On July 28, 2014, State Police Albion Troopers, while on patrol in the town of Albion, stopped a vehicle, on State Route 31, for failing to dim their headlights and failing to stay right. While speaking with the operator, identified as Jacqualyn S. Garner, 46, of Holley, the Trooper noted signs of alcohol use. Standard Field Sobriety Tests were administered and Garner was placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated. Garner was transported to State Police Albion where she refused to submit to a breath test, she was issued Vehicle and Traffic Citations for Driving While Intoxicated a Misdemeanor, and the following violations; Refusal to take a Breath test; Failure to Dim Headlights and Failure to Keep Right. Garner is scheduled to appear in the Town of Albion Court on Aug. 20, 2014.

On July 15, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Tracy E. Patten with Pass Check with Insufficient Funds.

 

On July 16, 2014, at 1 Thomas St., Holley, the Albion Police Department charged Anthony Barber on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On July 18, 2014, at 35 N. Main St., Apt. 6, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Luis Diaz on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On July 18, 2014, at 428 W. State St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Steven J. Johnson with Harassment in the Second Degree.

 

On July 19, 2014, at 50 King St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Steven J. Johnson with Assault in the Third Degree with Intent to Cause Physical Injury; and Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property.

 

On July 19, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Marvin A. Moyer Jr. with Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact; Petit Larceny; and Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property in the Fourth Degree.

 

On July 19, 2014, at 228 W. Academy St., Bldg. 6, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Robert A. Beedham Sr. with Act in Manner Injurious to Child Less Than 17 Years Old; and three counts of Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

 

On July 20, 2014, at 106 N. Platt St., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Oleh Salamaca with Attempted Assault with Intent to Cause Serious Injury with a Weapon in the First Degree; and Reckless Endangerment in the Second Degree.

 

On July 21, 2014, at 449 W. Ave., Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Daniel Demos with Petit Larceny.

 

On July 22, 2014, at 8 Thomas St., Holley, the Albion Police Department arrested Samantha M. Luzius upon execution of a bench warrant.

 

On July 23, 2014, on South Clinton Street, Albion, the Albion Police Department charged Kevin L. Madden with Harassment in the Second Degree - Physical Contact.

On July 21, 2014, New York State Police Albion arrested John G. Manners, 33, of Kendall, for DWI: Two Previous Convictions in a 10-year period, a Class D Felony and Refusal to Take Breath Test. Troopers observed a vehicle pull into the State Police Albion Station and observed a male exit the driver’s side of the vehicle and enter the Station. During the interviewing process, the troopers observed the male had a strong odor of alcohol and glassy eyes. Manners was run through and subsequently failed the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. John Manners was placed under arrest for DWI at which time he refused to submit to a breath test. Manners was coming to the State Police Station to pickup an individual who was being released on a separate, unrelated charge. John Manners was processed for Felony DWI and arraigned at the Town of Albion Court. Manners was remanded to Orleans County Jail $500.00 cash/$1,000.00 bond. Manners is scheduled to appear in the Town of Albion Court on August 19, 2014.

On July 16, 2014, Frank Sargent, 49, of 2560 Murdock Rd., Lyndonville, was arrested for Criminal Mischief 4th. Deputy Dan Klips charged Sargent as a result of a domestic dispute where he punched the windshield of the victim’s vehicle breaking it. Sargent was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Ridgeway Court on Aug. 18, 2014.

 

On July 19, 2014, Brandon M. Belski, 19, of 15593 Mansfield Rd., Holley, was arrested for Criminal Contempt 1st. Deputy Jim DeFilipps charged Belski as a result of a complaint that he made two phone calls to an individual that is a protected party from a previously issued stay-away order of protection out of the Town of Clarendon Court. Belski was arraigned in Town of Clarendon Court and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $300 bail.

Medina Police Department charged Robert E. Fearby, 40, of 510 W. Ave., Medina, on July 10, 2014, Trespass. Fearby was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.


Medina Police Department charged Jessie L. Jackson, 30, of 6863 Byron Holley Rd., Byron, on July 11, 2014, with Violation of Village Noise Ordinance. Jackson was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 28 to Ridgeway Town Court.


Medina Police Department charged Albert D. Brady, 29, of 541 E. Center St., Medina, on July 12, 2014, with Burglary 2nd; Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree; Petit Larceny; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd Degree. Brady was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return July 14 to Ridgeway Town Court.


Medina Police Department charged Shawn C. Hazel, 27, of 564 E. Ave., Medina, on July 13, 2014, with Petit Larceny. Hazel was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 11 to Ridgeway Town Court.


Medina Police Department charged Larry James, 49, of 2560 Murdock Rd., Medina, on July 16, 2014, with Grand Larceny 4th Degree and Petit Larceny. James was arraigned and released on his own recognizance and was scheduled to return Aug. 14 to Shelby Town Court.


On July 14, 2014, New York State Police arrested Thomas H. Whiting, 51, of Albion for Welfare Fraud 3rd, a Class D Felony and two counts of Offering a False Instrument 1st forFiling, Class E Felonies.

On Sat., July 12, 2014, New York State Police arrested Joshua R. Stoller, 19, for Unlawful Possession of Alcohol Beverage with the intent to Consume Under 21, a violation.

On July 7, 2014 New York State Police arrested Dustin A. Loveland, 27, of Kent and Peter N. Eckerd, 25, of Brockport for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, a violation. Loveland also received several Vehicle and Traffic citations including Unlicensed Operator and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, a misdemeanor.

On July 14, 2014, the Albion Police Department charged Michael T. Coffey at 118 S. Liberty St., Albion. Coffey was charged with Petit Larceny.

On July 12, 2014, the Albion Police Department charged Jasper D. Lloyd at 118 S. Liberty St., Albion. Lloyd was charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol Person Under 21, and Give/Sell Alcohol Person Under 21.

On July 12, 2014, the Albion Police Department charged Austin J. Young at 118 S. Liberty St., Albion. Young was charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol Person Under 21.

Medina Police Department charged Mark A. Bouter, 23, of 116 Frank St., Medina, on June 30, 2014, with two counts of Owning/Harboring Unlicensed Dog and two counts of Dogs Do Not Have Rabies Vaccination. Bouter was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 21 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Julie M. Strong, 50, of 181 N. Gravel Rd., Medina, on June 30, 2014, with Owning/Harboring Unlicensed Dog. Strong was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 21 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Matthew A. Perez, 25, of 219 Pearl St., Medina, on July 2, 2014, with Petit Larceny. Perez was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 21 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Marco A. Lopez, 20, of 705 Orient St., Medina, on July 4, 2014, with Driving While Intoxicated and Insufficient Turn Signal Less Than 100'. Lopez was arraigned and was scheduled to return July 28 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Stephanie A. Ridder, 27, of 726 S. Main St., Medina, on July 8, 2014, with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Ridder was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 17 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Elizabeth R. Wilkins, 34, of 7520 South Town Bldg. Rd., Ovid, on July 5, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct; two counts of Harassment in the Second Degree; Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree; and Resisting Arrest. Wilkins was arraigned and held on $500 bail and was scheduled to return July 10 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Trahari O. Sparrow, 21, of 245 Humboldt Parkway, Buffalo, on July 9, 2014, with Peddling and Soliciting without a Permit. Sparrow was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 17 to Shelby Town Court.

On July 3, 2014, New York State Police arrested Francisco D. Jarmillo-Telles, 18, for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, a violation, and Criminal Possession of Marijuana 5th, a Class B Misdemeanor. While Troopers were conducting neighborhood interviews relating to a burglary in the Newport Dr. area in the town of Murray, Jaramillo-Telles was observed carrying a suspicious backpack. Consent was given to search and it was observed to contain approximately 55 grams of marijuana. Jaramillo-Telles was arrested and processed at State Police Albion. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Murray on July 21, 2014.

On July 2, 2014, New York State Police Albion arrested Mary L. Thompson, 66, of Waterport, for Petit Larceny, a Class A Misdemeanor. Investigation revealed the “No Trespass” signs that were posted on the complainant’s property were discovered missing. The signs were later located on Thompson’s property and returned to the owner. Thompson was arrested and processed at State Police Albion. She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Carlton Court on July 14, 2014.

 

On July 2, 2014, Russell T. Hedberg, 21, of 3 Jade Creek Dr., Hilton, was arrested for Moved from Lane Unsafely; Driving While Intoxicated; and Driving with a Blood Alcohol Content greater than .08% (.15%). Sgt. Don Draper of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Hedberg as a result of a motor vehicle accident on West Barre Road, where he left the roadway and rolled his vehicle. Hedberg was scheduled to appear in Town of Barre Court on July 24.

 

On July 3, 2014, Tyler J. Ausman, 20, and Mark E. Neal, 22, both of 1978 Main St., Waterport, were arrested for Criminal Mischief 2nd. Investigator Dave Foeller of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged the pair as the result of an investigation of a vehicle on Oak Orchard Road receiving over $3000 in damage which occurred on July 1, 2014. Ausman and Neal were arraigned and remanded to Orleans County Jail on $5000 bail. Related to this investigation is was discovered that Jessy L. Miller, 27, of 1978 Main St., Waterport, was allegedly driving on a suspended license, so he was issued a ticket for Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 3rd and was scheduled to appear in Town of Carlton Court on July 16.

On Fri., June 27, 2014, Pedro Jacobo, 23, of Brockport, was arrested by Deputies K.J. Colonna and T.N. Tooley for Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, following the investigation of a complaint of numerous individuals trespassing at the State Quarry on Canal Rd. in the town of Murray. Defendant issued an appearance ticket for Town of Murray Court on July 10, 2014. Jacobo was released on his own recognizance. The trespassers, most of whom were swimming, were dispersed.

 

On Sun., June 29, 2014, Joseph T. Allport, 32, of Albion, was arrested by Sergeant D.W. Covis for Criminal Mischief 4th, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Aggravated Harassment 2nd, following a domestic dispute between the defendant and his ex-girlfriend at a location in the town of Gaines. The defendant allegedly physically damaged the complainant’s vehicle in the presence of two small children and later made numerous threatening calls to complainant’s cell phone. Defendant appeared before Town of Gaines Justice Bruce Schmidt and was committed to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash bail. Allport is scheduled to return to court on July 9, 2014.

 

On Tue., July 1, 2014, Justin T. Mullins, 21, of Kent was arrested by Sergeant G.T. Gunkler and Deputy T.N. Tooley for Criminal Mischief 4th, Reckless Endangerment 1st, and Menacing 2nd, following a complaint of defendant allegedly firing a shotgun at, and striking, the complainant’s Ford Explorer SUV, while the complainant was operating the vehicle on Sawyer Rd. in the town of Carlton. The defendant appeared before Town of Carlton Justice Kevin Hurley and was committed to the Orleans County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail. A Court Order of Protection was also issued for the complainant. Mullins is scheduled to return to court on July 7, 2014.

Medina Police Department charged Lisa M. LaPointe, 43, of 816 S. Main St., Medina, on June 29, 2014, with Issuing a Bad Check. LaPointe was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 21 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Larry J. Dunn, 48, of Medina, on June 18, 2014, with Violation of Village Ordinance Burning of Combustible Material. Dunn was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 10 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Eric S. Shaffer, 42, of 808 W. Ave., Medina, on June 18, 2014, with Violation of Village Ordinance Burning of Combustible Material. Shaffer was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 10 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Ashlee M. Keffer, 19, of 58 Ricky Place, Medina, on June 22, 2014, with Criminal Trespass in the Second Degree. Keffer was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 14 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jaron T. Thompson, 25, of 711 Church St., Medina, on June 26, 2014, with Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree. Thompson was arraigned and held on $3,500.00 bail and was scheduled to return June 30 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Billie G. Taylor, 66, of 512 Eagle St., Medina, on June 26, 2014, with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree; Burglary in the Second Degree; and Grand Larceny in the Fourth. Taylor was arraigned and scheduled to return July 10 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Derek A. Dix, Jr., 25, of 308 Ann St., Medina, on June 28, 2014, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Dix was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 14 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Brandon J. Askew, 34, of 816 S. Main St., Medina, on June 28, 2014, with Harassment in the Second Degree; Criminal Possession of Marijuana in the Fifth Degree; and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree. Askew was arraigned and held on $500 bail and was scheduled to return July 10 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Donald G. Koester, 64, of 417 Catherine St., Medina, on June 29, 2014, with Issuing a Bad Check. Koester was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 21 to Ridgeway Town Court.

On June 26, 2014, Troopers arrested Kathy L. Mungenast, 50, for Welfare Fraud 3rd, a Class D Felony and Offer to File a False Instrument 1st, a Class E Felony. The arrest follows a complaint from the Orleans County Department of Social Services (DDS) that from October 1, 2012 to November 30, 2013, Mungenast listed her residence as being in Lyndonville, meanwhile actually residing with her boyfriend in Ridgeway. It was determined that the defendant received over $8,500 in SNAP benefits that she was not entitled to. Mungenast was located at her Ridgeway address, arrested and processed at State Police - Albion. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear at Albion Court on July 16, 2014.

 

On June 26, 2014, Tina M. Kruger, 33, of 4573 Oak Orchard Rd., Albion, was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd and Conspiracy 6th. Investigator Dave Foeller charged Kruger as a result of an investigation where it was discovered on June 24, 2014, she brought cigarettes and matches concealed in a rubber balloon into the Orleans County Jail and passed them to an inmate during visitation. Kruger is scheduled to appear in the Town of Albion Court on July 2, 2014.

 

On June 26, 2014, David E. Brege Jr., 27, currently an inmate being held on a NYS parole violation at the Orleans County Jail 26 Platt St., Albion, was arrested for Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd and Conspiracy 6th. Investigator Dave Foeller charged Brege as a result of an investigation where it was discovered he conspired with a female visitor to bring him cigarettes and matches when she visited him at the jail. Video evidence shows the female pass the contraband to Brege which he swallowed as correction staff removed him from visitation. Brege is scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on July 2, 2014.

 

On June 17, 2014, Ashley N. Stanton, 20, of 148 S. Clinton St., Apt. 6, Albion, was arrested for Petit Larceny. Sgt. Dean Covis of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Stanton after she was caught stealing over $300 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart in Albion. Stanton was scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on July 8.

 

On June 19, 2014, Mark R. Shampine II, 30, of 16137 Canal Rd., Holley, was arrested for Pedestrian Failed to Walk Facing Traffic and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Deputy Torry Tooley of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Shampine as a result of checking on a suspicious person on Hulberton Road and found Shampine to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and a smoking pipe. Shampine was scheduled to appear in Town of Murray Court on July 10, 2014.

On June 24, 2014, Troopers arrested Brandy C. Cummings, 39, for Welfare Fraud 4th, a Class E Felony. The arrest follows a complaint from the Orleans County Department of Social Services (DSS) that from Jan. 20, 2014 to April 15, 2014, Cummings did not report to DSS that she was working and continued to receive cash and SNAP benefits. As a result, Cummings received benefits totaling $2,346.00 to which she was not entitled. Cummings was arrested, processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Albion Court on July 16, 2014.

Medina Police Department charged James M. Becker, 57, of 505 Canal St., Medina, on June 12, 2014, with Owning/Harboring an Unlicensed Dog. Becker was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 14 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Guy O. Winters, 48, of 12417 W. Lee Rd., Albion, on June 13, 2014, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Winters was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 14 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Amy L. Dudek, 50, of 203 Ann St., Medina, on June 14, 2014, with Owning/Harboring an Unlicensed Dog Dudek was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 14 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Rachel A. Ward, 26, of 203 Ann St., Medina, on June 14, 2014, with Owning/Harboring an Unlicensed Dog. Ward was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 14 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Richard J. Capen, 26, of 215 E. Oak Orchard St., Medina, on June 15, 2014, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Capen was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 10 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Robert Wright, 22, of 1470 Buffalo Ave., Niagara Falls, on June 16, 2014, with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Wright was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 14 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Amy S. Herman, 33, of 11456 Portage Rd., Medina, on June 15, 2014, with Grand Larceny Fourth Degree. Herman was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return July 14 to Ridgeway Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Jesus M. Velez, 50, of 745 Orient St., Medina, on June 17, 2014, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Velez was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return Aug. 11 to Ridgeway Town Court.

On June 16, 2014, Christopher A. VanDorn, 28, of 12622 Presbyterian St., Knowlesville, was arrested for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th. Investigator Dave Foeller charged VanDorn as a result of an investigation of a four-wheeler that had been reported stolen from the town of Alabama to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office in June of 2012. VanDorn is scheduled to appear in the Town of Ridgeway Court on June 30, 2014. The recovered four-wheeler was returned to the owner.

On June 10, 2014, State Police arrested Joseph J. Motzer, 21, for Criminal Contempt 2nd, a class A Misdemeanor. State Police responded to a Orleans County Sheriff Dispatch call of an unwanted party at a residence in the town of Kendall. Investigation revealed Motzer violated an active court order of protection when he harassed the protected party. Motzer was arrested, processed and remanded to Orleans County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond. Motzer is scheduled to reappear in Kendall Court on July 7, 2014.

Medina Police Department charged Ayriel King, 20, 119 Worthy Ave., Medina, on June 7, 2014, with Violation of Village Noise Ordinance. King was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to return to Ridgeway Town Court on June 16.

 

Medina Police Department charged Debra Mattoon, 34, 207 South Ave., Medina, on June 7, 2014, with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated - Child in Vehicle, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Fail to Yeild Right of Way at Intersection, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator 2nd and Failed to Stop at Stop Sign. Mattoon was released and is scheduled to return to Shelby Town Court on June 26.

 

On June 11, 2014, Robin K. Hering, 43, of 16487 Carr Rd., Kendall, was arrested for Welfare Fraud in the Fourth Degree. Investigator Corey Black of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Hering as a result of an investigation conducted by the Orleans County Department of Social Services Welfare Fraud Unit that had discovered between September 2013 and January 2014 Hering allegedly received $1600.35 in benefits that she was not entitled to. Hering was scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on June 25, 2014.

 

On June 11, 2014, Christine M. Holloway, 30, of 348 W. Park St., Albion, was arrested for Welfare Fraud in the Fourth Degree and Offering a False Instrument for Filing in the First Degree. Investigator Corey Black of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Holloway as a result of an investigation conducted by the Orleans County Department of Social Services Welfare Fraud Unit that discovered between September 2013 and May 2014 Holloway allegedly received $2,913.00 in benefits that she was not entitled to. Holloway was scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on June 25, 2014.

 

On June 11, 2014, Melissa A. Warren, 28, of 332 W. Main St., Apt. 1, Batavia, was arrested for Welfare Fraud in the Fourth Degree. Investigator Corey Black of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Warren as a result of an investigation by the Orleans County Department of Social Services Welfare Fraud Unit that discovered in March 2014 Warren allegedly received $1013.24 in benefits that she was not entitled to. Warren was scheduled to appear in Town of Albion Court on June 24, 2014.

 

On June 11, 2014, Allan G. Fry, 75, of 16937 Bald Eagle Dr., Kendall, was arrested for Harassment in the Second Degree. Deputy Jeff Cole charged Fry upon receiving a complaint that he allegedly punched a 22-year-old male twice in the face whom he had an altercation with over exceeding the speed limit on the cottage road. Fry was scheduled to appear in Town of Kendall Court on June 16, 2014.

 

On June 6, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested Anthony L. Conner at 148 S. Clinton St., Apt. 1, Albion. Conner was charged with Resisting Arrest and Harassment in the Second Degree.

 

On June 7, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested Alan D. Walls at 5 Caroline St., Albion. Walls was charged with Equipment Violation: No/Insufficient Rear Lamps; Equipment Violation: No/Inadequate Front Lamps; Speed Violation: Speed in Zone; Failed to Yield Right of Way to Emergency Vehicle; Reckless Driving; Failed to Stop at Stop Sign; and Operation of a Motor Vehicle by an Unlicensed Driver.

 

On June 7, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested Maria L. Lape at 228 W. Academy St., Bldg. 25, Albion. Lape was arrested on the execution of a bench warrant.

 

On June 7, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested Thomas L. Edgtion III at 228 W. Academy St., Bldg 3, Albion. Edgtion was charged with Disorderly Conduct: Obscene Language/Gestures.

 

On June 8, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested Joseph G. Standish at 106 N. Platt St., Albion. Standish was charged with Disobey Mandate Exc JL 753a-2.

On June 9, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested James T. Johnson at 10 E. Ave., Albion. Johnson was charged with Petit Larceny.

 

On June 1, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested William S. Klemenz at 106 N. Platt St., Albion. Klemenz was charged with Harassment in the Second Degree.

 

On June 3, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested Elliott G. Bullock at 180 W. Academy St., Albion. Bullock was charged with Registration Plate Display Violation, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree.

 

On June 3, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested Alyssa N. Bannerman at 16 E. Ave., Albion. Bannerman was charged with Petit Larceny.

 

On June 3, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested Antonio Goodson at 16 E. Ave., Albion. Goodson was charged with Petit Larceny.

 

On June 3, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested Kaylee Ann Alizabeth Rechtsiegel at 218 W. Park St., Albion. Rechtsiegel was charged with Petit Larceny.

 

On June 4, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested Amanda K. Brosious at 162 S. Main St., Albion. Brosius was charged with five counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell in the Fifth Degree; two counts of Criminal Diverson Prescription in the Fourth Degree; four counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree; Permit Minor in Sex/Drug Establishment; three counts of Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell in the Third Degree; Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the Fourth Degree; two counts of Criminal Sale of a Narcotic Drug in the Third Degree; and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.

 

On June 4, 2014, Albion Police Department arrested Timothy J. Cobb at 162 S. Main St., Albion. Cobb was charged with three counts of Criminal Possession of a Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell in the Third Degree; two counts Criminal Sale of a Narcotic Drug in the Third Degree; two counts Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell; Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the Fourth Degree; and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree.

On June 6, 2014, Shawn L. Brooks, 26, of 14776 Baker Rd., Apt. 503, Kent, was arrested for Burglary 2nd; Assault 3rd; Criminal Mischief 4th; Endangering the Welfare of a Child; Menacing 2nd; and Resisting Arrest. Sgt. Theo Gunkler of the Orleans County Sheriff's Office charged Brooks after a complaint was reported of a domestic incident at the residence. It was discovered upon patrols' arrival that Brooks had punched the victim in the face and thrown him or her to the ground. He also allegedly broke a window in an effort to continue after the victim after he or she had retreated to the apartment. Brooks then fought with law enforcement personnel who were trying to take him into custody. Brooks continued to be unruly and belligerent with the police and the judge while he was being arraigned at Town of Carlton Court. Brooks was held at the Orleans County Jail without bail due to his criminal history. A parole detainer was also placed on Brooks at the Orleans County Jail. Deputies were assisted at the scene by the NYSP, DEC and Border Patrol.

Medina Police Department charged Sebastian L. Bonk, 22, of 1215 W. Ave., Medina, on May 26, 2014, with Harassment in the Second Degree. Bonk was issued an appearance ticket and was scheduled to return June 5 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Ivan Castillo, 24, of 715 Gwinn St., Medina, on May 29, 2014, with Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct. Castillo was arraigned and held on $2500.00 bail and was scheduled to return June 5 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Mary C. Chavez-Maldonado, 33, of 715 Gwinn St., Medina, on May 29, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct. Chavez-Maldonado was arraigned and held on $150.00 bail and was scheduled to return June 5 to Shelby Town Court.

 

Medina Police Department charged Felipe Chavez Sr., 29, of 715 Gwinn St., Medina, on May 29, 2014, with Disorderly Conduct. Chavez was held on $150.00 bail and was scheduled to return June 5 to Shelby Town Court.
