home in April 2015. The homeowner, who resides in the 2000 block of Monroe-Orleans County Line Road, town of Kendall, returned home last night following a lengthy vacation and discovered the burglary. After calling 9-1-1, the homeowner began reviewing video footage recorded by security cameras on the premises. There were two perpetrators and the homeowner recognized one of them. Sheriff’s deputies located that individual and were subsequently able to identify the other youth. Both individuals have been charged with Burglary 2nd Degree and Criminal Mischief 4th Degree. They appeared before Town of Kendall Justice Debbie Drennan and both were released to the custody of their parent(s). The names are being withheld because of age and possible eligibility for Youthful Offender treatment. The investigation and subsequent arrests were conducted by Deputy D.J. Pahuta, assisted by Deputies T.C. Marano & T.N. Tooley.

Medina Police Department charged Joseph E. Reamer, 43, of 304 E. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on July 3, 2015, with Disorderly Conduct. Reamer was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 9 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jared A. Sammons, 21, of 3099 Bixler Rd., Newfane, on July 4, 2015, with Reckless Driving and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Sammons was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jenia R. Suarez-Jimenez, 24, 329 Park Ave., Medina, on July 5, 2015, with Disorderly Conduct - Unreasonable Noise. Suarez-Jimenez was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 20 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Dylan E. Sillick, 45, of 12272 Alps Rd., Lyndonville, on July 1, 2015, with four counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree; four counts of Controlled Substance in Non-Original Container; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Sillick was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 20 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Michael J. Stachewicz, 24, of 729 Orient St., Medina, on July 6, 2015, with Violation of Village Ordinance Possession and Discharge of Weapons. Stachewicz was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged a 17-year-old female on July 6, 2015, with Violation of Village Ordinance Possession and Discharge of Weapons. She was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 3 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Gary L. Bonk, 38, of 143 N. Gravel Rd., Medina, on July 6, 2015, with Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument. Bonk was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 13 to Ridgeway Town Court.

On June 27, 2015, Mary L. Thompson, 67, of 1968 Center Lane, Waterport, was arrested for Reckless Endangerment 2nd; Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd; and Resisting Arrest. Deputy Kevin Colonna of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Thompson after it was reported that she attempted run over an individual near her residence in Waterport. Deputy Colonna located the suspect vehicle and performed a traffic stop on Eagle Harbor Road near Ridge Road in the Town of Gaines. While Deputy Colonna attempted to arrest Thompson, she locked her door and rolled up her window then drove away. Thompson was later taken into custody in a driveway at a residence on Eagle Harbor Road in the Town of Gaines. Thompson was arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $500 bail.

 

On June 28, 2015, Oziel Gonzalez-Castillo, 27, of 35 Sandybrook Dr., Hamlin, was arrested for Moving from Lane Unsafely; Fail to Use Designated Lane; Driving While Intoxicated; and Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content Greater than .08% (.13%). Deputy Torry Tooley of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Gonzales-Castillo as a result of a traffic stop on Telegraph Road in the Town of Murray. Gonzalez-Castillo was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on July 23, 2015.

 

On June 30, 2015, Andrew N. Hornbarger, 52, of 11345 South Main St., Apt. B, Medina, was arrested for Moving from Lane Unsafely and Driving While Intoxicated: Drugs. Deputy Ryan Flaherty of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Hornbarger as a result of a motor vehicle accident where he went off East Lee Road in the town of Clarendon and struck a mailbox. Hornbarger was very lethargic and was having a difficult time responding to patrol's request for field sobriety tests. Hornbarger did submit to a blood test that will determine any drugs in his system after analysis by the Niagara County Lab. Hornbarger was scheduled to appear in the Town of Clarendon Court on July 20, 2015.

 

On July 1, 2015, Ryan E. Davis, 31, of 3082 Horan Rd., Medina, was arrested for Burglary 2nd and Petit Larceny. Deputy Alex Breuilly of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Davis as a result of an investigation that someone had entered a residence on Bates Road in the town of Ridgeway. Davis was located and taken into custody by patrol near the residence with some of the proceeds from the residence. Davis was arraigned in Town of Ridgeway Court where he was remanded without bail due to his prior criminal history.

 

On July 5, 2015, Stuart M. Gutsche, 52, of 1812 Hawkweed Way, Pa., was arrested for Unlawful Possession of Fireworks. Deputy Devon Pahuta of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Gutsche after the Carlton Fire Department and patrols were dispatched to a structure fire on Rock Ledge Road in the Town of Carlton, where patrols discovered some used firework containers placed next to an unattached garage. The fireworks caught the outside of the structure on fire. Patrols located several unused fireworks inside the garage. Gutsche was scheduled to appear in Town of Carlton Court on July 20, 2015.

 

On June 13, 2015, Holley Police arrested Paul R. Mandell, 33, residing at 435 Allegany Dr., Rochester, for Trespass; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the First Degree; Driving While Intoxicated: Two Previous Convictions Designated Offenses in 10 Years; Refusal to Take Breath Test; and Use of Rented/Leased/Loaned Vehicle without Interlock Device. Mandell was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on June 17, 2015.

 

On June 22, 2015, Holley Police arrested Jamie R. Wilkins, 38, residing at 120 W. Albion St., Holley, for Motor Vehicle Violation: Registration Suspended. Wilkins was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on July 9, 2015.

 

On June 26, 2015, Holley Police arrested Maggie S. Dipilato, 21, residing at 1 Nelson St., Holley, for Assault in the Third Degree: with Intent to Cause Physical Injury. Dipilato was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on July 6, 2015.

 

On June 29, 2015, Holley Police arrested Jose A. Vasquez, 53, residing at 149 Wetmore Park, Rochester, for Driving While Intoxicated: First Offense; Driving While Intoxicated: Alcohol or Drugs: First Offense; and Speed in Zone. Vasquez was scheduled to appear in Murray Town Court on July 20, 2015.

 

On June 30, 2015, Holley Police arrested Jeffrey D. Wood, 35, residing at 600 Lawrence Rd., Brockport, for Speed in Zone; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree: Three Suspensions; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Wood was scheduled to return to Murray Town Court on July 9, 2015.

 

On Sun., June 28, 2015, at 5:22 a.m., Daniel H. Harp Jr., 20, of Orlando, Fla., was arrested by Deputy D.J. Pahuta with assistance from Sgt. D.E. Foeller Jr., both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. Harp was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana following a complaint of an “Unwanted Person” at a residence on Ashwood Road, Town of Carlton. It was determined that Harp had outstanding warrants with both Albion & Medina police departments. The defendant was issued an appearance ticket for Town of Carlton Court on July 16, 2015, and turned over to Medina PD.

 

On Mon., June 29, 2015, 4:10 a.m., Raymond L. Furness, 19, of Albion, was arrested by Sgt. D.E. Foeller Jr. of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office for Driving w/Ability Impaired by Drugs; Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; and a vehicle and traffic charge, following a traffic stop on State Route 31A in the Town of Albion. The defendant was issued appearance tickets for Town of Albion Court on July 8, 2015.

 

On Wed., July 1, 2015, at 3:05 p.m., Francisco J. Guerrero, 36, of Brockport, was arrested by Deputy A.L. Jenks for Burglary 2nd and Petit Larceny following a complaint on Hurd Road in the Town of Murray. Complainants observed an individual walking away from their grandmother’s residence. They noticed he was carrying a “wad of cash,” and when they attempted to question him, he fled on foot. A description was broadcast and a short time later Holley Police Chief W.F. Murphy and Officer D.E. Nenni observed the individual walking on the Erie Canal bank, just north of the East Avenue lift bridge, in the village. The subject was taken into custody and returned to the Hurd Road location where he was subsequently identified by the complainant. The defendant appeared before Town of Murray Justice Gary Passarell and was committed to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $20,000.00 bail. The return court date was July 6, 2015.

Medina Police Department charged Michael S. Kinne, 37, of 113 E. Center St., Medina, on June 18, 2015, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Kinne was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 13 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Michael R. Markidis, 28, of 2360 Swett Rd., Lyndonville, on June 19, 2015, with Criminal Impersonation in the Second Degree; Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the Third Degree; and Equipment Violation: Obstructed Vision. Markidis was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 27 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Robert F. Sargent, Jr., 53, of 416 E. Center St., Medina, on June 20, 2015, with Disorderly Conduct Unreasonable Noise. Sargent was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 13, 2015, with Ridgeway Town Court. Sargent was also charged on June 20 with Disorderly Conduct: Obscene Language/Gestures. Sargent was arraigned and held on $250 bail and was scheduled to return June 29 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jason R. Duffina, 38, of 503 Park Ave., Medina, on June 21, 2015, with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree and Unlicensed Operator. Duffina was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 13 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Corey A. Novak, 23, of 236 N. Spruce St., Batavia, on June 22, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Novak was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 23 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Joseph J. Borner, 22, of 3578 Horan Rd., Medina, on June 25, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Borner was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 13 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Hugh G. Stratton, 59, of 12619 Brucker Rd., Akron, on June 27, 2015, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Stratton was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 13 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Brian T. Jones, 33, of 112 E. Center St., Medina, on June 27, 2015, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Jones was arraigned and held on $250 bail and was scheduled return June 29 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jacob L. Covert, 19, of 108 E. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on June 28, 2015, with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree. Covert was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return July 9, 2015, with Shelby Town Court.

On June 28, 2015, Todd A. Howard, 28, of Albion, was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Unlicensed Operator, Failed to Keep Right and Improper Signal. Troopers followed Howard as he traveled westbound on State Route 31 and observed him slowing down multiple times, using his left turn signal, then continuing westbound without turning. Howard also swerved onto the right shoulder and crossed over the center solid line. Following the stop and during the interview, a strong odor of alcohol was emitting from Howard. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were performed, which he failed. Howard was transported to State Police Albion for processing which revealed a 0.14% BAC. He was issued tickets returnable to Albion Court on July 8, 2015.

On Wed., June 24, 2015, Joseph R. Allegue, Jr., 50, of Medina was arrested by Deputy K.J. Colonna with assistance from Inv. K.M. Strickland Jr., both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. Allegue was charged with Grand Larceny 4th and Petit Larceny following the investigation of the theft of a person’s wallet on June 17, 2015, at the Aldi store on Maple Ridge Road, Town of Shelby. Defendant appeared before Town Justice Dawn Keppler and was committed to Orleans County Jail without bail. Return court date is July 9.

 

On Fri., June 26, 2015, Eric McCall, 24, of Waterport, was arrested by Deputy D.J. Pahuta with assistance from Sergeant D.E. Foeller Jr., both of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office. McCall was arrested on an outstanding Town of Carlton Bench Warrant for Harassment 2nd Degree following response to an Ashwood Road address for a 9-1-1 “Hang-Up” call. McCall appeared before Town Justice Patricia Russell and was committed to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $250.00 bail. Return court date is July 6.
