Our organization is looking for Grounds Maintenance Workers to join our team.
Candidates will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance of our facilities. Responsibilities include: regular lawn maintenance, watering, weeding, and pruning of the grounds, Mowing with commercial equipment and line trimming. The successful candidate will have experience working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, will have a high focus on safety training. The candidate will be responsible for keeping company vehicles and equipment clean and ready for use.
Job Type: Full-time- Seasonal
Pay: $17.50 – $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday – Up to10-hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate: Commute to Kendall to meet at the company vehicle to dispatch to specific locations.

Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years customer service-related experience. (Experience in an medical office environment will be preferred)

Role Description: Medical Receptionists act as a liaison between the providers and patients by working directly with the provider to deliver high-quality, compassionate customer service and clinical care.
Core Responsibilities
- Meet, greet, and assist patients promptly, efficiently, and in a professional manner
- Set up new patients and update current patient information in the EMR system
- Schedule and reschedule appointments, as well as coordinate walk-in patients
- Answer phone calls and relay messages when necessary
- Maintain the front desk and reception area in an organized, orderly fashion
- Collect co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurances
- Process referrals, scripts and authorizations and provide complete and accurate referral information to our patients
- Balance cash register and ensure all credit payments are accurate
- Other duties as necessary
